The first layer consisted of six of the Seven Warlords of the Sea summoned by the Marine: Mihawk, Donquixote Doflamingo, Bartholomew Kuma, Boa Hancock, Gecko Moria and Edward Weevil.

Additionally, there was the CP0 unit, handed over to Sengoku by the Five Elders.

The second layer was composed of Marine Vice Admirals and a large number of elite forces from the Marine Headquarters, forming the main combat group.

The third layer was beneath the already constructed execution platform, where the three Marine Admirals sat: Akainu, Aokiji, and Kizaru.

On the outermost perimeter, thousands of massive Marine warships encircled the island, creating an ironclad defense.

Buggy, upon hearing this, threw the barrel to the ground, put his hands on his hips and glared indignantly.
