The ninja guy was truly incredible. Not only did he use some kind of clone ability to trick two Navy Vice Admirals, but he even managed to trap them afterward.

Franky could tell that the two were completely immobilized now. Given enough time, they might even drown to death!

Taking out two Marine Headquarters Vice Admirals in one go... If he could really pull that off, the bounty on this pirate kid would skyrocket beyond imagination!

Meanwhile, aboard the Marine warships, the three Marine Headquarters Vice Admirals paid no attention to the commotion here.

"Seems so."

Doberman affirmed Strawberry's suspicion. He, too, had read those old ninja tales back in the day, which naturally included the Clone Technique. What stunned Doberman was that the stories from those books were actually real!!

Meiser straightened up, flicking the blood off his Kusanagi Sword with a casual swing, then grinned at the Vice Admirals. "Gentlemen... underestimating me could be fatal~"

This was one of Meiser's formidable Body Flicker Techniques, developed by the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju. When used in water, his movement speed rivaled teleportation!

While executing the Triple Water Dragon Bullet, Meiser had used the water dragons to obscure the Navy's line of sight, swapping his real body with a clone. Then, with Water Instantaneous Body, he rode the currents straight into the heart of the warship formation.

"So... you're the real one?" Strawberry said coldly. "Then we'll take you down first!"

As he spoke, Armament Haki rapidly coated his blade, and his aura surged.

"Momonga, go help the others," Doberman ordered. "We'll handle him."

"Moonwalk!"

Doberman didn't dare underestimate Meiser, not after what had happened to Onigumo and Doberman.

Watching the two close in, Meiser clapped his hands together and smiled. "Listen... the sea is roaring~"

"Water Release: Great Exploding Water Surge!"

"BOOM!!"

A colossal surge of water erupted from Meiser's position, forcing the approaching duo to halt mid-air and instinctively leap higher with Moonwalk.

Simultaneously, the sea beneath the warships convulsed violently, as if countless Sea Kings were thrashing beneath the waves—a cataclysmic spectacle!

The terrifying tremors sent the warships careening uncontrollably, colliding and scraping against one another. Some even cracked open, seawater flooding in.

"Ahhh!!"

"Monster! This guy's a monster!"

"Help us!"

The Navy soldiers screamed and wailed, utterly powerless against this force of nature.

"Bastard, what are you trying to do?!" Strawberry roared.

Even the usually mild-mannered Doberman opened his eyes, glaring at Meiser with icy killing intent.

Meiser remained silent, relentlessly unleashing his Ninjutsu.

Soon, the seawater began to rise, rapidly forming a massive water sphere that enveloped all nine Navy Battleships—simultaneously catching up to Momonga as well!

The only vessel not trapped within was the battleship Meiser had split in half, which now drifted toward Enies Lobby, carried by the waves.

The expressions of Strawberry and the other two darkened. Now they understood their opponent's intentions.

The enormous water sphere forcibly swallowed all nine Navy Battleships, its staggering scale leaving Strawberry horrified.

Even the three of them couldn't escape being engulfed by the vast aquatic prison.

Though they didn't feel the seawater restricting their movements—they could still use Moonwalk within it—they knew with absolute certainty: the moment this water sphere formed, they'd already lost.

With the battleships completely encased by seawater, their cannons became unusable, rendering the Buster Call impossible to execute.

Thinking back, they'd only managed to fire a single shot—and that was merely a test round. Otherwise, they might not have even gotten that one off!
