"Don't you forget that you're a monster too!" Tesla said with a hint of resignation.

Inside the fortress, countless Rockefeller Pirate gunners clutched their mangled bodies and cried out in pain.

While dealing with Kuzan, Esdeath was observing her surroundings.

Esdeath had already decided to use everyone on this island to fight the Marines to the last breath.

Kuzan's face darkened upon hearing this.

"You pirates are truly ruthless. As expected of a pirate's daughter!" Kuzan's expression turned grim. To stop them, she was willing to sacrifice every life on the island.

"Not ruthless? How else can one survive in the great dye vat that is the New World!" Esdeath scoffed disdainfully.

"You will pay the price for this!" Kuzan's body radiated a frosty aura as he looked at Esdeath.

"Then let's see you try!" Esdeath replied, a similarly piercing chill emanating from her as she stared back at Kuzan.

The cold auras released by the two instantly turned the hundred-meter area around them into an icy hell. Everything within it was frozen by the chill. Any pirate or Marine who carelessly got too close was instantly frozen into an ice sculpture.

Kuzan looked at the young woman before him. The chill radiating from her body actually made even him feel a trace of cold. And this cold was rising from the depths of his heart.

"Unexpected, isn't it? It seems your Ice-Ice Fruit isn't as cold as my Chill-Chill Fruit. Do you still remember what you said about it being an inferior fruit? I've remembered that for six whole years!" Esdeath said with a smile, seeing the frost forming on Kuzan's face.

Upon hearing her, Caesar's body instantly expanded, and a ball of fire soared into the air, shooting towards Sakazuki.

"I'm done playing with you. My big sis is calling me," Tesla, who was competing in speed high in the sky, said to Borsalino, panting heavily. His forehead was covered in sweat.

"Raigo!"

A net of lightning rushed towards Borsalino, arriving in the blink of an eye.

"Pirate, what do you think this is?" Sakazuki roared in fury, seeing that Esdeath, Caesar, and Tesla were about to leave.

Esdeath stood on Caesar's dragon head, looking down at Sakazuki with contempt. A remote control suddenly appeared in her hand.

"Goodbye, Marines!"

Esdeath pressed the button without a moment's hesitation.
