Chapter 141: Chapter 141: Daimyo of the Three Nations
"Revived, yes, but his chakra is extremely weak. It'll take some time for him to recover it."
Uchiha Madara rubbed his shoulder, the initial excitement in his eyes fading slightly. However, the smile tugging at the corners of his lips revealed his delight.
"Tobirama, what kind of technique is this?" Madara asked.
He had initially assumed that Senju Tobirama was referring to the Rinne Rebirth Technique of the Rinnegan. But now, it was clear that wasn't the case.
"This is a technique developed by a young woman from Sunagakure, Chiyo. Originally, it was meant as a life-for-life exchange," Tobirama explained casually, gesturing to the still-breathing Hidan lying on the ground. "But this guy's body is… unique."
"That woman, huh? Not bad," Madara remarked with a nod.
Chiyo, the wife of the First Kazekage and a master of puppetry, was renowned in the shinobi world. While she seemed average in Madara's eyes, he acknowledged her name and reputation.
"He's really revived!"
Orochimaru crouched excitedly beside Madara, his eyes burning with fascination as he examined the revived Hidan. Only when Madara grew visibly impatient did Orochimaru reluctantly pull back.
"To think he could survive such a forbidden technique. His immortality is truly remarkable."
Nearby, Nara Shikaku, Kakashi, and Itachi were observing the faintly breathing Hidan with expressions of astonishment.
"If the experiment worked, it proves this method is viable…"
"Tobirama," Orochimaru said, lifting Hidan from the ground, "I'll make sure he recovers. Don't worry, he won't die. We'll need him to bring others back."
Tobirama waved his hand dismissively, signaling for Orochimaru to take Hidan away.
Though Tobirama's words seemed casual, they struck a chord with everyone present.
Each of them had someone they longed to bring back.
For Kakashi, it was Rin, Minato-sensei, Kushina, and his father. Tsunade thought of Nawaki and her grandfather, while Itachi yearned to revive his parents and the Uchiha clan members he had killed.
Tobirama noticed their longing gazes and nodded knowingly. "I understand. Once Hidan recovers, we'll handle it one at a time."
Having addressed their unspoken desires, Tobirama reached into his robe, retrieving two test tubes, which he tossed to Madara.
"Your Rinnegan. Have Orochimaru implant them for you."
These eyes had no use for Tobirama, after all, who would settle for second-hand when they had the original? Giving them back to Madara would also bolster his strength.
Madara caught the test tubes, his expression lighting up with excitement.
"You're not so bad, Tobirama."

Fire Country Capital: Daimyo's Residence
The air was filled with music and dance.
Watching the graceful movements of the performers below, Daimyo of the Fire Country leaned back and bit into a grape offered by one of his concubines, a carefree smile on his face.
"Our ancestors were truly remarkable," he mused with a grin.
Since Senju Tobirama's return, Danzo had been killed, Hiruzen Sarutobi imprisoned, and Sarutobi Asuma recalled to Konoha. The Senju clan's presence within the Fire Country had also been freed from Konoha's longstanding surveillance.
As the Daimyo now had more freedom than ever before.
However, a trace of concern crossed his face.
"Tobirama is stirring up too much trouble!"
Annexing Sunagakure as a vassal and exerting strict control over it was one thing, while it angered the Wind Country Daimyo, it was still tolerable. But the destruction of Iwagakure and Kumogakure had provoked outrage from the other nations.
The Daimyo of the Land of Lightning had even sent a letter demanding to him to stop the Hokage, only for Kumogakure to be destroyed mere hours later—a blatant slap in the face.
"What does that have to do with me?" Fujiki muttered, shaking his head to dispel his unease.
As a descendant of Hashirama Senju, he considered himself different from the other Daimyo. His ancestor's actions weren't something he could—or would—interfere with. Even if Tobirama wanted to abolish the Daimyo system, he wouldn't protest, he would only hope that Tobirama left the Senju clan some wealth to live comfortably.
"Continue the music and dancing!" he declared, settling back into his chair with a wave of his hand.
His brief moment of peace was soon interrupted.
"Your Highness! Your Highness!"
A tall, thin figure rushed into the hall in a panic.
"Why the commotion? What's the matter?"
Startled, Fujiki nearly choked on a grape. His anger subsided when he recognized his loyal minister, Saito Shigemoto.
"Daimyo, the leaders of the Wind, Earth, and Lightning nations are here. They demand an explanation!" Saito reported, wiping the sweat from his brow.
His eyes widened. "All three of them?"
"Yes, and they seem extremely angry. They're waiting just outside the hall," Saito confirmed, his voice trembling.
He began pacing, his mind racing. He didn't need to guess—they were undoubtedly here to hold him accountable for the Hokage's actions.
Suddenly, a confident smile replaced his worried expression.
"Saito," he ordered, "go to my study. Under the desk, in the third drawer on the right, there's a kunai engraved with special symbols. Bring it to me immediately!"
He remembered a gift from Tobirama: a kunai imbued with the Flying Thunder God technique, allowing Tobirama to arrive instantly.
"Yes, Your Highness!" Shigemoto replied, hurrying off without hesitation.
Soon, the Daimyo of the Wind, Earth, and Lightning nations entered the hall, flanked by guards. The head of Konoha's security forces in the Fire Country, accompanied them.
"I sent you a letter demanding the Hokage stop his attack on Kumogakure, and yet it was destroyed!" the Lightning Daimyo roared.
"The matter of Iwagakure also requires an explanation!" added the Earth Daimyo.
The Wind Daimyo chimed in, "And Sunagakure as well! You owe us answers!"
The air in the gilded hall grew tense, suffused with a palpable killing intent.
Unfazed, Fujiki leaned back lazily in his chair, yawning as he met their furious gazes.
"The Hokage's actions have nothing to do with me as a Daimyo," he said nonchalantly.
His words left the three leaders stunned.
