Chapter 26: A Chance Encounter with Team Kakashi

Orion's escape was swift because that scene was a bit too much for him to handle.

Many of the villagers saw Orion run off without saying a word and called out to his retreating back.

"Young Master Orion, you should come out more often in the future!"

"Young Master Orion, we all like you very much."

A young girl even said, "Young Master Orion, you have to grow up quickly!" These people are really too enthusiastic, I thought to myself. Come out more often? Even if I do, I should try to stroll around the main streets as little as possible.

Because Orion was very fast, he couldn't see the figures of those villagers anymore after just a short run. He stopped to rest for a moment.

He took out the grilled squid he had just bought and took a fierce bite. Because he had been running the whole time, he hadn't had time to eat the squid he bought, not even a single bite.

Orion's stomach was very hungry, and soon the few skewers of grilled squid in his hand went straight into my stomach. Although the squid was fragrant and delicious, these few skewers were not filling at all. They could only barely tide him over. It wasn't enough to make him full.

So, Orion continued to walk along the streets of Konoha, looking to see if there was anything good to eat that could fill his stomach. After searching for a while, I couldn't find anything good to eat, nothing that could fill me up.

Orion was a little disappointed, but he had to keep walking. As he walked, his eyes suddenly lit up. He saw a shop in the distance. The name of this shop was Ichiraku Ramen.

"This shop should be the Ichiraku Ramen from Naruto! There shouldn't be any mistake," Orion said to himself.

Orion walked into Ichiraku Ramen and looked around the shop. There were still a lot of people eating noodles in the shop, so I walked in, casually found a seat, sat down, and said, "Boss, just give me a bowl of Ichiraku Ramen."

"Okay, guest, please wait a moment. It'll be ready soon."

Orion heard the owner's voice, so he looked in the direction the sound came from and saw the owner's face. It was a very unfamiliar face that Orion didn't recognize at all, so he didn't pay it much mind.

In fact, Orion didn't know what was added to this Ichiraku Ramen. He just didn't want to choose, so he randomly ordered a bowl of ramen. But this Ichiraku Ramen was Naruto's favorite shop in the anime, so Orion guessed that the taste of the ramen here should be quite good.

After ordering his noodles, Orion sat in his chosen seat and waited.

Suddenly, someone patted my shoulder. Orion looked up in confusion. In his view were three people: two boys and a girl. These three were Kakashi Hatake, Obito Uchiha, and Rin Nohara. Because my father, Minato Namikaze, was the teacher of these three, I was able to recognize them.

But even if he hadn't met them, Orion would have been able to recognize Kakashi Hatake. The current Kakashi was much younger than he was in the anime, but one thing was still the same: he still wore a mask, just like in the anime. I didn't know what he wore the mask for.

The end of the Third Great Ninja War was approaching, and Konoha was about to usher in a new period of peaceful development. But Orion just didn't know when Obito Uchiha and Rin Nohara, two of the three, had died. In his past life, he hadn't seen the time of their deaths in the anime.

The three of them walked over to my side and, making themselves at home, sat down in the other three corners of Orion's table. Across from him was Rin Nohara, and on the sides were Obito Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake.

As soon as the three of them sat down, they shouted to the owner, "Boss, three bowls of Ichiraku Ramen, all large portions. Make it quick."

The owner heard them and replied, "Okay, guests, please sit for a moment. The noodles will be here soon."

After ordering, Obito Uchiha started talking to me. "Ori, it really is you! I wasn't sure when I came in just now. I can't believe it's really you. It's been a while, Ori, you've gotten even cuter." Seeing me, Obito Uchiha was a little excited.

Orion saw Obito's face, and of course, he also saw his excited expression. But I didn't know what Obito was excited about. "What's there to be excited about seeing me? I'm just his teacher's son."

Rin Nohara, who was sitting across from Orion, nodded heavily, expressing her strong agreement with what Obito had said. Rin even reached out her hand and pinched my cheek, pinching it for a good while before letting go.

Seeing that Rin had finally let go of his face, he breathed a sigh of relief.

When Obito saw that Rin agreed with him, he tilted his head up and laughed at Kakashi. But seeing that Kakashi was ignoring him, he used both his hands to pull at his face, made a few funny expressions, and even stuck out his tongue, showing his disdain for Kakashi.

But Kakashi still ignored Obito, just slightly narrowing his eyes and looking at Orion. He kept staring at Orion, so much so that Orion's scalp started to feel a little numb.

Rin's gaze was always on Kakashi and me. From time to time, she would look at Kakashi, and from time to time, she would turn her gaze to look at me. She just didn't look at Obito Uchiha.

Orion broke into a sweat. The relationship between these three was really a bit complicated. Obito Uchiha liked Rin Nohara, Rin Nohara only liked Kakashi Hatake, and Kakashi Hatake had never noticed Rin's feelings, only ever treating Obito as a rival and a brother.

Seeing that the atmosphere was a bit awkward, Orion said, "Sister Rin, and you two, what brings you to Ichiraku Ramen?"

Obito Uchiha, who was sitting across from him, heard Orion's words but didn't get the main point at all. Hearing that Orion didn't call him "brother," he immediately got agitated, stood up, and pointed his finger at Orion.

He said to Orion, "Ori, why do you call Rin 'sister' but call me and Kakashi 'you guys'? I can let it slide for Kakashi, but the most important thing is, why call me 'you guys'?"

After speaking, Obito sat down in a huff. Kakashi also squinted at Orion, then looked at the fuming Obito. Orion replied, "Hmph, I just like calling you 'you guys'. What are you gonna do, hit me? If you dare to hit me, I'll tell my father, and he'll teach you a lesson. And Sister Rin will definitely protect me, too. Go on, make a move if you have the guts."

After speaking, a corner of Orion's mouth hooked up, and he smiled faintly at the fuming Obito sitting next to me. But as soon as Obito heard what I said, he immediately deflated, not looking angry at all like he had just a moment ago.

After Orion finished speaking, Rin also stared intently at Obito, warning him with her eyes. Obito looked at Rin sitting next to him, thought of his teacher Minato Namikaze, and immediately got scared. He slumped weakly into his chair and didn't say another word.

Soon, while the four of us were chatting, the Ichiraku Ramen was also served on our table. There were four bowls in total, and each bowl of ramen had many things added to it. Meat, vegetables, and other things were all indispensable.

The three large portions were for the three of them, and the one bowl without the extra portion was mine.

After waiting for a while, Orion eagerly picked up the chopsticks on the table, directly grabbed a few noodles, and put them in my mouth.

"Ah, so hot, so hot!"

Orion's voice was muffled. He had just directly put the freshly served noodles into his mouth without even blowing on them. But although this bowl of noodles was very hot, the taste was really very good. It could be considered the most delicious noodles Orion had ever eaten. No wonder so many people liked to come to Ichiraku Ramen to eat ramen.
