Scenario 1:

Tell her to not believe anything Danzo has told her and make her cautious of photos and/or information about Kabuto she receives.

Result:

Danzo sends someone else to kill them, and Kabuto is killed.

Long-term effects:

High chances of Karin or Yamato being used as a sacrifice for the resurrection of Madara Uchiha; No use of Edo Tensai in war; 

Naruto's death because the Fourth is not present; Sasuke's death because Kabuto is not present.

Scenario 2:

Get the Third Hokage involved and try to save both of them.

Result :-

Danzo denies everything and declares Kabuto dead.

Long-term effects:

Kabuto's death is delayed after the Uchiha massacre, and there is a high chance that he falls victim to Kotoamatsukami.

High chance Orochimaru is not resurrected on time or not resurrected at all.

High chances of Karin or Yamato being used as a sacrifice for the resurrection of Madara Uchiha.

High chance of Naruto's death because the Fourth is not present and Sasuke's death because Kabuto is not present.

Scenario 3:

Get the Third Hokage involved at the last moment, moments before the death of Nono, and have Orochimaru and Danzo's partnership exposed.

Result:

Slight chance of saving both.

There is a good chance that Danzo will kill Kabuto to erase evidence.

Long-term effects:

In the event Kabuto survives, Sasori of Red Sand controls Kabuto.

High chance Orochimaru is not resurrected on time at the 4th Ninja War or not resurrected at all.

High chances of Karin or Yamato being used as a sacrifice for the resurrection of Madara Uchiha

High chance of Naruto's death because the Fourth is not present and Sasuke's death because Kabuto is not present.

Simulations end 

Ryu thought, "I cannot save Nono from dying and save Kabuto from walking down the same path as in the original story. Even if I save him, Sasori will still be in control of him. The butterfly effect is such a bitch."

He sighed, accepting that Kabuto's fate is interlinked with Naruto's and Sasuke's in the grand scheme of things. He cannot change it without screwing things up worse.

As Ryu chatted with Nono, Masato Nakai was meeting Hokage, and they discussed the dream Ryu has regarding transforming long-distance communications.

Hiruzen joked, "If I knew that his vision for this company was so grand, then I would also have bought a stake in the company rather than giving 100% to them."

Masato Nakai replied, "I would have done the same if I had money, but I am so broke."

They then discussed the future of the company. Hiruzen tells him, "There will be a potential info leak regarding Ryu's secret project. I need to invade the privacy of your employees if I need to protect them."

Masato Nakai replied, "I agreed to be your informant because you assured me you would protect my people, so I trust you would protect them."

Masato continued, "I believe Director Ryu's project will help advance the civilisations by centuries. And just like Director Ryu has said, it will also transform how diplomacy takes place, bringing this world one step closer toward peace."

Hiruzen replied, "I will definitely protect your company and its people, and this project will definitely succeed."

Masato Nakai asked, "Why are you so sure, Lord Hokage? What makes you so confident in the success of the project?"

Hiruzen then tells him about Yukimira and advises him not to disclose it as it is secret info. Masato Nakai marvelled at the genius of Ryu and how he created a cure for himself.

Hiruzen didn't tell him but thought, "If I tell him that that boy is also comparable and probably better than a Fuinjutsu Grandmaster, he will faint."

Horuzen then said, "I will have my ANBU regularly monitor your staff to protect them from outside interference. I have an excellent ninja in my mind to work as a secretary for Ryu. I will tell her and explain her mission. She will regularly check for and ensure that tricks like genjutsu or infiltration are not used on the employees of your company."

"That is an excellent idea, Lord Hokage." Masato Nakai said.

A few days later, a boy can be seen in front of Hamura's residence.

"So this is where he lives. It's just as big as Uchiha district," Itachi said.

Just then Dan opened the house and greeted, "Welcome; Ryu told me that you would be coming."

Dan pointed to a house right in front of Hamura's main house and said, "You will find Ryu there."

Itachi said, "What's he doing there? Do you own that property as well?"

"And many more. Once upon a time, the Hamura clan was a very big clan." Dan replied.

Itachi went there and found Ryu with some man-shifting things.

"Oh, Itachi, you are healed." Ryu said

"What is all that? Itachi asked.

Ryu replied, "Oh, these are all my employees, and they are shifting equipment in my new workshop. Come on in. We will talk in my office."

"A workshop and office?" Itachi asked with surprise and too many questions in his mind.

"The Hamura clan used to be a clan of crafters. It's only right I keep the family tradition alive." Ryu replied.

He entered the state-of-the-art chemistry lab and asked, "Your grandfather is going to work here?"

"Grandpa? No, not him." Ryu replied.

A young girl entered the office and said, "Director Ryu. The inventory has been unloaded and set up as you had intended. if there is anything else you would like me to do." 

"She is Enjomi Kaori, my secretary. And Enjomi-san, meet Itachi Uchiha." Ryu replied.

"Hello, Mr. Itachi," she greeted, and Itachi also greeted back.

"Thank you, Enjomi Kaori, Nothing at the moment. But I will prepare a list of this I will be needing in the future." Ryu replied.

"Then I will take my leave." Enjomi replied.

Itachi was in a very unfamiliar setting and with equally unfamiliar and strange company. He has not been in any kind of lab before, so he was very interested.

Itachi asked, "What is it you are trying to make here?"

Ryu smiled and thought, "I have pretty much messed up the timeline for Itachi. He awakened before he met Obito and had his teammates killed. I don't know if it was Obito's intention in the first place. If not, then his life is in danger. He will be graduating soon and will be fighting Obito soon. I need to make sure he survives, or else the outcome of the war will not be in favour of the allied ninja force."

He spoke, "I am working on a project to harness the energy of the sun and generate energy from sunlight."

Itachi asked, "Is that even possible?"

"If that was not possible, then how do you think plants do?" Ryu stated.

Itachi thought about it and replied, "I guess you are right. I never thought this way."

Ryu confidently declared, "Upon successful completion, I intend to utilise the generated solar power to provide energy for households, marking a significant step towards sustainable living."

"Wow, I never thought you had this side to you," Itachi said.

"Well, thinking is my speciality. I am always thinking about the possibilities. My grandfather has bought a company for me that does this kind of research." Ryu stated.

Itachi replied, "I always thought thinking was Nara Clan's speciality."

Ryu replied, "Not likely. Everyone does have a brain. Sometimes even idiots can have an idea that can change the outcome in a difficult situation."

"Speaking of ideas," Ryu said, "I was thinking yesterday but did not get much of a solution. I want a different perspective on this problem."

"What's the problem?" Itachi said.

Ryu asked, "If your opponent can turn into a ghost and pass through things, people, and Ninjutsu, what will you do? How will you survive against such an opponent?"

"That is a very specific problem." Itachi said, "Let me think."

"Considering that the ability to turn into a ghost is a type of space-time Ninjutsu. There is not much way to defend against it."

Itachi thought some more and continued speaking, "But still, a few tricks can help buy time if that space-time jutsu is not active all the time and has some kind of limitations."

"Like what?" Ryu asked

"An intense and wide-area jutsu whose effects cannot be seen with naked eyes." Itachi replied.

"You are right. Every jutsu, no matter how advanced and strong it is, has some kind of drawback or limitation. Is this scenario a sudden, unexpected explosion, or poisonous gas will also work if you can catch this ghost off guard? Ryu said.

"Right, even if he can become a ghost, he still needs to breathe," Itachi said.

Ryu continued, "But he will try to enter into the ground to escape from poison. You will need to hide the fact that it's poison. It will not work if your opponent has even the slightest suspicion that you are using poison gas."

Itachi replied, "You are right. He will also try to attack me from behind after using the ground if he escapes from poison."

Ryu suggested, "How about an odourless and fume-based fire attack that burns with some delay, and when it does burn, it does so very suddenly, and it is like the air itself is on fire?"

Itachi asked, "That would work also. But is there something that burns like this?"

"If it does not exist, then we can make it." Ryu said with a wide grin.
