Naruto: Reborn in His Younger Self

Facing Obito's words, Naruto sneered with disdain.

"Obito, you're right about one thing—if you really believe that, you're only lying to yourself.

You used to be just like me. Your dream was to become Hokage, wasn't it? Look at yourself now—hiding behind a mask, clinging to delusions. Is this what you meant by fulfilling the promise you made to Rin?

My father became Hokage and protected my mother from the Cloud. He did what you couldn't. What right do you have to speak his name?

You're hiding behind a mask because you're too afraid to face the world... or even yourself!"

"Enough!" Obito roared, his voice brimming with rage. "No matter what you say, this world is sick beyond repair! The Infinite Tsukuyomi is the only cure!"

Sasuke scoffed, eyes narrowed. "Now you understand how irritating this guy is. Leave him to me."

With that, Sasuke stepped forward.

Naruto turned toward him. "Sasuke, don't fall deeper into the darkness. I might not agree with all of Itachi's actions, but in his heart, he died protecting the village and you. What you're doing now spits on his sacrifice."

Sasuke's expression twisted with fury. "Don't lecture me, you bastard!"

Without another word, Sasuke charged.

Naruto gave a faint smirk. Just like before... You didn't stop until I beat you half to death. Looks like history's about to repeat itself.

"Banshō Ten'in!"

With a sudden gravitational pull, Sasuke yanked Naruto toward him with the Rinnegan.

Naruto's eyes narrowed. He's using that technique? Then... his left eye's ability...

There was no time to dwell. Instinctively, Naruto activated his own Rinnegan.

"Shinra Tensei!"

A blast of repulsion exploded from his body, pushing away Sasuke's pull and flinging back Naruto, Minato, Orochimaru, and Killer Bee.

"Uncle Orochimaru, Uncle Bee, Dad—be careful! His Rinnegan might have the same abilities as mine!"

The three nodded.

Minato looked toward Obito. "Naruto, focus on dealing with Sasuke. I'll handle Obito."

Orochimaru licked his lips and smiled toward the team behind Sasuke. "Well then, I'll deal with these old acquaintances—Jūgo, Suigetsu, and Karin."

Killer Bee stared toward the seven figures standing ominously in the distance. "Yo, Naruto! Those seven… they're all Jinchūriki! What the hell is going on with their eyes? They've got Rinnegan and Sharingan—just like Sasuke! And the tailed beasts in their bodies… weren't they already extracted?!"

Orochimaru narrowed his eyes. "They've been resurrected with Edo Tensei."

Killer Bee's expression stiffened. "So they're Jinchūriki again... after being brought back to life?"

Gyūki spoke inside Bee's mind, voice low. "Something's off. I can't sense the tailed beasts properly. They're not responding."

Bee nodded and passed on Gyūki's words.

"I know," Naruto replied calmly. "They're being controlled."

Orochimaru cast a glance at Naruto, slightly relieved. Good... he understands.

Sasuke stood across from him like a coiled serpent. His arrogance was gone, replaced with deadly seriousness.

"Heh, Naruto, I've got some new tricks now. Familiar with these moves? Let's see how well you handle them!"

With a twitch of Sasuke's eye, the seven Edo Jinchūriki sprang into motion.

Naruto exhaled slowly. Looks like Sasuke's Rinnegan abilities have evolved differently in this timeline.

There wasn't time to dwell. The seven Jinchūriki were already mid-attack.

"You guys wait here! I'll test the waters first!"

Orange pigmentation formed around Naruto's eyes—Sage Mode activated. He launched himself forward.

The first to reach him was Fū, the Seven-Tails' Jinchūriki. She soared with insect-like wings, slicing through the air toward him.

But Naruto's heightened Sage perception allowed him to dodge effortlessly.

"Tch," Sasuke grunted. "Still agile, huh? Fine."

Lava ignited the battlefield as the Four-Tails' Jinchūriki, Rōshi, burst forward cloaked in molten chakra—Son Gokū's power flaring violently.

"Sage Art: Big Ball Rasengan!"

Sasuke's eyebrow lifted. "So you can finally form it with one hand. No Shadow Clone needed."

As Naruto charged, Rōshi formed hand signs. "Lava Style: Scorching River Rock Technique!"

Streams of lava erupted from his mouth—but they were parted and vaporized by the spinning force of the Rasengan.

Sasuke clicked his tongue. "Not bad."

Next came Yugito Nii, the Two-Tails' Jinchūriki. Her spectral blue flames condensed into a small, deadly form, Killer Bee recognized immediately.

"Yo, Naruto! That's the Blue Flame —watch out!"

The jade struck Naruto's Rasengan and scattered into several laser-like beams—each one trying to pierce him from behind.

Naruto spun.

"Shinra Tensei!"

A gravitational shield burst from his body, repelling the beams in all directions.

But it didn't end there.

Rōshi surged forward again, pushing his Rasengan away with sheer force. Behind him, the remaining Jinchūriki attacked in tandem.

Boom! The Big Ball Rasengan shattered under the pressure.

Naruto vanished in a flicker. Reappearing mid-air, he flipped and launched kunai in every direction.

Back on the ground, he danced among them with deadly precision.

Seizing an opening, Naruto launched a direct kick at Utakata, the Six-Tails' Jinchūriki.

Bee grinned. "Yo! Nice shot, bro!"

But Utakata didn't even turn—he ducked the strike with inhuman precision.

Bee's eyes widened. "What?! He didn't even look—how'd he dodge that?!"

Naruto's eyes darted around. They're moving in perfect unison… no blind spots. Shared vision—just like Pain.

He narrowed his eyes. In that case…

He surged again—this time using Frog Kumite, the invisible nature energy strikes only possible in Sage Mode.

You can dodge what you see… but what about what you can't?

Targeting Utakata again, Naruto closed in.

As expected, Utakata evaded one of Naruto's visible punches—only for Naruto's real strike, invisible and layered with natural energy, to land.

Boom!

Utakata flew back, crashing through several trees before collapsing to the ground.

Sasuke and Obito both looked stunned.

Naruto turned, a confident smile on his face.

"Some things… can't be seen, Sasuke."

Obito narrowed his eyes. "Sage power. So that's it..."

Sasuke clenched his fists. He hated seeing Naruto show off.

At his command, the four remaining Jinchūriki pulled back.

Rōshi stepped forward, landing hard and raising a cloud of dust. Behind him, the last of the seven Jinchūriki—Han, the Five-Tails' Jinchūriki—formed a hand sign.

"Wind Style: Sand Bomb Technique!"

The battlefield trembled as compressed wind bullets laced with particles tore through the air.

Naruto raised an arm, chakra swirling.

Now it begins.
