Sai's brother Shin had his final wish fulfilled. Sasori, too, found peace. Their deeply rooted emotions had broken the control of the Impure World Reincarnation.

Even Kakuzu, though he never realized any lofty dreams, had also managed to free himself. He spent his entire life chasing money, and in the end, he didn't even get to use it. Hidden deep in the shadows, Kabuto frowned. One after another, his revived pawns were breaking free of his control.

This was his first large-scale application of the Impure World Reincarnation, and clearly, he didn't yet fully grasp the jutsu's intricacies. But through these losses—Shin, Sasori, and Kakuzu—he had gained valuable insights.

"As expected," Kabuto murmured, pushing his glasses up. "If the soul has strong enough emotions or attachments, the technique can be broken."

With that, he sat cross-legged within a sealed barrier underground, opening a chakra-linked shogi board and dragging the unconscious Anko Mitarashi behind him.

"From here, I'll control the rest of my revived forces. Time to join the main battlefield."

He smiled darkly. The safest place was often the most dangerous. No one would expect him to be hiding here.

Meanwhile, on the battlefield...

With the use of the Flying Thunder God Technique, Naruto brought Killer Bee, Orochimaru, and the Four Hokage—Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, and Minato—to a rocky desert plateau.

Tobirama looked around and narrowed his eyes. "Naruto, why bring us here of all places?"

Hashirama, Minato, and Hiruzen shared similar expressions of curiosity.

Orochimaru stood silently, licking his lips, his mind already racing through possibilities.

Naruto didn't answer immediately. Instead, he unrolled a scroll and formed a quick series of seals. "Barrier: Detection Seal."

A buzzing hum echoed across the rocks as an intricate barrier enveloped the area.

Tobirama raised an eyebrow. "A perception barrier seal? Are we hiding from enemy sensors?"

Naruto nodded. "Yes. A major battle is about to happen here. I need you three—Lord First, Lord Second, and Lord Third—to remain here and await my signal."

Hashirama frowned. "Wait here? For what?"

Naruto turned and smiled. "An old friend is coming. Lord Hashirama, your presence will be required soon. I'll let you know when."

Hashirama's expression shifted. "Old friend... Madara?"

Naruto nodded again.

Tobirama scoffed. "So he's still clinging to life."

Hashirama let out a deep sigh. "To think, even in death, our rivalry isn't over."

Naruto created a shadow clone and left it behind. "This clone will monitor the situation and notify you when it's time. Please don't act without the signal."

Hiruzen approached. "You're not staying, Naruto?"

Naruto shook his head. "No, Grandpa Third. I have other battlefields to attend to."

Hiruzen nodded in understanding.

Naruto turned to the rest. "Alright, Dad, Orochimaru, Bee—let's go."

With the Flying Thunder God Technique, they vanished in a flash of light.

Hashirama sat down cross-legged and sighed. "Even after death, war persists..."

Tobirama crossed his arms. "This is what comes from your leniency toward Madara. The Uchiha keep dragging the world into chaos."

Hashirama's gaze sharpened. "Enough, Tobirama. Not all Uchiha are like Madara. Don't paint them all with the same brush."

Tobirama huffed and looked away.

Hiruzen let out a helpless sigh, then turned to the clone Naruto. "Well, since we're waiting, why don't you tell us what happened to the village after we were gone? Or perhaps about yourself?"

Both Hashirama and Tobirama turned toward the clone, clearly intrigued.

Naruto's clone smiled. "Alright. Let me share some things with you."

And so, the four sat together, cross-legged atop the stone cliff within the barrier, exchanging stories.

Elsewhere, in a forest clearing, Naruto and his group landed. The trees were tall, the light dimmed by the thick canopy.

Minato looked around. "What's our next move, Naruto?"

Naruto thought for a moment, then formed hand signs. "Shadow Clone Technique!"

More than a dozen clones materialized around him.

"Disperse!"

The clones vanished into the trees with a rustle of leaves.

Minato raised a brow. "So we're expecting someone?"

Naruto shook his head. "Obito's movements are different in this timeline. I can't predict his exact location. Based on what I remember, I've sent clones to scout potential points of contact. If we get a hit, I'll use Flying Thunder God to move us."

Killer Bee grinned and threw out a few rhyming lines: "Oh yeah, it's time to fight, we're gonna make it right, under the moonlight!"

Orochimaru's eyes gleamed. He licked his lips. His anticipation was evident—after all, he hadn't fought seriously in years.

Naruto gave Bee a pat on the back. In his past life, Bee had accompanied him in a fierce battle against Obito and the six Jinchūriki of the Tailed Beasts. This time, Naruto held the reins.

He had let Obito initiate the war for a reason—this was a chance to unite the ninja world.

In truth, Naruto was the mastermind of this entire battle. The ultimate goal? Consolidate all the power in the ninja world.

Of course, death was inevitable in war. But Naruto had a final card to play.

If needed, he would inherit the power of the Sage of Six Paths and perform a mass resurrection—using the lives of the 100,000 White Zetsu as the cost.

He smiled bitterly. Was he still the same Naruto?

Perhaps not.

This Naruto no longer lived for himself. He lived for the future—for the stars.

Just then, he paused.

A clone had sensed something—familiar chakra.

Naruto's eyes lit up.

"Dad, let's go. Time to meet someone familiar."

Minato blinked. "Familiar? Who?"
