Riveria nodded. Lefiya knew she couldn't refuse, so she started preparing, chanting her incantation. Because the spell was long and complex, most mages couldn't protect themselves while casting.

Ryuu was an exception, as her ability to use magic while moving at high speed was highly unusual.

Soon, Lefiya conjured a multitude of flaming spears in front of her and then launched them forward. The spears shot out like arrows, striking the dragon in the blink of an eye.

The magic spears, which initially didn't seem that powerful, now turned into missiles. The explosions staggered Hawkwood, who looked at Lefiya in disbelief. He never expected that this young girl was such a formidable mage.

However, this barrage clearly didn't kill the dragon outright, but it did inflict serious injuries. Most importantly, the dragon's wings were crippled, rendering it unable to fly.

"Lefiya, keep going!"

Ais called out, drawing her rapier and charging forward, with Tiona also rushing in with her greatsword.

The two of them worked to pin down the dragon. Given their strength, either of them could take the dragon down alone. The reason both of them go is to create an opportunity for Lefiya.

"Lefiya, start chanting! Don't waste this chance; Ais and Tiona are giving you this opportunity!"

Under Riveria's urging, Lefiya snapped back to reality, realizing that she needed to take action now.

Seeing Lefiya's magic attack is coming, Ais and Tiona immediately dodged out of the way. The dragon was directly struck by the magic in its eyes, and as its head was attacked through the eyes, it was instantly defeated.

"Two magic circles took down a dragon. With a bit of luck, hitting its eyes on the first try would take it out… It's simply unbelievable!"

Hawkwood couldn't help but nod at this sight, acknowledging the effective teamwork with the others.

"This is… what a huge mass of souls!"

Lefiya harvested the dragon's soul, a huge mass, much larger than the one from the earlier Gundyr. After all, the previous Gundyr was merely a defective version, and the true Gundyr possesses far greater power.

And the true Champion Gundyr would never be affected by Pus of Man.

"Well done, Lefiya! It seems you can take care of yourself now!"

Tiona encouraged her, and Ais also nodded in agreement. Riveria was quite satisfied as well and finally allowed the little girl to revert to her previous role.

"Now, it's time to eliminate the monsters here. There shouldn't be anyone left, right?"

Riveria asked.
