Time flies.

It had been over eight months since Jiang Mo began the new training plan arranged by Orochimaru.

Now thirteen years old, Chinya stood along the coastline of the Land of Fire.

Orochimaru had taken on a C-rank mission for Chinya—eradicating pirates attempting to land on the shores of the Land of Fire.

Nearby, countless headless corpses lay scattered across the ground.

These were the pirates' headless corpses.

What shocked Chinya was that among these pirates were actually some ninja.

A C-ranked mission like this shouldn't logically involve ninja at all.

Yet not far ahead stood three figures facing him—and all three used ninjutsu.

During the fight, Chinya quickly realized they weren't ordinary pirates—but rather enemy ninja from another Hidden Village.

Their use of ninjutsu clearly marked them as shinobi.

A moment later, Chinya figured—they had embedded themselves among the pirates to sneak into the Land of Fire.

Meanwhile, the three ninja warily eyed Chinya with clear apprehension.

In just a short time, this boy had slaughtered all the pirates. If it hadn't been for their position at the edge of the group and their constant interference, they too might have already been beheaded.

Realizing they stood no chance against Chinya, the lead ninja gave a low signal to withdraw and began preparing to flee.

Chinya gave a bloodthirsty grin. "Not so fast—I'm not letting you escape. You'll make perfect credit for me!"

[Thunder Breathing, First Form – Lightning Flash!]

A thunderclap split the air like a blade slicing through silk as Chinya transformed into a streak of lightning, rushing toward the nearest ninja at an incredible speed.

With one downward slash—even using the flat side of his blade—he struck deep into his opponent's body.

The ninja screamed in agony before collapsing onto the ground like a pile of mush.

The strike from the back of Chinya's katana completely shattered the man's spine.

Next, Chinya quickly formed hand seals with both hands while inhaling deeply, puffing up his chest.

[Fire Release: Dragon Fire Singing Technique!]

He exhaled forward, unleashing four blazing dragons of fire—attacking the second ninja simultaneously from above, below, left, and right.

Seeing this, the second ninja immediately formed seals and pressed both hands against the ground.

[Water Release: Water Encampment Wall!]

Channeling water chakra into the earth, he created an upright wall of water surging upward from beneath.

The water wall successfully blocked the top and bottom fire dragons but failed to stop the two attacking from left and right.

The two fire dragons blazed into their targets and exploded on contact.

The scorched ninja flew out from the explosion and crashed onto the ground.

Chinya turned his gaze toward the third and final ninja.

This last one had run surprisingly fast and was already quite a distance away.

Chinya pointed the tip of his katana directly at the fleeing ninja.

Lightning crackled violently along the blade, roaring with power.

[Thunder Breathing, Fifth Form – Heat Thunder Realm!]

A scorching, lightning-shaped energy wave erupted from the blade, blasting straight toward the last escaping ninja.

The slash [Shaped Like a Bolt of Lightning] moved so fast it struck its target in the blink of an eye.

The last ninja stood frozen as arcs of electricity surged through his body. His hair and clothes shot upright, his limbs twitched violently, and smoke began rising from his scorched frame.

Chinya stopped the sword technique just in time to avoid killing him with the electricity.

The three ninjas were practically helpless against Chinya, quickly defeated without any chance to fight back.

Chinya gathered up the three now-incapacitated shinobi.

Then, he made hand seals again and pressed his palm against the ground.

"Summoning Jutsu!"

A puff of smoke appeared, and once it cleared, a large white snake stood before Chinya.

The White Snake greeted him coldly: "Lord Chinya."

Chinya pointed at the three unconscious ninja on the ground. "White Snake, swallow them into your stomach."

Upon hearing it was supposed to ingest them, the White Snake's tone suddenly turned enthusiastic. It coiled tightly around Chinya like a clingy pet: "Ah, Lord Chinya, you're the best! You know I'm hungry and brought me a snack. I love you so much~"

Chinya rolled his eyes. Guess what? As soon as this snake hears the word 'food', it goes full-on excited—never thought a snake could flip its mood so fast!

Just as the White Snake opened its mouth wide, ready to swallow the unconscious ninja whole, Chinya reminded it: "These aren't for eating though. I still have use for them. Just keep them inside temporarily. You can eat the nearby corpses freely."

Hearing they weren't actually edible snacks, the White Snake immediately whined, "What?! Lord Chinya, are you messing with my emotions? Those dead bodies are gross anyway!"

Chinya peeled the White Snake off his body. "Now you're picky about food? Either do it or go back—there are plenty of dried snakes at Ryuchi Cave anyway!"

"Do it, do it—I'll do it already! You call this treatment right after I answer your summons?"

Still grumbling, the White Snake agreed and started devouring the surrounding corpses first.

The corpses vanished before their eyes, devoured right in front of them.

Chinya watched in amazement—the snake's belly showed no sign of swelling despite consuming so many bodies.

Soon the corpses were gone, leaving only the three remaining ninja.

Unable to resist reminding it again, Chinya said, "Remember, these three are important. Don't actually eat them, alright?"

The White Snake flicked its tongue at Chinya with a huff. "Lord Chinya, I have professional ethics, you know."

The White Snake opened its maw again and swallowed each unconscious ninja one by one.

This time, its belly clearly bulged outward.

Curious, Chinya asked, "Earlier when you ate the corpses, your stomach didn't swell like this. Why now?"

"My digestive juices can quickly dissolve flesh—that's just how my body works," the White Snake explained. "Those three are staying in a section of my body without acid."

Understanding dawned on Chinya. "So that's why. Alright then, I'll leave those three with you temporarily. I'll summon you again later."

A puff of smoke enveloped the White Snake, sending it back to Ryuchi Cave.

After tidying things up, Chinya headed toward Konoha.

Over the past eight months, about once a month, Orochimaru had been assigning him C-ranked missions.

If it weren't for the fact that Chinya was still just a Genin, Orochimaru would've already assigned him a B-Rank mission.

Over the past eight months, Chinya had grown stronger every single day.

Already experienced in Lightning Chakra Shape and Nature Transformation, he smoothly mastered the same techniques for Fire Chakra as well.

He not only grasped the Uchiha Clan's [Fire Release Ninjutsu] and completely mastered the [Summoning Jutsu], but he also learned some of Orochimaru's Secret Techniques.

Additionally, under strict training, Chinya's Sharingan evolved into a double tomoe Sharingan.

Yet none of that was Chinya's biggest progress—it was his chakra reserves.

Chinya knew instantly it must be the result of his Senju bloodline. Currently, Chinya's chakra reserves amount had increased to match that of Kakashi in an activated Sharingan state. The chakra capacity of Kakashi in an activated Sharingan state alone was equivalent to that of a Tokubetsu Jonin.
