Plus, coming alone while representing the entire Uchiha Clan suggested this man held considerable status.

"Hey, what's your name?" Chinya asked curiously.

"Fugaku Uchiha."

Without stopping or turning back, Fugaku spoke his name before leaving.

A faint smirk tugged at Chinya's lips.

Fugaku Uchiha—the future clan head of the Uchiha, father of Itachi and Sasuke Uchiha.

His sneering expression deepened. "What an outstanding father of two remarkable sons."

In Chinya's eyes, Itachi's future massacre of his own clan wasn't justice at all.

Sacrificing few for the greater good might seem righteous on the surface.

But Itachi's victims weren't just anyone—they were his own clansmen, his blood relatives.

Loyal to Konoha though Itachi was, choosing to eliminate his entire clan to protect it may have been just for Konoha.

But to the Uchiha Clan—and the kin who had trusted and stood beside him, waiting for a shared future—it made Itachi nothing but a traitor.

That was a sin.

Blood ties made this crime even more heinous.

If Itachi had only killed those planning rebellion or included Sasuke in his massacre, Chinya might have respected him more.

But Itachi didn't.

Itachi Uchiha, together with Obito Uchiha, killed every man, woman, and child without exception.

As a member of the Uchiha Clan, he chose to wipe out his own family.

He didn't spare Sasuke Uchiha just to continue the clan's legacy, but because he couldn't bear to watch his beloved younger brother die.

After carrying out the massacre, Itachi's sole condition was that his younger brother, Sasuke Uchiha, be spared. In exchange, he would provide intelligence to Konoha.

This act reduced the annihilation of the Uchiha Clan to a mere farce.

As for Sasuke Uchiha… well, now that one's slightly intriguing.

Just as Chinya was about to head back to the base for more training, a voice interrupted—Orochimaru's.

"You're quite clever too, Chinya," Orochimaru said.

Chinya turned toward the source of the voice and saw Orochimaru leaning casually against a tree, watching him with a smile.

Chinya also smiled and said to Orochimaru, "Since they offered it freely, how could I not accept? The notes on the Uchiha Clan's Fire Release Ninjutsu and Sharingan cultivation methods are extremely valuable to me."

Two scrolls once again appeared in Chinya's hands.

The two scrolls burned earlier by Chinya were nothing more than blank ones taken from inside his Ninja Tool Pouch.

Just as Fugaku Uchiha was about to leave, Chinya swiftly swapped them out. Then, when Fugaku's gaze left the scrolls, Chinya ignited them using the high heat of lightning, creating the illusion that he had openly burned the scrolls without showing any respect.

With his arms crossed, Orochimaru walked toward Chinya. "Aren't you worried that the Uchiha will come after you later?"

Chinya carefully re-stowed the scrolls and grinned brightly at Orochimaru. "Not in the least. There's always my teacher Orochimaru. Plus, the fact that Fugaku Uchiha himself came to apologize on behalf of his clan only proves how desperate they are—they're trying to use me as a bridge to connect with you."

Orochimaru chuckled lightly. "You've certainly got a good read on things. But let's not pretend—you know full well the Uchiha are investing in your future to get close to me, the mentor of someone destined to be Hokage."

Chinya laughed cheerfully. "Sensei Orochimaru, I never said that."

Orochimaru didn't say anything else and started walking toward the underground base. "Come. I've been very busy lately. Today, after taking you to contract with Ryuchi Cave and helping you plan your training schedule, I'll be away for a while."

Following Orochimaru inside, Chinya arrived at his office.

Orochimaru explained to Chinya: "Summoning Jutsu is a Space-Time Ninjutsu technique that allows the caster to summon summoned beasts after entering a blood-pact contract with them."

Because a blood contract must be made with the Summoned Beast, blood is used as the medium so the Summoned Beast knows who is calling it. The contractor leaves a blood mark on the blood contract, and once the Summoned Beast recognizes this mark, it can be summoned.

Therefore, when performing the Summoning Jutsu, blood is typically spread across the palm, combining chakra and blood in that hand to serve as the summoning medium.

Next come the Hand Seals. The seals for the Summoning Jutsu are Pig, Dog, Bird, Monkey, and Ram. The stronger the Summoned Beast you want to call, the more Chakra you need to use—more energy means more power.
