Naruto: Chakra System

Choji, with his chubby mouth full, said, "Hello, Naruto, how are you doing?"

Naruto took a seat. "Yo, Choji, Shikamaru, how are you two doing?"

Shikamaru sighed, glanced at Naruto, then at Sasuke with his dead-fish eyes, and said, "Ninja work is troublesome. I have less free time to have a good nap in the afternoon anymore."

Choji chimed in, "Yeah, I agree with him. D-rank Missions are really boring, but Asuma-sensei said they are important, so we can't refuse."

Naruto chuckled. "Ha, yeah, even though I've only done two, but they were really boring," he said. "I want to do a real ninja mission and defeat enemies."

Shikamaru said, "Don't be so impatient. You'll get a chance to do real missions later anyways."

Naruto nodded, then they also placed their orders. Meanwhile, on the other side, Ino and Sakura were bickering over who would sit beside Sasuke. Sakura said, "Hey, Ino pig, you've already been sitting besides Shikamaru, why do you even come here?"

Ino retorted, "Why? Do you have a problem, you Forehead?"

Sakura rejoined, "Sasuke is my teammate now, so go sit with your teammates."

Sasuke, who had been seated on the outer edge of the counter, frowned, a little irritated at their bickering, and got up, walking towards Kakashi. "Kakashi-sensei, can I sit besides you?" he asked.

Kakashi and Asuma had noticed Sakura and Ino, so both chuckled at Sasuke, and Kakashi made some space for Sasuke to take a seat. Sakura said, "Sasuke-kun, don't go there, sit with me!"

Ino pushed her. "No, come, sit with me..."

Naruto, seeing this, got jealous and muttered, "Why doesn't Sakura-chan ask me to sit beside her? That damn Sasuke."

Choji, noticing Naruto mutter, asked, "What are you saying, Naruto? Can you speak louder."

Shikamaru, even so-genius, knew about Naruto's obvious crush on Sakura and muttered, "Man, women are even more troublesome than ninja stuff."

Kakashi, seeing them, recalled his past life incident and thought, 'Before dying, I remember I broke up with my girlfriend a few months ago, but if I hadn't died that day, maybe I definitely would have found a new, better girl, and had a family, a few kids. But, sigh, that ends there. Now I have this life as Kakashi Hatake, and I should focus on having a family here.'

Asuma found Kakashi zoned out. "Kakashi, what are you thinking?" he asked. "Why are you so deep in thoughts?"

Kakashi came out of his thoughts. "Nothing in particular," he said, "but tell me something?"

Asuma asked, "About what?"

Kakashi's visible eye crinkled in a smile, and he said, "About your and Kurenai's relationship. How's it going?"

Asuma coughed lightly. "Ahem, everything's going well, but what's with your sudden interest in my relationship?"

Kakashi shrugged and honestly said, "I'm also thinking about finding a good girl sometime, and having a family of my own."

Asuma was surprised. "Really? You also think about such matters? That's really surprising," he said. "I thought you were only interested in the adult books, you like Jiraiya-sama's Icha Icha Paradise, right?"

This time Kakashi coughed lightly. "Ahem, I already stopped reading them," he said. "Though Icha Icha Paradise was good book, but I'm not interested in them anymore."

Asuma nodded. "That's why I thought, why haven't I seen that orange book in your hand for some time."

Later, Teuchi, with his usual bright, warm smile, took their order and served them Ramen. Sakura and Ino, after seeing that Sasuke sat beside Kakashi, stopped fighting and also took a seat and had Ramen. They ate Ramen and chatted among themselves before all went their own ways as night fell and the moon shone on Konoha.

Kakashi, once again after reaching his home, dispersed his Shadow Clones, who had been training in his stead for hours today. Even though Kakashi's Chakra reserves were now good, especially since he understood how good they were from the time Hiruzen told him that his reserves were somewhat closer to his own.

But using 30 Shadow Clones still took a significant portion of Chakra, and his Shadow Clones couldn't stay active all day. So, every time his Shadow Clones dispersed after a few hours from morning to afternoon, Kakashi would wait for an hour, then create them again and have his grind continue.

And today, his Shadow Clones were even able to learn the Storage Seal, but Kakashi understood that the Storage Seal alone wasn't enough to make a dimension-type seal which Orochimaru had made for Sasuke in the anime. Even though Kakashi could create a lot of space in storage seal, it still had a limit.

But Kakashi wanted something that had almost unlimited space, or at least very vast space beyond a Storage Seal's maximum limit, after all, Storage Scroll Seals also only had limited amount of space.

Kakashi thought a bit and concluded, "Maybe I can try out merging the Four-Symbol Seal with the Storage Seal. Even though the Four-Symbol Seal can also be used to store and capture any Tailed Beast like the Eight-Trigram Seal, but they aren't for genuine storage purposes. But if I merge them with the Storage Seal, then maybe I can really gain my desired dimension-type seal, from which I can summon and store any weapon and stuff of my own."

Though Kakashi also thought about learning Explosion Tag Seals properly at first, but after thinking a bit, he found less need for it. Now he had enough Chakra, which would continue to grow, and then he could use almost all Nature Transformation Jutsu; he felt explosion seals were useless for him. Especially when he had and knew "Explosive Shadow Clone Jutsu" technique as well, similar to Itachi's.
