So it have some requirements you need to have before being able to learn it .

And since your appraisal skill is only level 1 that means you aren't even able to see the requirements needed to acquire the skill .

The requirements are pretty simple they are related to your basic attributes to learn Troll Force you need to have 30 in strength and 20 in stamina .

Let's see it should be quite easy to achieve those requirements as you are only short by 23 points in strength .

Updating an active skill normally took a long time since it's more or less related to your comprehension so if your comprehension is high enough you will be able to upgrade your skills more quickly than others but if it's low then i will be sorry to say that it will be quite the hurdle .

But since appraisal is a basic Skill allowing one to identify unknown items and observe the stats of himself and others five level above it's quite easy to upgrade .

But why even bother you can just find a new one like Keen insight or other skills that are better and more well suited for you i even heard that princess Trina you remember her the one who gave you the skill book have a unique eye skill that never appeared before or that's what the rumors say .
