Kamino Ward - Present

The smoke parts.

All Might stands alone before All For One. His chest rises with shallow, trembling breaths. His cape is in tatters. One eye is swollen shut, and blood drips from his jaw.

Where Satoru once stood, there is only a crater.

Kana screams.

Her mother, unconscious. Rescue workers pull them from the rubble. Gran Torino, limping from his earlier injuries, grips Kana's shoulder before she can run back into the smoke.

"You can't help him now."

She shakes her head, sobbing. But he won't let go.

Broadcast Screen

Class 1-A watches the screen in horrified silence. Deku's hands tremble. Bakugo grits his teeth, slamming his fist into the wall.

"That dumb bastard... he really did it."

Iida's glasses are fogged. Uraraka's hands are pressed to her mouth.

Shoto speaks for all of them.

"He's gone. And now it's up to All Might."

All For One floats forward, his tendrils twitching.

"Such a pointless sacrifice. One more weakling pretending to be strong."

All Might doesn't flinch.

"He stood when you said he couldn't. He protected when you thought he wouldn't. That boy... was stronger than you ever understood."

The two titans clash.

FLASHBACK – Satoru's Last Stand

Satoru's scream of defiance still echoes.

"It's not about winning or losing, it's about me taking you on right here and right now!!!"

The final blast swallowed him whole.

And yet, in that flash, the world saw his heart.

Back to Kamino - All Might's Rage

With a roar that shakes the buildings, All Might punches AFO into the ground.

Civilians across the nation cheer. Some sob. Others pray.

Keiko, huddled behind the rubble, whispers:

"He gave you this chance. Don't waste it."

Sayaka, in the hospital, nods through her tears.

"For him... finish it."

Gran Torino, watching from the street below, mutters:

"He lit the fire. Now burn that bastard down."

All Might vs. All For One

All For One tries to warp away. All Might grabs him mid-teleport, smashing him into a tower.

"DETROIT... SMASH!!"

The shockwave levels a city block.

All Might stumbles. His true form begins to surface.

Citizens watching the screen gasp.

"His power... he's almost out."

AFO grins, bloodied but still mocking.

"You're at your limit, Toshinori."

All Might clenches his fist.

"Then I'll surpass it. For him. For them. For all of us."

He raises his arm one last time.

"UNITED STATES OF..."

The screen splits. The wind stills.

"SMASH!!!"

AFO is buried beneath rubble. The dust rises.

All Might points his finger toward the camera.

"Next... it's your turn."

He collapses.

Post-Fight Silence

All For One is contained.

The smoke settles.

The crowd outside Kamino falls silent. Heroes rush to support All Might.

Behind them, the crater still smokes.

Satoru is gone.

Only a melted helmet and cracked goggles remain.

The skater boys salute in silence.

The old man from the alley wipes his eyes.

A child clutches a handmade helmet.

"He was just a guy. But he saved them."
