Multiverse Heroes: Magical Destinies(AmphibiaxSVTFOExTOH)

Chapter 43: Rectifications

The skies of Los Angeles have never looked quite like this before. The citizens were used to sunshine, or the occasional rain during the day, and black skies with a hint of smog at night.

This time however, there were portals leading outside of Earth. A few were from Amphibia, thanks to the added power from science and magic, but the main portal led to Earth from The Boiling Isles.

The citizens of Los Angeles observed it amazement, and slight terror, of a giant castle that had just flew in from one of the portals, and Andrias glaring down at everyone.

"It is an honor and a privilege to finally grace yourselves with my esteemed presence!" Andrias declared. "Allow me to formally introduce myself. I am King Andrias Leviathan! Ruler of Amphibia, and soon to be ruler of Earth!"

"Shouldn't we get a say in who rules us!?" a person shouted. "We live in a democracy after all!"

"Seize that man!" Andrias ordered, allowing his robots to take the criticizer. "Does anyone else have a smart mouth claim?"

"You!" Came the voice of Mr. X, the man surrounded by his agents.

"Something about the way you humans are dressed seems kind of familiar," Andrias said.

Darcy looked overhead and took note of the style, "I think those are some of the humans that tried to invade the castle the other day."

"Oh right, those pitiful fools," Andrias said.

"You have a lot of nerve coming to our side of the multiverse! Fortunately we're a merciful bunch, so we're going to give you to the count of three to turn around and leave!" Mr. X said. "One-"

Andrias immediately sent a blast in Mr. X's direction, prompting the man to quickly dodge. The other agents opened fire, hoping to do away with Andrias, but the evil King merely sent his robots to attack.

"Did they honestly believe they would be a match for me?" Andrias asked.

"You mean us..." Belos said as he came through with the scissors.

"Here already?" Darcy asked.

"The Day of Unity is going as planned," Belos said as he gestured at the Black Sun through the portal. "Soon I will have the entirety of The Boiling Isles drained."

"Sounds great," Darcy said. "Shame about your Coven though."

"A necessary sacrifice, I greatly appreciate their support," Belos said.

Within The Boiling Isles, the witches slowly began to succumb to the draining spell. Any that tried to escape were restrained and blocked off by either abominations or Andrias's robots, with Drakken's henchmen assisting.

Eda was succumbing to the effects as well, doing her best to keep it together.

"Eda!" Sprig ran over to check on the woman. "Eda! Your magic!"

"Don't worry about me, how are the others?" Eda asked.

"They're losing magic too!" Sprig explained. "Some of them look like they're turning into dust!? Is...is everyone dying!?"

"N-no, of course not..." Eda nervously said. "They're...just really tired."

"Eda, I may be a kid, but I'm not dumb!" Sprig scolded, then gestured to her arm. "For Frog's sake, your arm is doing the same thing!"

"Not for long," Came the familiar voice of Raine. The witch of Eda's heart had grabbed her hand and worked some magic.

Within moments, Eda's arm had completely disappeared, along with the curse. This took both the owl lady and the young frog by her side by surprise.

"Sorry, that's the best I could do," Raine said.

"Eh, who needs two arms?" Eda said. This didn't qualm Sprig's worry, to which the owl woman rubbed his head. "Seriously kid, I'm fine. Don't worry."

"No one else is," Raine said while gesturing to the other witches. "Sorry to say, but the rest of the Boiling Isles is doomed to die."

Sprig nervously looked around at both the curse and the dying witches. He could see many of his friends succumbing to the magic, and even those who followed Belos.

Nearby he could see Shego doing battle with Higgs, Tom and Kelly. She was surprisingly agile, able to dodge any sword or magic attack and kept all three kids at bay.

"Come on, I expected something out of the three of you," Shego boasted. "Even a literal demon is no match for me."

"Is this girl human?" Kelly asked in disbelief.

"I think so...then again she is firing weird beams from her hand," Higgs said. "She may be something else."

"Have you lost that much hope that you're debating if I'm even human?" Shego asked. "Wow, you poor saps."

"Well, are you human!?" Tom asked.

"Why should I tell you?" Shego asked. "You're going to lose anyway, might as well just give up and save all of us the trouble."

"Oh so that's how it's going to be?" Kelly dashed in to attack again. "Well I'm too stubborn to give up! So-"

Shego kicked Kelly's sword out of her hand and then delivered a punch across her jaw before ending with a spinning kick to her face.

"Gotta say, you're persistent," Shego then ducked a sword strike from Higgs before elbowing her away. "But you're still no match for me."

Sprig was understandably concerned by Shego's skill, "Belos and Andrias found quite the buddy to have with this lady."

"She is formidable, isn't she young frog?" Came the voice of the nearby Doctor Drakken. Sprig turned his attention to the scientist, the boy keeping his guard up.

"I know you, I saw you when we ran through the multiverse!" Sprig said.

"Yes, your friend Dacy offered quite the deal," Drakken said. "The world in exchange for an alliance."

"And you actually trusted them?" Sprig asked. "Suppose they betray you like they betrayed the others?"

"Please, I am far too valuable to be betrayed," Drakken said.

"Wow, someone has an ego," Eda mocked.

"Says the one armed hag," Drakken insulted. Suddenly he felt a creature clawing at his head, that being none other than King.

"Don't you talk trash about Eda, you jerk!" King shouted as he scratched Drakken.

"Get off me you little mutant!" Drakken grabbed King and aggressively threw him to the ground. This prompted Eda to grab her Palisman and whack Drakken in the face.

"No one does that to my little boy!" Eda said, then whacked Drakken again. She looked up at the black sun, and saw that more witches were succumbing. "Damn, how do we deal with that!?"

Suddenly the sun moved out the way, taking Eda and the others by surprise, with the spell completely wearing off.

"What in the world?" Raine asked while looking up into the sky.

"The sun..." Hunter said as he glanced up. "It...moved?"

"Uh...was that supposed to happen?" Drakken looked around for the island's emperor. "Yeah, Belos really should have stuck around to make sure his plan worked."

"Hey, Drakken!" Shego called. "Is this part of the plan!?"

"That's what I'm wondering!" Drakken said, then noticed the witches standing up. "No time to figure it out, let's find Belos and Andrias, quick!"

"On it!" Shego said as she pulled out some scissors while glaring at her opponents, "Sorry kiddies, I'll babysit you some other time."

"Who are you calling kiddies!?" Higgs ran in to attack again, but Shego blasted her back before running off and through a portal with Drakken. "Ugh...that show-offy bitch."

"I can't believe how strong she was," Tom said. "There's no way she's human!"

"Well, Marco's strong," Kelly pointed out.

"Sasha too," Higgs said.

"You got me with Marco," Tom said. "Sasha though...she seems average for a human."

"Well Sasha can probably handle fighting that green lady," Higgs said.

"Pfft, I could have taken her," Kelly said.

"Hey kids!" Came Hop Pop's voice as he ran over.

"Hey it's Mr. Plantar," Kelly said.

"I'm glad you're all okay," Hop Pop said. "Looks like things aren't done for us yet though. Whoever that lady was, she ain't something to be taken lightly."

"I still say I could take her," Higgs insisted.

"Never mind that, we need to find Luz and the others," Hunter said.

"First thing's first, we gotta make sure the witches are alright," Kelly said.

"Alright, let's do a quick sweep," Higgs said while leading everyone away.

Eda still looked on in disbelief, but also relieved to know that the spell was done with. "I still would like to know how we managed to not die."

"We'll wonder about that later," Hop Pop said. "I'm worried about Anne and Polly. Plus I imagine that you want to check up on Luz."

"Yeah, let's go," Eda said as everyone was quick to leave.

Meanwhile Sprig turned his attention to King, "You think this might have to do with that kid we met?"

"Hard to say..." King said, the creature now in disbelief.

"He dropped quite the bomb on you," Sprig said. "Didn't he?"

King nodded, "He sure did..."

After getting separated from Marco and the others in Andrias's castle, both King and Sprig had come across a portal to The Boiling Isles. Belos was planning his Day of Unity, and borrowing some of Andrias's guards.

Using a distraction, the two managed to sneak through the portal into Belos's lair.

They traversed underground, unsure of where they were. Only noticing that they were in a cave of sorts.

"Wonder where we are?" Sprig said.

"Going through that portal may not have been a good idea," King said.

"We had to do something," Sprig said. "If we take out Belos, that could really help your world, and by extension mine."

"Come on Sprig, what are a couple of kids like us going to do against Belos?" King asked.

"Hey, I've gone against danger, and so have you," Sprig said. "Together, there isn't anything that we can't do."

"...You certainly have guts," King said.

"You bet, nothing gets to me," Sprig said.

"Whoa!" Came a voice, this startling Sprig. "Is that a talking frog!?"

"Who said that!?" King asked as he and Sprig got ready for a fight.

Coming into view was a boy who resembled shapes. The one Belos called The Collector. "I did!"

"Uh...?" Sprig wasn't sure what to make of this. "What...are you?"

"I should be asking that, I've never seen a talking frog," The Collector said. "And...whoa!" He immediately glanced at King. "You look just like the big bully that sealed me away!"

"Me!?" King asked.

"Yeah, are you his litle Titan Baby?" The Collector asked, then began swirling the demon. "Whoa! I've always wanted to play with you, but your dumb father hid you away! But now we can play! Do you like Hide-and-Seek!?"

"Whoa, hold on...Titan?" King asked.

"Well yeah, didn't you know that?" The Collector asked. "You're a little baby Titan! One who's fun to play with! Now about that game of Hide-and-Seek!?"

"Look, we don't have time to play," Sprig said. "We need to deal with Belos and his Day of Unity."

"Day of Unity? That sounds fun," The Collector said. "I think I overheard him mentioning that a few times. Something about draining magic."

"He's gonna do WHAT!?" King asked in disbelief.

"I told you, he's going to drain magic," The Collector said. "Wow you're not good at listening."

"We gotta stop him!" Sprig said, then turned to The Collector. "I don't suppose you know a way to help, do you?"

"Why would I help you?" The Collector asked.

"Because if you don't, innocent witches may die!" Sprig said. "Same with the rest of the multiverse!"

"I don't know, it sounds like doing chores," The Collector said. "And I hate chores."

"Believe me, I get that feeling," Sprig said. "But I have a family! My grandfather, my sister, and a friend who I love like a sister! Plus King here has a mother and a sister-like friend as well."

"Yeah? So?" The Collector asked.

"So they might die!" Sprig said. "Do you know what that means!?"

"Not really," The Collector said.

Sprig stared in disbelief as he slowly turned to King. "What am I hearing!?"

"Look, kid...do you have a name?" King asked.

"Belos calls me The Collector," the boy said.

"Alright, Collector," King said. "Don't think of this as a chore, think of it as a game. It's called...The Owl House."

"Oooh, how do you play it?" The Collector asked.

"Just pay attention to what I have to say..." King said.

Flash Forward to the present, King looked almost proud of himself, "I'm glad I got to save everyone, but to hear that kid call me a Titan, and say something about my father."

"Well this just means that we're one step closer to finding your parents," Sprig said. "I bet you can't wait to tell Polly about all this."

"Yeah...I've only been away for a day, but I already miss her presence," King said.

"We have a chance to find her," Sprig said, then gestured for the little Titan to follow. "Come on, let's hurry!"

Back on Earth, the forces led by the villains was in full force, with many Abominations along with some Frobots leading the charge by destroying property, grabbing people and rounding several civilians up.

Meanwhile Marco and his team had finally arrived, the boy taking in the concerning sight before him. "This is bad!"

"Marco!" Anne stood beside her friend. "Just give the word and we'll take them down!"

Luz stood beside him as well, "We're ready!"

"Right," Marco turned around to face the rest of his squad, "Our enemies are Andrias and Belos! Let's put an end to this!"

"You heard the man!" Star gestured forward, "For liberation!"

"What in the world?" Andrias looked down to see who was coming. "Well now, it looks like we have company Belos."

"Indeed," Belos said as he looked overhead.

"Attention everyone!" Marco said, hoping to calm the crowd. "I know things look bad, but don't worry! We have this under control!"

"You!?" Came the voice of a man named Robert Otto. "You're just a kid! This is definitely not safe!"

"I know I look like a kid, but I assure you that I know what I'm doing!" Marco said. "See my name is-"

"Marco Diaz!?" Came the voice of Brittney Wong, the girl joined by her friends Chantal and Megan. "Are you kidding me!?"

"Oh good...it's Brittney," Marco sarcastically commented.

"Ugh, I knew it! Every time something weird happens, it's because of you!" Brittney shouted. "Whether it's in Echo Creek or Hollywood, you're always bringing trouble with you everywhere you go! It's like you're cursed!"

"Thank you for the commentary, Brittney," Marco said. "Now if you don't mind-"

"And Star's here too!" Brittney said, gesturing to the girl. "That makes thing so much worse!"

"Oh boy...now we gotta deal with this," Star said.

"Who is that?" Kim asked.

"Brittney Wong, a cheerleader," Star said.

"HEAD Cheerleader!" Brittney corrected.

"Wow, she's actually louder than Bonnie," Kim said.

"Why is it always the head cheerleader that's always the biggest pain?" Kevin asked.

"Not all of them, Kim's nice," Gretel said.

"And me..." Sasha reminded. "I'm here too."

"Right, of course Sasha," Kevin said.

"Look, Brittney," Marco said. "You need to stand back and let us handle it."

"What, are these your freakish friends or something?" Brittney asked. "They got magic tricks like Star?"

"Ahem..." Anne said while marching toward the girl. "Hi, remember me? I'm Anne."

"You!" Brittney said in near panic. "You're the brute that attacked me before!"

"Brute huh? That's new," Anne said. "I've never been called a brute before."

"Because you're not!" Came another voice. Everyone turned to see a girl with red hair. "Boob-chuy!? Is that you!?'

"...It's 'Boonchuy' Maggie," Anne corrected.

"Yeah, yeah, but wow, is it really you!?" Maggie asked. "Wow, I haven't seen you in like months! I thought you were dead!"

"Didn't you see me at the Christmas Eve Parade?" Anne asked.

"Must have been out of town," Maggie said. "Still, what's going on? Why are you here with...is that Sasha Waybright?"

"Hey Maggie, sorry we never got to have that party, things came up," Sasha said.

"Who is this girl?" Luz asked.

"That's Maggie, a girl from my school," Anne said.

"She does not like Anne," Sasha added.

Luz immediately glared at Maggie, "Excuse me!?"

"Hey I like Boob-chuy here, at least enough to mess with her," Maggie said. "It's all in good fun."

"Fun!?" Luz asked, the girl ready to step forward.

"Hey, ease up!" Marco said, trying to calm her down. "We're here to protect people, it'll look bad if we start fighting."

"...Fine, but I'm not forgetting this," Luz said.

Marco decided to speak up again, "Listen, I know things look bad, but that's why I need you to hear me out! Things are about to get dangerous!"

"He's right!" Star said. "We need everyone to stay as calm as possible!"

"How are we supposed to stay calm with the likes of you around!?" Brittney asked.

"Because we're the only ones who knows what's happening!" Marco sternly explained. "So, Brittney, if you want to live long long enough to go one another one of your menial little shopping trips, you'll stop whining for five seconds and just do what I say!"

Brittney huffed in annoyance as she turned away, "Whatever..."

"I'm still not sure about this," Robert said. "What can a bunch of kids do?"

"Excuse me, I'm with these kids," Ford said. "They are quite capable, and I would trust them."

"Yeah grandpa, don't worry about it," came the voice of a girl named Molly Jo. "I think I know who these kids are. Unlike the girl with the braids, I got to see them at the Christmas Parade. They fought a giant robot, and lived!"

"Finally, someone who respects our reputation," Marco said. "Everyone listen to this very wise young lady, I promise that nothing bad will happen as long as we're-"

"I know that guy!" Marco's rival Jeremy shouted. "He took forever to pass Karate Class! We're doomed!"

"...I hate that kid...so freaking much..." Marco muttered.

Suddenly there was a large thud behind the boy, courtesy of Andrias leaping off his ship. "Well Marco, it looks like you aren't too popular in your home world, are you?"

"Uh...who is that?" Molly asked.

"That is Andrias," Marco said. "I warned you he was tall."

"Tall? This guy's a giant!" Molly explained.

"I see you've brought some new friends," Andrias said as he glared at the others. "You bunch of fools, do you not realize that Marco brought you to your demise?"

"Nuh-uh, we're not losing this fight, you are," Gretel said. "Because we have a power that you don't! The Power of Justice!"

"Oh, you think you're Just?" Andrias asked. "You poor little girl, you have no idea how the world truly works, do you?"

"Of course I do, I know that good guys win, and bad guys lose," Gretel said.

"And who is the bad guy here?" Andrias asked.

"You obviously," Gretel said.

"Do you know that? Or are you only calling me the bad guy because Marco does?" Andrias asked.

"You're literally invading the planet!" Gretel said.

"Is it invading when you're just taking what's rightfully yours?" Andrias asked.

"Ugh, enough with the weird philosophical stuff! You're clearly a bad guy that's trying to act morally gray, so we feel bad for you or something," Gretel said. "It's not that difficult to tell who's the hero and who's the villain!"

"Yeah, stop messing with her head!" Kevin warned.

"Oh don't worry, she'll realize the cold, harsh realities of life soon enough," Andrias said, then looked around more until he spotted Ford. "You look familiar, have I seen you somewhere?"

"I may have passed through Amphibia in my time," Ford said. "I'm Stanford Pines."

"Pines!?" Darcy asked as she slid down. "I don't suppose you're affiliated with Bill Cipher, are you!?"

"Hey it's that girl with the horns," Mabel said.

"Wait, she knows Bill Cipher?" Dipper asked.

"A few of the minds in here have had run ins with Bill," Darcy commented. "He's a pretty nice guy if I do say so myself."

"Nice!? You think Bill Cipher is NICE!?" Dipper asked. "Man, you must be pretty evil yourself if you think Bill's nice."

"Marco, just so we're clear," Kim gestured to Darcy. "That's Marcy, right?"

"Yeah, that's Marcy Wu," Marco said

"Marcy Wu!?" Maggie called from nearby. "I knew that girl was weird!"

Suddenly Maggie's mouth was sealed shut, courtesy of Amity and her Abomination.

"We know that girl, through Marcy's memories at least," Darcy said. "Ever still the bully, aren't you Maggie? You even tried stealing Anne's birthday present once."

Luz glared hard at Maggie, resisting the urge to blast the girl with her glyph.

"So, you're Darcy," Kim said as she approached the girl. "My name's Kim Possible, I'm one of Marco's newer friends."

"Kim Possible?" Darcy asked. "Yeah, I remember you. The one that Drakken's worried about. So, you decided to involve yourself after all?"

"Stopping bad guys is kind of my whole thing," Kim said. "Especially ones that know Drakken."

"I'm afaid that you'll find us harder to deal with than Doctor Drakken," Andrias said. "Smart man, but he's got nothing on Amphibia's Technology, or the Magic of the Boiling Isles."

"More like, lack of magic, especially after Belos's plan," Darcy said.

"Plan!? What plan!?" Luz asked.

"My plan..." Belos leapt down to face Luz. "To do away with wild magic, just like I said."

"The Boiling Isles is not exactly doing well right now," Darcy said. "You're about to see for yourself real soon. If you live."

"Belos!" Called Doctor Drakken. "I think there was a fault in your plan!"

"A fault!?" Belos asked.

"Yeah, it seems like..." Drakken noticed his foe. "Kim Possible!?"

"Doctor Drakken!" Kim shouted.

"Ugh, even across the multiverse you choose to involve yourself in my affairs!" Drakken said. "No matter, I can do away with you right now!"

"Did you say, Kim?" Came Shego's voice as she stood next to Drakken. "Hey Kimmy! I'm actually kind of glad you're here! See I just fought some kids, including a orange haired wannabe knight ,some girl who looks like she's part tree and even a literal demon boy, and they still barely did much to satisfy my need for a fight!"

"Wait...knight, tree and demon?" Marco asked. "That sounds like Higgs, Kelly and Tom! That means they're alive!"

"Maybe everyone else is alive too!" Anne said.

"I will be there shortly!" Belos said as latched back up to the castle. "Andrias! I will check on The Boiling Isles!"

"Fine by me," Andrias said as he too returned to the castle. "The minions will defeat these fools."

"Good luck," Darcy leapt up too.

Within moments, the heroes were faced off against the minions of the villains.

"This'll be a pain," Star said.

Marco's team stood before the Frobots and the Abominations, the latter causing some concern from Amity.

"Marco, those Abominations are top of the line models," Amity said. "My mother must have just recently supplied Belos with a decent handful."

"Anything to be concerned about?" Marco asked.

"Well they're really good at withstanding physical damage," Amity said. "So basic melee attacks won't work."

"Is there a way to beat them?" Marco asked.

"Abominations usually have a core of some sort that allows them to take their shape," Amity said. "Destroying the core will destroy the Abomination."

"Is it easy?" Marco asked.

"Normally yes, Abominations may be enduring but they can fall apart easier unless there's a witch there to power it up," Amity said. "But these guys are wearing armor, so it will be harder to reach that core."

"I don't think it will be that hard," Luz said. "They'll be just as easy to destroy as those robots."

"Yeah, looks like there's some big and small ones too," Marco said, referring to some of the Giant Frobots and the Dwarf Frobots. "Andrias really prepared for this."

"Okay, just so I'm clear here..." Gretel began. "Those purple things are not easy to punch, but those robots that look like frogs are."

"Pretty much," Amity said.

"Find by me..." Gretel began to power up as letters appeared behind her. "SUPER FROG ROBOT FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION PUNCH!"

Gretel began punching several of the Frobots, much to Marco's confusion about one particular thing. "Did...did anyone else see words coming out as she spoke?"

"Let's not worry about that," Amity said as she generate some Abomination magic of her own. "Attack!"

Luz pulled out a pair of Glyphs, "Mother Earth! Give me power!" Using double vines, the girl was able to grab some robots and slam them around while also damaging the armor on the abominations.

"Let's do this!" Anne charged in with her sword and racket as she took down some enemies herself, mostly the Frobots as they were easier to dispatch.

Kim and Ron teamed up to take some enemies down. Kim had an easier time using her martial arts while Ron was a bit more unorthodox, but his style at least confused the enemies into destroying each other including the abominations.

A few robots tried to grab Perry, but he leapt up overhead and kicked some robots down. He tore the arm off of one and used it to whack the others, knocking them into the abominations, and making them easier pickings for the others to destroy the cores.

Gretel continued punching the robots until she came across some abominations. Remembering what she was told, she punched through the armor and kept attacking one creature until she exposed the core.

"Got it!" She smashed it and destroyed one abomination, but it still left her with others. "HEAT VISON ATTACK!"

Using her heat vision, she managed to essentially harden abominations in place, allowing her and some teammates and easier time to destroy the cores.

Amity fought away her foes with Sasha close by, the latter working her twin swords to her full potential.

"Hey, should we turn this into a competition?" Sasha asked. "Frog Robots are one point; Abominations are worth two!"

"Save that for later," Amity said as she blasted a robot. "We need to clear the streets."

"Fine, have it your way," Sasha said as she took down more enemies.

Molly had a bat ready and swung at a few robots and monsters, to little avail. "This is not as easy as I hoped."

"They did warn you," an invisible Scratch said.

"I don't suppose you can posses any of these things?" Molly asked.

"What's that going to do?" Scratch asked. "Besides, you have your own abilities."

"I don't think my Wraith Form will even do much in the human world," Molly said. "I'll leave myself defenseless!" Molly whacked a robot back. "Even if I could use my powers, I can only bring joy, and I don't know if that will work here."

"Try bringing joy to that Andrias guy, or Belos," Scratch said.

"If I can get to them," Molly said.

Meanwhile Ford had begun work on a defeated robot, "Let's see, if I can just rewire this."

"Watch out!" Marco kicked an enemy away from Ford.

"Thank you Marco, I'm almost done here," Ford said as he got the Frobot working. "Good, now attack!"

The robot began attacking the other enemies on behalf of the team.

"Wow, you're really good with tech!" Marco said.

"Of course, it came in handy in getting Mabel and Dipper much needed weapons," Ford said as he gestured to the twins.

"Hasta La Vista, Baby!" Dipper exclaimed as he blasted the robots.

"Say Hello to my Little Friend!" Mabel exclaimed as she too blasted the robots.

"Cool, looks like they're having fun," Marco said. "Still, it sounds like Andrias and Darcy knew about Bill Cipher."

"That is very concerning, Bill is a devious creature, one that cannot be trusted," Ford said as he grabbed his own ray gun. "It seems like your fight really is becoming ours too."

"I owe you for helping me here, so if this Bill guy is still giving you trouble, you tell me and I will help you wipe him away for good," Marco said.

An abomination came by, but Marco sliced through it, destroying its core immediately.

"I'm so amazed with your sword skills," Ford said. "My niece and nephew could have used someone like you much sooner."

"Don't worry, I'm definitely going back to Gravity Falls," Marco said. "I'll see the weirdness for myself."

Meanwhile Star began charging up her magic, "Warnercorn Stampede!" Using her magic, Star managed to blast several monsters at once, destroying the robots and the cores of the abominations.

"Whoa! So pretty!" Mabel said.

"Mabel, don't lost focus!" Dipper scolded as he kept blasting.

Star generated more magic for another attack, "Dagger Crystal Heart Attack!"

More enemies fell to Star's powerful magic, a feat that Drakken had noticed from above.

"Wow, that girl's got skills," Drakken said.

"They all do," Shego added. "Just like little Kimmy down there."

Kim used her quick agility to take down several robots, and did her best to avoid some abominations. One nearly grabbed her, but Dipper was quick to blast it.

"Thanks Dipper! That was awesome!" Kim called.

"Oh, it's nothing!" Dipper bashfully said.

"Geez, what is it with you and red heads?" Mabel teased, much to Dipper's annoyance.

Ron kept fighting some robots away, but nearly got rammed by one. Fortunately Perry was quick to help by rushing in and kicking the robot away.

"That was close," Ron saluted the Platypus. "Thanks Perry."

Perry saluted back and kept up his assault.

This whole event was being broadcast on TV all around the world. It was broadcast in the cells where Mr. X had his prisoners.

"Honey, look!" Bee said, gesturing to the TV. "It's Anne!"

"Anne!?" Oum looked up and saw her daughter fighting some robots and abominations. "Anne!"

"Whoa, there she goes!" Ally said.

"And...is that Polly?" Jess asked.

On TV, Polly was seen kicking several of the robots, trying to look tough, Fortunately Maddie kept an eye on her and would regularly throw hand made bombs at the robots while Hamster flew in to attack as well.

"Wow...a hamster," Bee noted.

Jackie Lynn Thomas took note of one boy on TV, "You freaking rule, Marco!"

Marco looked very strong on TV, a moment captured for everyone to behold, including his family at home.

"Look mi amor, it's Marco!" Rafael cheered. "Our son is a TV Star!"

"He's so amazing! I can't believe I gave birth to a hero!" Angie said. "I'm so proud of my little boy!"

Brandy sat back as well while holding Mariposa, the little girl cheering at the sight of her brother. "Baba! Baba!"

"Yes, that's your brother," Brandy said as she tickled Mariposa's tummy. "You're like, so cute. I thought babies were gross, but this one surprisingly isn't."

"Give it time," Janna said, the girl suddenly appearing next to Brandy. "Sup, I'm Janna, you remember me, right?"

"Yeah, the one that freaked Marco out," Brandy said.

"Yeah, it's funny," Janna said.

"Right..." Brandy rolled her eyes as she focused on the TV. "Looks like Marco's going to save the day."

"He's usually good at that, but he has had bad luck lately," Janna said. "I'm kind of worried about him."

"You're worried?" Brandy asked. "Wow, didn't think you could worry."

"You're awfully judgmental for a girl from Florida," Janna said. "The prudes there can put California to shame."

"Hey! I may be a prude! And I won't deny, I can be a bit of a spoiled brat," Brandy said. "But at least I don't intentionally bother other people. I'm at least grateful to Marco for saving me out of the kindness of his heart."

"Something you probably would not have done," Janna teased.

"Tch, what-eveeer," Brandy said as she positioned Mariposa well on her lap. "Now if you don't mind, Mary here and I are going to cheer on Marco. This little girl is going to grow up and be a great person, just like he is."

"And just like you're not," Janna said.

Brandy rolled her eyes in annoyance, "I'm done with you."

Rafael and Angie couldn't help but look on awkwardly.

"Should we say something?" Angie asked.

"Best not to involve ourselves too much in teen girl drama," Rafael said. "Besides, it's good to get emotions out. They're just worried about Marco."

"Yeah, but he's got this!" Angie said.

Even in Connecticut, Camilla is seen watching these events unfold while cooking, amazed by what was on display. "Those look like children. But why are they fighting?"

"Hard to say..." The Luz disguised Vee replied.

"What is even going on? This can't be real, can it?" Camilla said as she was seen drinking coffee. "It's in Hollywood, it has to be some type of stunt. Or a new movie they're filming. There wouldn't be an invasion like this for real, would there?"

"Hard to say..." Vee replied.

"So much fighting and...huh?" Camilla noticed a very familiar girl on TV. "That looks like...you Luz."

Vee began to nervously sweat, the secret she's been keeping for months was close to being exposed, "Y-yeah, I guess so..."

"But, it can't be, she's doing magic..." Camilla said. "Funny, imagine seeing someone who looks exactly like you...and is wearing some very familiar clothes..."

Vee's heart started pounding, knowing that what she tried to hide is slowly becoming reality. "Familiar...right..."

Camilla glanced at the girl, "Luz, is something wrong mija?"

"What? No! Everything's-" Suddenly Vee's ears got exposed as she started to lose her form. "Uh-oh..."

Camilla dropped the glass cup she was holding her coffee in as it shattered to the floor. "Luz? What's going on?"

"I am so screwed..." Vee lamented.

Back at the battle ground, Marco and the others were dwindling the villainous forces, just as Darcy returned.

"Well Belos is ticked off," Darcy said. "Some prisoner of his got released."

"What prisoner?" Drakken asked.

Meanwhile in The Boiling Isles.

"COLLECTOR!" Belos shouted into the distance. "Who freed you!?"

"Wow...so now what?" Andrias asked.

"...It's fine, I still have a trick up my sleeve," Belos said. "For now, we make sure that Luz and her friends meet their end! Then finish up the resistance here!"

"But, do you have anything to utilize here?" Andrias asked. "I don't think your Coven will be quick to work with you again, all you'll have is Kikimora."

"Yes, she currently has Meteora too, that girl will be the key to the future yet!" Belos said as he began to maniacally cackle. "Soon, everyone who crossed me will be destroyd! I will have my perfect world!"

As Belos retreated, Andrias awkwardly looked around, "Some days when I feel like I've lost my mind, I just remember that he exists. Suddenly I feel so normal."

Back in Hollywood, Shego looked ready to fight. "I'm bored, maybe I'll go for Kimmy."

"You always go for Kimmy," Drakken said.

"Well we are mortal enemies, unless you want a crack at her," Shego said.

"How about I get a crack?" Darcy asked.

"Fat chance, Kimmy's mine to destroy, no one else's!" Shego said as she leapt down.

"Someone's greedy," Darcy said as she also leapt down.

As Kim destroyed a robot, Shego had landed right nearby, the woman glaring at her foe, "Hey cupcake, having fun in Hollywood?"

"Oh yeah, I'm having a blast," Kim said as she got into a battle stance. "New scenery, same old me."

"Bring it!" Shego said as she and Kim resumed their tale as old as time. The two exhanged quick blows, doing their best to one up the other.

As Sasha took some robots down, Darcy had landed behind her, the girl aiming her scythe, "Hello there...Sasha!"

Sasha turned around to face her friend, "Hey Mar-Mar. Or should I just call you 'Darcy'?"

"At least you're catching on," Darcy said. "You know, Marcy has repressed memories of you. She didn't say it much, but sometimes, you really got on her nerves. If you thought Anne hated you-"

"Don't even try!" Sasha said. "I know I'm not a good person, and I haven't always been a good friend. But I still love and care about Marcy! I won't let you enslave her!"

Sasha and Darcy clashed in sword and scythe, Sasha trying to use her speed and ruthlessness to her advantage, but Darcy read her every move and countered her strikes.

Marco noticed the fight nearby, and immediately ran to help out. "Marcy!"

"You again?" Darcy kicked Marco back. "Talk about desperation, you must take break ups very hard. Especially if Princess Star is anything to go by."

"Star and I never dated!" Marco said.

"And you never will," Darcy said as she blocked a strike from Marco. "But you dated Jackie, we're willing to bet you thought about her even when you were with Marcy!"

"Marcy knows me better than that!" Marco punched Darcy hard across the face, taking her by surprise.

"Wow, you treat all your girlfriends like this?" Darcy asked. "And you call us cruel."

"It hurts to do that like you have no idea!" Marco shouted with tears in his eyes. "But I will do anything to save Marcy!"

He went to attack again, but Darcy kicked Marco aside, then blocked an incoming strike from Anne's Racket.

"Hey Anna Banana, how goes it?" Darcy taunted.

"Only Marcy gets to call me that!" Anne said as she went for a punch that Darcy dodged, using Anne's momentum to flip her over.

"Aw, we're not good enough?" Darcy asked. "Was Marcy ever good enough? I bet you hate her for trapping you in Amphibia. You always felt like she was a nuisance."

"That's not true!" Anne got back on her feet and was ready to fight again. "I'm not happy with what Marcy did, but I know why she did it!" She went for some strikes that Darcy continiously blocked and parried. "She just wanted to be with her friends! Even if what she did was a little selfish, it's only because she cares about us!"

Anne landed a blow across Darcy's face as she rubbed the sore spot, "Geez, between you and Marco, it seems like Marcy needs better people to be with."

Suddenly Luz grabbed her from behind, tried to take the crown off, "Good idea, we'll start by finding people better than you!"

"Get off us!" Darcy shouted as she elbowed Luz in the stomach, allowing her to free herself. "You have some nerve acting like you know best for Marcy! The girl who had to shoehorn herself into a bond of friendship just because she had no friends!"

"Is that your attempt at mind games?" Luz asked. "If so, it ain't working. Marcy loves having me as a friend and I love having her as one. I may not have known her as long as Anne and Sasha, but I still care a lot about Marcy. I am not leaving without her back!"

"Oh what, you think the power of Friendship will save her?" Darcy condensendinly asked. "Give up those silly fairy tales of yours and-"

Suddenly Amity's Abomination had shown up to throw a punch, one that Darcy barely blocked as she stumbld over.

"Marcy is our friend, she's one of the only people that isn't so quick to judge others and that's what makes her approachable," Amity said. "She always tries to be there for me when I need her, so now I need to return the favor!"

"Oh look, the only other girl that rivals Marcy for Marco's affection," Darcy said. "I know you're jealous of them!"

"If I wanted to be with Marco, I would have," Amity said. "But this isn't about him, it's about me rescuing a girl close to my heart. One I probably haven't been the best friend to, but I am willing to atone for my mistakes if she lets me!"

"Wow, we gotta say, it's almost sad how desperate you all are for one simple girl," Darcy said.

"She's not just a simple girl!" Maddie called.

"Yeah! She's our friend!" Polly said.

"Well you're never getting her back!" Darcy said. "So-"

"SUPER POSSESSED GIRL SUPER PUNCH!" Gretel went for a punch that Darcy managed to duck away from. "How did she dodge!? I have super speed!?"

"You get yourself away!" Darcy whacked Gretel aside with the helm of her weapon. "Also, you said 'Super' twice. Dumb kid."

"Hey!" Kevin marched right over to Darcy. "That is no way to-"

Darcy punched Kevin clear across the face, knocking the boy down. "Anyone else?"

"Darcy!" Star walked over with her magic ready. "Don't make me do anything you'll regret."

"Star Butterfly, the girl that Marcy fears the most," Darcy said.

"Oh sure, she 'fears' me," Star mocked. "Marcy has nothing to fear, you know why? Because regardless of whether or not we like the same boy, I would never want anything bad happening to her. Because she's shown me that she would sacrifice her own happiness for others! So don't you DARE try to insist otherwise!'

Star went for a magic blast but Darcy ducked and hit an uppercut on the Princess to send her flying back.

"Such sentimental fools," Darcy said.

"Hey you!" Dipper said as he marched over to the possessed girl. "I have some questions about Bill Cipher!"

"What? You're hoping to find a weakness?" Darcy asked. "Spoiler alert, there is none. He will terrorize you for the rest of your days if he so chooses too!"

"People like you and Bill sicken me!" Dipper said. "Controlling others! Ruining lives! You're using the body of a teenage girl to do terrible things! Where's your sense of morality!?"

"In hell," Darcy said as she kicked Dipper away. "The same place I'm sending you and your friends!"

"Hey! Don't you kick my brother!" Mabel shouted as she aimed her ray gun. "Any last words?"

"You know, if you kill this body, Marcy dies," Darcy pointed out.

"...Crap, I forgot about that," Mabel said, then got kicked away herself.

"Who else wants to waste our time?" Darcy asked as Kim and Shego continued fighting in the background.

Shego attempted to blast Kim, but the girl dodged, the attack hitting Marco from behind, to which Amity noticed.

"HEY!" Amity then blasted Shego with her own magic. "Stupid woman!"

"Thanks Amity!" Kim ran over to return the favor by kicking Darcy to the ground. "Gonna change things up quickly."

"Marco, are you alright!?" Sasha asked as she helped him up.

"I'm fine," Marco glared back at Shego. "That's one strong attack."

"Hey Kimmy! We're not done!" Shego dashed at the girl, but Luz stood before her.

"Take this!" Luz sent a fire blast at Shego that she dodged, promting her to kick Luz.

Marco went for some punches, ones that even Shego found impressive as he was a lot faster than she anticipated. Fortunately she found an opening and kneed Marco in the sides before punching him to the ground.

"I gotta admit, you're pretty good," Shego praised. As she focused on Kim, this time Anne stood before her, taking up a martial arts pose of her own. "Oh...Muay Thai?"

"Careful, I'm no rookie," Anne said.

"Neither am I!" Shego went to attack as Anne did her best to retaliate with quick elbows and knee strikes.

True to Anne's word, she was able to put up a fight, but unfortuantely, Shego's experience beat out Anne's as she got a good kick in to send her flying back.

"Wow, keep that up, and you might be at Kimmy's level one day," Shego said. "Not as good as mine but-"

"EVIL GREEN WOMAN-" Gretel's call was interrupted when Shego blasted her in the face. "Hey!"

"Ugh, a superhero?" Shego asked. "Been there, done that."

"Huh? You were a superhero?" Gretel asked.

"I was, until I got bored," Shego said. "In time kid, you find out where the real injustice is."

"Hey! Don't try confusing her like Andrias did!" Star warned as she aimed her magic. "If you still want a fight, come and get me!"

"With pleasure," Shego said as she went after Star.

Meanwhile Kim was matching Darcy in skills and abilities, much to The Core's amazement, "I didn't think a human girl could be this skilled in combat. Your level even surpasses Sasha in physical prowess!"

"Well someone's gotta put you in your place!" Kim said as she landed a kick to Darcy's face, knocking the girl back. "Anyone who would do the crap you do does not deserve mercy."

"Don't worry, I don't believe in mercy either," Darcy said as she tried to slash Kim with her scythe, but the agent was quick to leap back. "Don't run away yet!"

As she ran to attack, Sasha got in her way and blocked, much to Kim's surprise.

"Sasha, I have this!" Kim said.

"Sorry Kim, but this is personal for me!" Sasha said.

Nearby, a portal began opening, revealing Sprig, King, Hop Pop, Eda, Gus, Willow and Grime.

"There they are!" Gus said.

"Huh?" Sasha turned to the side. "Hey it's Gus! And Grime! And everyone-"

Darcy managed to parry Sasha due to her distraction and went for a strike, "It's over!"

"SASHA!" Grime rushed in to push Sasha out of the way, but as a result, his left arm went flying off, leaving the Toad in a state of shock.

"Grime!" Eda called out in worry.

"Huh!?" Sasha could see the armless Grime and it terrifed her. "GRIME! NO!"

"Stupid Toad!" Darcy was about to finish him off when she felt something strange happening, "H-Hey! What's going on!?"

Scratch had used this opportunity to try and possess the girl, "Excuse me, coming through!"

"Imposter!"

"Intruder!"

"Interloper!"

"Wow, that's a lot of words that start with 'I'," Scratch commented, then came across the spirit of Aldrich, the previous Newt King glaring down at him. "Whoa, you're as big as that Andrias fellow."

"You mean my son?" Aldrich asked.

"Oh, son huh? I definitely see the family resemblence," Scratch said. "Listen, I'm just here to find a girl named Marcy Wu. Now if you could help a ghost out then-"

"Destroy him!" Aldrich said as the other ghosts began to surround Scratch.

"Destroy? Uh, not to be a wise guy, but it's kind of hard to kill what's already dead," Scratch said.

"Perhaps, but we can have fun finding out," Aldrich said.

"Wow, you're cruel," Scratch said as he tried avoiding all the ghosts. "I don't think I thought this through!"

Outside, Darcy was pulling at her head, "Stupid ghost! You do not belong!"

"Way to go, Scratch!" Molly cheered. "You got this! Do it for Marcy!"

"Eda!" Luz called, the girl happy to see her mentor again.

"Hop Pop!" Anne greeted upon seeing her grandfather figure.

"KING!" Polly ran over to happily hug her boyfriend.

"I'm here too by the way," Sprig said.

"Hey, I don't mean to interrupt the reunions, but it looks like Darcy's distracted!" Eda said while gesturing to the girl. "It's now or never!"

"I pick 'now'!" Marco said. "Let's free Marcy!"

"I won't let you!" Shego went to stop them but Molly jumped on her back to blind her. "Huh!?"

"Peekaboo! Guess who!" Molly teased.

"Get off me you stupid kid!" Shego shouted before taking a kick from Kim, just as Molly leapt off her back.

"Yeah, teamwork!" Molly held her hand up. "Hi five!"

Kim complied with it as she turned to see the endgame of it all.

As Darcy tried ejecting Scratch, Marco had run over to pull the crown off, much to the girl's annoyance, "Hey, get off you fool!"

Luz and Amity were next, the two doing their best to free the girl. Next came Star, the Princess pulling at the crown.

"No! We won't allow this to happen!" Darcy shouted. She finally ejected Scratch, but was still vulnerable to everyone trying to pull the helmet off.

Lastly Sasha and Anne ran to pull the helmet off. Six warriors were fighting hard to save their friend, despite Darcy's reluctance.

The Core turned on as one singular voice began to speak, "Anne Boonchuy! Marco Diaz! I will get you for this! You and your friends! None shall defy King Aldrich!"

"Oh shut the fuck up!" Sasha pulled out a dagger and cut a cord on Darcy's helmet, causing it to malfunction.

"No...!" Darcy shouted as she lost control. "NOOO!"

It wasn't long before the helmet was finally pulled off. After so much planning, and so much fighting, Marcy was finally free of The Core's Influence. The girl fell to the ground, barely conscious as Marco fully destroyed his helmet by backing it against his knee, leaving it as nothing but debris.

"Is...is it over?" Sprig asked. "Did they free her?"

Marco was quick to lift Marcy up, getting her into a sitting position as he checked on the girl. "Marcy!?"

While seemingly unconcious at first, Marcy showed signs of life with a few moans of pain before opening her eyes, "M-Marco? Is that you?"

Marco couldn't believe his eyes as the boy began tearing up in joy, "Marcy.." He then pulled her into a tight huh. "Oh thank God you're back!

"Mar-Mar!" Anne ran to hug her friend as well. "You're okay!"

"Marcy!" Sasha ran to join in on the group hug.

Luz, Amity and Star joined in as well, the heroes relieved to have finally saved their friend after so much struggle. Marcy's mind was still fuzzy, but all she cared about that moment was being surrounded by those she loved.

Eda and King looked relieved to see things were back to normal. Guz and Willow were happy to see Marcy safe and sound. Polly, Sprig and Hop Pop were just as thrilled to see Marcy safe.

Dipper was thrilled to see that the plan worked while Mabel hugged him tightly, the girl in tears over the joyous moment before her. Ford looked on in relief as well, glad to know this girl was safe.

Ron, despite looking beat up, was happy for Marco and his friends, a feeling shared by Perry and Hamster, despite their stoic expressions. Even Rufus peeked his head out to check on things, and was thrilled to see a happy ending.

Gretel had helped Kevin up following his punch, and the two looked happy to see Marcy free as well, and that her friends were overjoyed.

Scratch floated toward Molly, the ghost looking a bit exhausted. A proud Molly hugged Scratch, happy that he did his part in helping this girl.

Kim was relieved too, but noticed that Shego had just escaped, this concerning the teen agent.

The crowd that remained looked surprised to see what had unfolded, though Molly Jo noticed Sprig in the distance. "It's him...It's gotta be!"

Once Marco and the others were done showing their emotions, Marcy pulled herself to her feet while still feeling woozy.

"Can someone explain what just happened?" Marcy asked.

"We will," Marco said, the boy looking around to see that the threat was temporarily over. "First, let's get back home to recuperate."

"Not too long, this invasion is just getting started," Star said.

"That's fine, we already accomplished one goal," Marco looked up at the castle. "Now back to the original plan. Defeat Belos and Andrias to save the multiverse."

Marcy was saved, but Belos's plans were far from over, same with Andrias. The two had more much to do, but they were not the only ones preparing for what's to come.

In a distant cave, the trio of Hekapoo, Rhombulus and Omnitrax Prime stood before the crystalized Globgor alongside a freaked out Olivia.

"So...you're really going to do this?" Olivia asked.

"We don't have a choice," Hekapoo said. "Let's hurry, we don't want to keep Grime and the others waiting."

"Rhombulus, if you could do the honors?" Omnitrax asked.

"Yeah, yeah," Rhombulus said as he prepared his powers. "Alright big guy, you're up."

Olivia squeezed her hands in anticipation, "I guess this is it..." She looked up at the monster that was being freed. "If anyone could help us stop Andrias and Belos, as well as rescue his daughter...who better than this beast?"

As he was being freed, Globgor's eyes blinked briefly, the monster looking ready for a big comeback.
