Multiverse Conquest Starting from Dragon Ball

Chapter 59: MCSDB Chapter 51 Raditz Questions His Reality (Part 1)

Shenron Porunga's deep voice echoed, "Your wish has been granted. Please state your third wish!"

A beam of white light enveloped the area, and in an instant, Raditz materialized before Jiang Chen.

"Aspara, is that really you?"

As the light subsided, Raditz, disoriented, scanned his surroundings. When his eyes landed on Jiang Chen, they lit up with excitement.

"It's me, Raditz!" Jiang Chen smiled and nodded.

"You're alive after all!"

For a fleeting moment, the usually stoic Raditz couldn't suppress his emotions. A flicker of excitement crossed his face.

"I got lucky and managed to escape," Jiang Chen replied calmly. "Raditz, wait a moment. I'll take you to see Gine Oba San soon."

"My mother... she's alive too?" Raditz's excitement grew, his voice trembling slightly. The destruction of Planet Vegeta had left him burdened with immense grief and regret, though he rarely expressed it. Now, hearing that both Jiang Chen and his mother were safe filled him with joy.

Though eager to speak further, Jiang Chen's gesture urged him to hold off. Raditz's gaze shifted, and he finally noticed the massive Porunga towering above them in the sky. His eyes widened in shock as he processed the sight. His pupils contracted violently in disbelief.

"Second Elder, my third wish is to acquire the training method for the Yardratian Teleportation Technique. Is it possible to obtain this?" Jiang Chen pondered for a moment before making his request.

"Understood," the Second Elder nodded and relayed the wish in Namekian.

"I am sorry, but this wish cannot be granted. Techniques like Teleportation require a place imbued with divine spiritual energy to be learned. The training method cannot be transmitted," Shenron Porunga's voice carried a tone of regret.

Jiang Chen sighed, shaking his head. He had anticipated this possibility.

Teleportation, or Instant Transmission, was a rare ability in the Dragon Ball universe. Aside from the unique inhabitants of Planet Yardrat and the attendants of the Supreme Kais, only four individuals had ever mastered it: Goku, Cell, Buu, and Vegeta.

Goku and Vegeta learned it directly on Planet Yardrat, yet neither taught it to others. Cell's usage was tied to his inherited Saiyan DNA, particularly Goku's cells, as part of his role in the storyline. Buu, being a primordial demon with godlike power, could mimic techniques effortlessly after witnessing them.

It was clear Shenron could not grant this wish. If any entity could, it would be the Super Shenron.

"Second Elder, I'll modify my third wish. Please request the coordinates of Planet Yardrat instead," Jiang Chen altered his wish after a brief moment of thought.

"That is a simple request," the Second Elder nodded and relayed the wish.

"This wish is granted," Shenron Porunga's glowing red eyes flashed. A beam of light descended upon Jiang Chen, and the precise coordinates of Planet Yardrat etched themselves into his mind.

"Your wishes have been fulfilled," Shenron Porunga declared before the dragon balls began to rise into the sky, dispersing to their dormant states.

Jiang Chen clenched his fists, a satisfied smile forming on his lips. The path to mastering Teleportation was now within his grasp. Meanwhile, Raditz stood frozen, still processing the surreal chain of events unfolding before him.

As Jiang Chen's words fell, the thick clouds in the sky dissipated, and Porunga's massive form transformed into seven glowing orbs that shot off in different directions.

"Huuh!" Jiang Chen opened his eyes, exhaling a long breath of relief. A faint smile appeared on his face.

Now that he had the coordinates of Planet Yardrat, he could go there anytime he wanted. Planet Yardrat wasn't just home to the Instant Transmission technique; it was a treasure trove of mystical and powerful skills— essentially divine abilities. The thought of mastering such incredible techniques filled Jiang Chen with excitement.

"Let's go! Gine Oba San must have finished preparing the food by now," Jiang Chen said with a smile, inhaling deeply to calm his excitement.

"Oh, alright!" Raditz snapped out of his dazed state, casting another glance toward the horizon before nodding quickly.

After bidding farewell to the Second Elder and the Namekians, Jiang Chen took off into the sky with Raditz close behind.

As the two flew side by side, Raditz's expression grew more conflicted. He opened his mouth several times as though to speak, but hesitated, which Jiang Chen found amusing.

"Raditz, if you have questions, just ask," Jiang Chen said with a grin.

"Aspara, what was that thing earlier?" Raditz finally couldn't hold back. "Can it really grant any wish?"

"Not quite," Jiang Chen replied, shaking his head in amusement. "That was Shenron. It can grant wishes, but only within certain limits."

"Really?" Raditz's initial disappointment at Jiang Chen's first answer quickly turned into excitement at the second part. His eyes lit up with hope.

"Raditz, don't get your hopes up. It's unlikely you'd ever be able to use it," Jiang Chen said, pouring cold water on Raditz's enthusiasm.

"Why not?" Raditz asked, visibly flustered.

"Because you have a strong evil aura around you," Jiang Chen explained with a shrug. "The Namekians are a peaceful race. They wouldn't allow someone like you to use their dragon balls."

He then added with a chuckle, "And don't even think about causing trouble for the Namekians. Here's a warning for you: quite a few Namekians have battle powers exceeding 5,000. The strongest one has a battle power of 18,000."

"18,000?!" Raditz's eyes widened in disbelief. "You've got to be kidding! How could a Namekian reach 18,000?"

To Raditz, that number was absurd. King Vegeta's power level had barely exceeded 10,000, and even his father had only approached that level. The idea that a Namekian could have a battle power of 18,000 was almost unthinkable to him.

"Nothing is impossible," Jiang Chen replied with a slight shake of his head. "We've arrived."

As he spoke, he descended gracefully to the ground, and Raditz quickly followed.

Inside the house, Gine seemed to sense someone's arrival. She opened the door, intending to greet them, but the moment her eyes fell on the person standing outside, her expression lit up with pure joy.

"Raditz!" Gine called out in excitement, rushing forward to embrace him tightly.

Raditz instinctively tried to resist but soon gave in and relaxed in her arms. "Mom..." he murmured softly, his voice tinged with emotion, and his expression softened.

After all, Raditz was still just a young boy in his early teens—not yet the hardened warrior seen at the start of the Dragon Ball saga. His time spent with Jiang Chen had gradually tempered his personality, making him more composed. Even two years of living under Vegeta's command hadn't undone that change.

Jiang Chen smiled at the reunion, choosing not to disturb the heartfelt moment. Quietly, he slipped away into his own room.

As time passed, Raditz's arrival brought even more happiness to Gine, her smiles becoming more frequent and radiant.

For Raditz, however, his journey to Namek was nothing short of overwhelming. First, there was Shenron Porunga, then the astonishing battle powers of the Namekians, and now the reunion with his mother.

But the surprises didn't stop there. When Raditz learned that Jiang Chen's battle power had reached a staggering 15,000, it left him utterly dumbfounded.

At that point, his mind was a complete whirlwind of disbelief.
