Chapter 6

The door to the classroom creaked open, snapping Golderine out of her reverie. In walked same trio—two boys and one girl who had caused the commotion earlier with Mr Evan. Their presence alone seemed to silence the room as every eye turned to them. They carried themselves with an air of confidence that bordered on arrogance. The taller boy had jet-black hair and piercing blue eyes, his uniform immaculately pressed. The other boy, slightly shorter but broader in build, had fiery red hair and an easy smile that didn't quite reach his eyes. The girl, dressed with precision and elegance, had silvery-blonde hair cascading down her shoulders, her eyes a striking shade of violet. I was so amazed when I saw her eye color but I quickly remembered that it people these days use eye contact that have different colors, so it is a fake .The birds outside caught my attention and I looked at them, pecks of sitting next to the window .

Mr Evan, clapped his hands twice to for attention since all the students eyes were on these new students, and all the students looked at him including Golderine with interest.

"Good morning and thank you for your attention. These here are the new students transfered from Ridge Wood High Schools. They will study here until they finish high school, unless otherwise. Please welcome them and treat them nice . " Mr Evan looked at them and continued " please introduce yourself and let your new classmates know you"

"Good morning," said the tall boy, his voice smooth and deep. "My name is Tristan Lancaster."

The red-haired boy stepped forward next. "I'm Caspian Beaufort," he said with a playful smirk, his voice filled with mischief.

Finally, the girl spoke, her voice soft but commanding. "And I'm Alice Clarendish. It's a pleasure to meet you all."

Now that I heard them introduce themselves I felt that the first boy , Tristan is mature.

Mr Evan capped her hands together. " You can choose any seat that you want to sit on and hurry up,this is physics class "

As soon as Mr Evans said that Alice, Tristan and Caspian looked at me and I avoided their eyes , and took out my physics textbook . While putting It on my table I saw Stephanie raising her hand and calling one of them . It seems she is already interested in one of them. I felt someone sitting next to me and when I raised up my head is was a new girl Alice .

"Hi , I'm Alice and I hope this seat is not taken . Can I sit next to you". She said while staring straight at my eyes. I felt like her eyes were removing my skin and digging deeper within my soul.

"Sure Alice , you can seat . No need to look at me like that" . I said while avoiding her eyes and turned my textbook pages.

"What is your name? " She said as she closed the textbook I was opening and fliping it's pages.

I'm Golderine Scarlet Grande , Just call me Scarlet like every here now please remove your hand . " I said while removing her hand from the book.

She closed it again " Mmm ... Scarlet , your name hold fire, passion , power and pureness .One might say you are divine being. And Golderine , such wealthiness and royalnes , one might say you have Royal Blood of kings and queens,but I'll say something further and better than that which is Goddess. "

Okay it seems that this day is getting more weird and weirder. "What are you really talking about, did do you read Novels books on you way here?"

"No , Im just saying your names are beautiful Golderine. And no I don't like reading Novels nor did I read it on my way here. I only read what I'm supposed to know." She said as she removed her hand away from her book and taking out her own book.

"Well, what a way to say it . Thank you . " I wanted to tell her , her eyes are beautiful but I didn't find a way to say those words to her . I started flipping my pages until I found a page I was looking for. The teacher came in and started teaching.

Lunch time came , Golderine packed her books and she went out . As always she went at the back of the school ,sited on a bench under the tree and took out her lunch . As she opened her lunch and was ready to take a bite, she was disturbed by someone's voice , Alice voice .

"You were hiding here ?" She looked on her right side and she saw Alice with Tristan and Caspian.

"No ,I didn't hide here. This is my spot and I love to eat with quietness and peace. So please return where you came from. " I said as I took my first bite to my lunch who looked at them while chewing food with my mouth closed.

"Looks like we found the most interesting person in this school," Caspian said with a grin, holding his can of drink and looking at me while sitting down next to me .

" She is quite interesting , but I don't believe she is the one . " Tristan also said while sitting next to me

"Hey ,you two don't be impolite ." She said while looking at them . "Golderine may we please join you. As you know we are new here and we wish to make a friendship with you." Alice said with while acting cute infront of me .

"A solid No. " I said while looking at her with no remorse of showing her a face . She sat down also and looked at me .

"Didn't you hear me , I said no. " They all just looked at me and ignored me . Caspian opened his can of drink and drinker it while Tristan and Alice looked at my lunch .

"We heard you ,but we are ignoring you . And no we will not move . Where ever you go we will go ,we will follow You " Alice said and Tristan tried to take my lunch and I slapped his hand .

"Well Im not in the mood to negotiate with you today you are all welcome to join me but as for my lunch ,I'm not sharing " I said while looking at Tristan "and I would also appreciate to eat on quiteness. "

"Please share with us , we just met and I believe you are not stingy. "Tristan said as he looked at me .

"Why did you all not go to cafeteria like other students ?" I asked while looking at him.

"Same reason you did not go , they were lot of eyes. Now will you please share that delicious lunch of yours" Tristan said. I can't believe that today I'm sharing my lunch with three new students ,ooh there goes my lunch into three foreign stomachs .

"You're different," Alice said, her violet eyes scanning Golderine as if she were a puzzle to be solved while chewing Golderine's shared Lunch .

"I know " Golderine said as she opened her bottle to drink juice.

"No you don't , you are beautiful and very unique I must say " Caspian said with a smooth as he came more closer to me and holded my face with his hand .

"Okay ,thank you for you compliment Caspian . I already know I am beautiful and stop coming closer to me . It is uncomfortable." Golderine said while removing his hand .

"Your eyes are beautiful but I feel like they are hidden " Caspian said while removing his gaze from Golderine.

"Okay you two , Alice and Caspian you are both weird. The other one made a poem about my names and you tell me my eyes are hidden , how can eyes be hidden." Golderine said while pointing at them . "Are you the weird one also " she said while pointing her finger at Tristan.

"Yes I'm weird in my own way ,but are you also weird like us ." Tristan said while removing Golderine eyeglasses.

"You look cute without them . " Tristan also said .

"Okay tomorrow I don't want to see you again, you all are weird . It is like you all have different too much energies around you. " I said that.

As I finished saying those words ,the school bell ringed and we went back to class . But we were stopped by Stephanie and her friends .

"Tristan we have been looking for you anywhere, where have you been and don't tell me y'all have been hanging out with her" Stephanie said as she looked at me. I just looked at Stephanie and left , I even lefted anyone there with Stephanie. I went to sit o my chair and took out my books. I feel that this is the longest day in my life.

Alice and Caspian scame inside and sat next to me . "Do you have a history with Stephanie? Because she surely said somethings"

"Yes , and yes those things she said are true . Remove the curse part. The only thing that is cursed in these school is her otherwise how can she make a persons life a living hell ." I said and they just looked at me with pity in their eyes
