Metaverse of Mechas

Chapter 91: : Purple Rebirth

📘 Chapter 91

🌌 Scene 1: The Heartbeat of Astrael

The storm of lasers ripped through the sky as Zeron stood on top of Astrael Vortan, hands clenched, eyes closed. The battlefield below was chaos—Mechas clashing, towers falling, air thick with smoke and Krono signatures.

But within that chaos... Zeron heard it.

A low hum.

No—not a sound. A pulse.

It came from deep inside Astrael Vortan's core. The faint rhythm of something ancient and alive.

Then—

thrum... thrum... THRUM...

The cockpit lit up. Symbols long-forgotten danced across the glass, and a voice echoed through the chamber.

"INITIATING PROTOCOL: REBIRTH – CLASSIFICATION: PURPLE CORE."

Zeron's eyes flew open.

The air around him warped. His Krono, usually invisible, erupted in a flash of deep violet light, slicing through the clouds like a divine spear.

🧬 Scene 2: Zake's Interface

Elsewhere, in the Living Archive, Zake was running from collapsing bridges of data and crumbling knowledge constructs. Sentinel Omega was relentless—but Zake had found what he needed.

At the heart of the Archive was a spherical room called the Memory Womb. Inside, floating in stasis, were blueprints—Myth-Class Mechas.

They weren't just machines.

They were fused with remnants of Krono souls, created by early ancestors who dreamed of weapons that would shape fate itself.

Zake placed his hand on the central console.

A surge of information exploded into his brain. Equations, images, memories not his own.

"Too much—too fast!"

But one vision stood out.

Astrael Vortan.

And inside it—something buried. Something still sleeping.

Zake screamed, "Zeron! Don't activate the full core yet! It's not done rebooting—!"

⚔️ Scene 3: Ira vs. Zeron

Back in the heart of Chronar, Ira lunged at Zeron with precision. Her blade was fast, her Krono a refined crimson hue—strong and controlled.

Zeron didn't move.

He simply stepped aside—barely. She missed by an inch.

"You're hesitating," he said quietly.

"No, I'm not!" she hissed, slashing again.

Astrael's cockpit rotated open, drawing him in. As the canopy closed over him, he whispered through the intercom:

"You already chose your side."

She stopped.

And for a split second, her eyes filled with something she hated—regret.

But it was too late.

A wave of purple Krono exploded outward from Astrael Vortan, sending her flying across the rooftop like a leaf in a hurricane.

🚀 Scene 4: Zui's Ascension

Above the battlefield, Zui's Aether Zeal clashed with Crucible Revenant, steel and soul battling mid-air.

Glaiven laughed. "Your design is elegant. But elegance dies fast in war!"

She gritted her teeth. "I didn't build it to be elegant. I built it to protect."

He fired his gravity lance. Zui blocked it—but her shield shattered. The blast flung her Mecha into the Chronar Dome below.

Systems crashing. Vision blurry.

And then... her voice-activated program triggered.

"STRENGTH PROTOCOL: STARLIGHT."

Aether Zeal's wings folded inward—its frame changed shape, condensing, amplifying. A core of starlight spun in its chest. New Krono channels unlocked.

Zui gasped.

"I... I didn't design this."

A hidden message played: a recording from her mother.

"If you're hearing this, my starlight... it means your heart has opened to its true purpose."

Zui wept.

Then she rose again—stronger than ever.

💣 Scene 5: The Sky Burns

Commander Drehn finally activated the Council's last weapon:

RAZORFALL—a satellite weapon armed with antimatter plasma, able to reduce any city to dust in under three seconds.

Everyone saw it. A bright dot in the sky. Then a red ring. Then a countdown:

"FIRING IN: 00:10…"

Zeron saw it through Astrael's vision systems.

And that was when he stopped holding back.

The Purple Krono formed tendrils of power that wrapped around Astrael's limbs. The Mecha transformed—no longer humanoid, but godlike.

Its back split open, wings like crystalline nebulae emerging.

"System Online. Unknown Core Awakened."

"Class: Mythos Vortan. Ability: Dimensional Split."

Zeron whispered: "Let's see if you can break reality."

In one massive surge of power, Astrael rose into the sky, faster than light, forming a barrier of twisted space around the city.

The countdown hit zero.

"00:00."

RAZORFALL fired.

But the beam struck the barrier... and split into seven dimensions—each redirected into the void.

Zeron roared, "NOT THIS TIME."
