Marvel: Transmigrated with Travelling Frog?!

Chapter 273: Chapter 272: The Mysterious Echo

"Is anyone there?" Alan asked softly. Based on the Green Lantern Ring's abilities, his words should be translated into any language across the universe.

A long time passed with no response.

"Looks like the DC Universe and Marvel Universe aren't connected yet," he sighed, turning back to fly home.

"Where is this?" A timid female voice suddenly echoed in his ears. Alan came to an abrupt halt, looking around the empty sky.

"Who are you?" He broke into a cold sweat.

"Help me!" The voice pleaded again.

Alan disappeared mid-air, moving at his fastest speed, searching everywhere for the source of the voice. Yet, he found nothing.

"Who could it be?"

He glanced at the Green Lantern Ring on his hand. By all logic, the ring should only enable communication with another ring bearer, but the voice he heard was a distressed woman's, trembling and helpless.

Releasing the ring's energy once more, Alan tried to reconnect with the voice. "Can you hear me? What's your name?" he called out.

In response, he heard the sounds of running and labored breathing. Then, the woman's voice came through again: "My name is Jane Foster. I'm trapped in an unknown place... Go to England... Help me."

The voice cut off intermittently, but the moment Alan heard the name, his heart nearly leapt out of his chest.

Jane Foster! That was Thor's girlfriend! From what she said, it seemed she had been transported to the Dark World by the Aether.

The Aether—liquid form of the Reality Stone!

Alan quickly spoke into the ring, "Wait for me!"

No further response came. Filled with worry, he sped back home. Although the Green Lantern Ring hadn't brought characters from the DC Universe, it had led him to the Reality Stone.

With the Mind Stone and Space Stone already in his possession, obtaining the Reality Stone might one day enable him to forge a weapon akin to the Infinity Gauntlet!

Back home, Hela, having grown tired of waiting for Emperor to appear, had left at some point. Only Gwen, Wanda, and Red Queen were still there.

"Gwen, I need to go to England," Alan said.

"What? Why do you need to go to England now?" Gwen asked, puzzled.

"I've found clues about the Reality Stone, and someone's in danger," Alan explained.

Seeing the seriousness on his face, Gwen realized the gravity of the situation. Without hesitation, she called her father, George.

"Dad, the school break is starting soon, so I'm taking a few days off early. I've got something to handle."

"What's going on?" George, overwhelmed by the chaos between Hydra and S.H.I.E.L.D. in recent days, didn't have the energy to deal with his daughter.

"Don't worry about it. I'll check in with you later!"

Hanging up, Gwen left George fuming as he downed another gulp of coffee. His daughter was becoming more rebellious by the day.

Meanwhile, Alan had finished his preparations. For this trip to England, he already had a good idea of where to find Jane Foster. Naturally, Red Queen would accompany him, but he was hesitant to bring Gwen and Wanda into such a dangerous situation.

"You two should stay in New York. This trip might be perilous," Alan advised.

Gwen and Wanda, assuming Alan was trying to leave them behind, immediately rushed forward and grabbed his hands.

"No way! I'm coming with you!"

"Yeah, Alan! I've already cleared it with my dad."

Looking at the determined expressions of the two, Alan hesitated before relenting. "Alright, let's go together then."
