Lance takes a deep breath. Calmly, he parks his motorcycle at the roadside and walks toward the woman. 

"Vivi," Lance says in a casual tone, yet laden with meaning. "It's been a while since we last met."

Vivi Delay, one of the characters from another star that Lance had encountered, stands before him that night. Vivi is no ordinary person. As a senior CIA executive, Vivi is also known for portraying the character Mera, the Queen of Atlantis from the rival Marvel universe, DC. Yes, the woman is Amber Heard.

The only striking difference between Vivi and Mera is their hair color. Mera has iconic long, wine-red hair, while Vivi sports bright blonde hair that sparkles under the moonlight. However, their allure is equally undeniable, each radiating a captivating and dangerous aura.

Lance first met Vivi when she was leading an investigation into a strange and deadly case. At that time, Vivi was handling what the CIA considered a routine murder case. Only because the victim was a CIA agent, Vivi was appointed to lead a team of special agents to investigate the incident. However, they did not know that the case was a trap set by a demon.

"Darling..." Vivi's soft voice broke the silence. As if forgetting the fact of their separation, the blonde woman stepped forward gracefully. Vivi's slender body moved closer, and she wrapped her arms around Lance's neck in a gesture that felt so natural. She whispered words with a gentle breath that touched the man's ear.

Lance let out a small sigh and replied flatly, "Your information is still too quick. You even knew I would pass this way."

Vivi pouted her red lips, looking slightly offended. "Because I care about you," she said sweetly, her gaze hinting at subtle sadness.

However, Lance's expression remained cold. He looked at Vivi unwaveringly, not at all affected by her charm.

Lance knew exactly what Vivi was really like. As a senior CIA executive, Vivi had a mindset similar to that of Black Widow from S.H.I.E.L.D. They were the type of people who prioritized missions above all else, even if it meant sacrificing personal feelings for the success of the task.

This was the reason why Lance decided to end their relationship. He couldn't stand a life full of intrigue and manipulation.

However, there was one thing that set Vivi apart from Black Widow. Vivi didn't need to use charm or seduction to accomplish her tasks. As a commander, Vivi was more like Maria Hill, the Deputy Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. She had enough authority to delegate fieldwork to lower-level agents. Lance knew that if Vivi were the same type as Black Widow, he would have distanced himself from her from the very beginning.

Vivi took a slow breath, her tone sounding a bit weary. "Forget it, I don't have time to argue with you. Besides, I'm here to deliver information about the commission. That's what matters, right?"

Lance nodded slightly, his expression still cold. "Speak. But keep it brief. I just took down some powerful people to the point of killing them, and now I'm a bit tired."

Vivi narrowed her eyes, her smile turning slightly provocative. "Darling, you never complained about being tired before."

Lance stared at Vivi without emotion. "Do you want to talk or not?"

"Alright." Vivi shrugged casually and then snapped her fingers. From the shadows, a large man with dark skin emerged, wearing a suit and tie. In his hands was a stack of documents.

Lance recognized the man immediately. "Glenn, long time no see."

The man nodded respectfully. "Mr. White, good to see you again." He handed the documents to Vivi before disappearing back into the darkness, Glenn's movements almost silent.

Lance could only admire Glenn's skills. Glenn's large figure seemed to blend perfectly with the shadows of the night.

Vivi then spoke with a serious expression. "The CIA has spent ten years searching for one person—Wolfgang Braun, better known as Wolf."

Vivi opened the folder she had brought, pulled out two sheets of paper, and handed them to Lance. "We have never managed to obtain a front photo of Wolf. What we know is that Wolf is a former German citizen who now sells nuclear materials to terrorists around the world. Last week, the CIA received credible information that there would be a major transaction in Belgrade. Wolf's main henchman, Albino, would be selling a dirty bomb to a buyer."
