Marvel : Strongest Siblings

Chapter 275: Marvel 275

Bibi Dong's eyes widened in shock, her mind reeling. She wanted to resist—tried to pretend resistance—but her body betrayed her, frozen in place, her heartbeat loud in her ears. The kiss wasn't violent or cruel… but it was possessive, absolute, and left no room for denial.

Max finally pulled back, his expression unreadable, his cosmic eyes gleaming with quiet authority.

"You're no longer bound by the Rakshasa's whispers," he continued. "Now… you can see the truth for yourself. Look at Yu Xiaogang. Really look. See who he truly is."

Without waiting for a response, Max turned and walked away, leaving Bibi Dong standing frozen in place, dazed and trembling.

Her nails dug into her palms, anger and helplessness warring within her expression. Her pride screamed to chase after him, to strike back—but deep inside, a small, crushing whisper echoed:

"Not even the gods can touch him… what can I possibly do?"

Her knees weakened slightly as the reality sank in. The Rakshasa God's presence—gone. Her divine chains, broken. Her destiny, derailed by a single man.

Tears welled in her eyes, hot and bitter, as frustration bled into sorrow.

"Why…?" she whispered, her voice cracking. "Why do I have to suffer like this?"

And for the first time in years… Bibi Dong—the ruthless, unshakable Saintess—sobbed silently, caught between shattered pride and a terrifying, inescapable new reality.

"Why are you crying? Someone might think I committed a sin," Max remarked casually as he appeared beside her, watching the tear stains on her face.

Bibi Dong wiped her eyes quickly, scowling. "Did… didn't you just kiss me?"

Max smirked faintly. "That was my reward for winning, you dumb girl," he replied bluntly, his tone somewhere between teasing and condescending. "Also, I removed the influence of the Rakshasa God from you. That's why you're sitting here calmly, thinking rationally, instead of going mad and trying to kill me."

Bibi Dong's eyes widened slightly as his words sank in. She thought back—yes, if she'd been her usual self… clouded by divine influence… she would've lashed out, drawn blood, or worse, the moment he dared touch her.

"Was I really… controlled by that god?" she asked, her voice quieter now, laced with uncertainty.

Max nodded without hesitation. "Yep. One hundred percent. You were just a pawn—Shura God's pet project, a means to further their ambitions. You, your anger, your pain—they twisted all of it to serve them."

Bibi Dong looked down, her fists tightening slightly. Her pride wanted to argue, to reject his words—but deep down, she knew.

After a pause, she glanced up, her sharp eyes narrowing. "If you're so certain… let's see how right you are, Mo Tian," she challenged softly.

Max tilted his head. "And how will you test that?"

"If you are… if you're right… I'll accompany you," she declared, her voice firm yet carrying an undercurrent of dangerous promise. Her lips curved into a smirk as she added boldly, "In your bed… tonight."

Max chuckled as he watched Bibi Dong walk away, her proud posture radiating a dangerous determination.

True to her word, Bibi Dong wasted no time.

She first tracked down Shi Nian—the infamous illusion master from Canghui Academy. Kidnapping him had been laughably easy for someone of her strength. Under her command, Shi Nian's illusion abilities were used not for battle, but to reveal the truth—specifically, the truth about Yu Xiaogang.

Through the carefully crafted illusions, Bibi Dong observed how Yu Xiaogang acted when he believed she was vulnerable… or when he thought no one was watching. What she saw shattered any lingering doubts or naïve attachments she once harbored.

His cowardice. His self-serving lies. The manipulative facade he wore, masking ambition and weakness behind a veil of 'wisdom.'

By the end of it, even Shi Nian, notorious sadist that he was, looked disgusted.

Bibi Dong's eyes darkened. She didn't just walk away from that encounter—she stormed out, leaving Yu Xiaogang bruised, broken, and humiliated in both body and spirit. Day after day, night after night, she made sure he remembered—all while never laying a hand on him directly. No, it was far worse. His own pride, his own ego, she ground them into dust.

But as for love? That feeling had long died.

What had once been warped affection twisted by the Rakshasa God's influence… now turned into icy resolve.

He would suffer.

And when she finally left him to wallow in his disgrace, Bibi Dong returned to her chambers with one thought in mind—no more wasting time. The false attachments were gone. The manipulations severed.

The future? It belonged to her.

And maybe… just maybe… to the infuriating, powerful, impossible man called Mo Tian.

"If I truly want to reclaim my life… and take the best chance fate has thrown my way…" she whispered to her reflection, straightening her attire as she prepared herself. "Then I need to accept what stands before me."

For the next three days, Bibi Dong vanished from public sight, secluded within her quarters.

But Max… Max spent those three days with her.

Lumia's sharp eyes flicked between Bibi Dong and Max as they exited the chambers together. Even though Bibi Dong instantly masked her expression with the cold, regal facade of the Saintess, the faint blush dusting her cheeks didn't escape Lumia's notice.

A small smirk curled on Lumia's lips.

He got in her bed… she thought, amused. Took him long enough.

She wasn't the jealous type—at least, not when it came to her brother. Instead, pride bloomed in her chest. Bibi Dong was beautiful, powerful, dangerous—and now, completely tied to Max. No one else could have managed that. No one else deserved to stand beside him.

A Saintess, once untouchable, now marked by him.

And Bibi Dong? As much as she tried to maintain her cold front, her gaze softened for the briefest second when she looked at Max. It wasn't submission—far from it. It was a quiet acknowledgment. An acceptance.

They weren't equals in power.

But they were now bound by something far more dangerous than strength—mutual understanding… and possession.

Lumia chuckled softly to herself, already imagining the chaos this would stir in Spirit Hall.
