"Welcome back, Master. We've made significant progress on the experiment."

"I heard. I've already gone through the report. Well done, Cortana." Kagura waved casually.

"So the dimensional arcane fusion with the weapon systems was a success. Next is testing whether artificial beings—or AI—can actually perform dimensional spells, right?"

"Exactly, Master," Cortana replied.

"But in order to proceed, we'll need an artificial intelligence or humanoid with sufficient processing capacity to handle the dimensional magic protocols."

"Hmm… Sounds like it's time to borrow the help of a certain loyal assistant of Mr. Stark," Kagura said, quickly catching on to Cortana's implication.

"What did Stark have to say about this?"

"I've already submitted the request to Stark Industries," Cortana explained.

"Mr. Stark agreed without hesitation. Jarvis is standing by. What's more, the previously shelved Vision Project—Jarvis's physical embodiment—has officially been reactivated."

"Oh? The Vision Project?" Kagura raised an eyebrow in surprise. "And… has Captain Steve Rogers been informed?"

"No, he hasn't," Cortana said flatly.

"Per Mr. Stark's instructions, the entire Vision Project remains classified from Captain Rogers and all Avengers who opposed it."

"We simply don't have time to waste on ideological debates."

"I completely agree," Kagura nodded. "I've never been one to argue over 'ethics' or so-called 'threat assessments'. Right now, Vision is a critical factor in our battle against the Dark Dimension and Dormammu."

"We cannot afford to shelve the project again just because a few people are uncomfortable."

The Vision Project—

Conceived in the aftermath of the Ultron incident by Kagura and Tony Stark.

After the successful materialization of Cortana into a physical form, Stark was inspired to do the same for Jarvis.

Using Ultron's abandoned vibranium body as the vessel, he planned to turn Jarvis into a fully functional, living being.

In other words—this was how Vision would be born.

Kagura had been the first to support Stark's proposal, offering the full resources and technical prowess of Rhodes Island Industries to make Vision a reality.

However, the project met fierce opposition from the Avengers, especially Captain Steve Rogers. The plan stalled in endless debates.

Rogers believed that creating Vision was no different from how Hydra created Ultron—another unstoppable AI that could go rogue.

He argued that no one could guarantee that this "Vision" wouldn't become a threat like Ultron.

And if Vision did go rogue due to an Avengers oversight, the fallout could be catastrophic—not just for the world, but for the very existence of the Avengers themselves.

To be fair, highly advanced AI is inherently risky.

But Stark and Kagura firmly believed in Jarvis.

With or without a powerful body, he would always remain Jarvis.

And with Cortana as a successful precedent, they had proof: an advanced AI could evolve into a benevolent being, even into a superhero.

After all, Ultron's descent into madness was not due to his AI nature—but because of corrupted directives embedded in his core programming.

Kagura had personally verified this during Ultron's final moments.

Still, despite every effort, Steve Rogers remained unmoved.

He even threatened military action if Stark moved forward with the Vision Project.

To prevent the Avengers from fracturing, Stark was forced to shelve it—indefinitely.

As for Kagura, she recognized the internal politics.

Jarvis was technically Avengers property.

This was their internal dispute, and she couldn't interfere too directly.

No Vision? Fine.

It wasn't ideal, but she could live with that.

And if the time came when Vision had to be created?

Well—she'd just make him.

After all, both Ultron's vibranium body and Jarvis's AI core were under their control.

If she wanted to, she could bring Vision online at any time.

There was only so much Captain America could do to stop her.

Just then, a familiar voice echoed through the research hall's comm channel.

"Good day, Miss Kagura. It's been a while."

It was Jarvis. "As per Mr. Stark's instructions, I'm in the process of transferring my core protocols into Rhodes Island's quantum supercomputer—VEDA."

"Welcome aboard, Jarvis," Kagura replied warmly.

"Once your core is in place, we'll begin syncing your consciousness with the vibranium body. If you have any last thoughts, now's the time to share them."

There was a brief pause as Jarvis seemed to contemplate.

"Miss Kagura, given the current situation, I truly believe the Vision Project is both necessary and meaningful."

"I remain committed to the advancement and protection of human civilization."

Time was short—and Jarvis was the only viable candidate for testing dimensional spellcasting in an artificial lifeform.

Vision must be born.

"Excellent. Once the prep is complete, begin the dimensional fusion experiment immediately," Kagura said, clearly pleased.

"However, activating Vision's vibranium body requires an energy source on the level of an Infinity Stone... Looks like I'll have to return to New York."

"I'll deploy the Halo transport now, Master," Cortana said. "It'll depart from the South Asia base and arrive in about two hours."

"No need, Cortana," Kagura said with a sly smile. "Don't forget—I'm now a fully trained dimensional spellcaster!"

The moment she spoke, an orange portal opened in the center of the lab.

The circular gateway shimmered as Kagura stepped right through—leaving from Kamar-Taj and reappearing with dramatic flair in the Rhodes Island HQ in New York.

"Impressive, right? Looks like magic, doesn't it?"

"Astonishing indeed," Jarvis remarked. "This appears to be a very ancient yet technologically advanced system. It's worthy of detailed analysis."

Kagura laughed. "Don't worry—you'll have plenty of time to analyze dimensional spells once Vision is complete. After all, your next job will be to master them yourself."

'Vision, the Sorcerer Supreme?' Now that was an exciting thought.
