Chapter 330: Havoc
"Let me start by saying, whatever this thing that happened to you is? It's nothing short of a miracle. Conceiving dragons is a very difficult task, even for actual dragons. Yet you a warlock was able to do it with relative easy and without…cough cough. I digress" Elara paused.
"If you can go through the process you'll have done a truly remarkable thing. As you know, the dragons are all but extinct…except a handful….thats if you can call them dragons"
If Leon could go through the process at least twice allowing her to formulate a plan to make it safe, she could bring back the dragon race and truly study them. It was an exiliarating thought.
But of course, it banked completely on Leon.
"If you do this, I promise to grant you haven in the library for as long as you live. No one in the central region will dare touch you….not even the human king" Elara raised her hand and pledged with utmost confidence, causing Leon to be taken aback.
Did she just say she could protect him from the most powerful person in the central continent? A being as strong as Altor in his prime, if not stronger?
"I swear by my soul, let it be extinguished if I lie"
The look on Elaras face was determined and serious, a look that Leon had in truth never seen on her face before today.
"Sigh," Leon sighed then his lips curled into a bitter smile.
She wanted to use him as a Guinea pig and looked very serious about it.
"Of course, there's the alternative of taking this potion I just made. It should kill the dragon fetus…but that's not a permanent…" before Elara could finish her words.
Leon had arrived next to the potion and downed it in one gulp.
"Ahhh" his gaze slide to her with an embarrassed look on his face.
There was nothing scarier to him than giving birth, he could only imagine what would happen to his man hood.
"Coward!!" Elara sneered.
"Since you won't be of any use, then get out of my library!!" She didn't waste a moment after as she grabbed the air infront of her and caused it to distort.
Before Leon knew it, his body felt a sudden movement as he was pushed through a cracked space.
"Shit" he quickly looked around after landing on the ground and cursed. He was in a forest.
"Petty little…." he wanted to curse some more, but restrained himself.
Elara had kicked him out because he didn't agree to go along with her sick experiment. It was typical of a seculed scholar, he should know.
"You there, identify yourself!!"
As Leon stood there confused, all of a sudden a voice resounded next to him forcing him to look back at the source of it.
There beside a bunch of tree was a man, wielding a long spear infront of him staring him down with daggered eyes. The man had a bun fire also conveniently placed there with a few others seated around.
Instinctively Leon raised both hands up at the scene as he broke into an evil smile.

"Don't be afraid, I'm just passing by. Once I've had my fill, you guys can head out" Leon spoke calmly seated a tree stump in the middle of the camp.
Killing the dragon had returned his control over life energy fully. He was a great warlock, these guys were small fries infront of him.
"Say….do you guys know where this is exactly?" Leon after taking a bite from a steam rib infront of him asked.
Yeah, he didn't know where Elara had thrown him into, there were a lot of trees, but he couldn't conclude that it was the same spot as where the library was.
"Ehhh, this is dark-bark forest. Close to fire city" a young lady with a black Mohawk responded a bit timid as she roughed through the ropes she was tied with.
Leon had tied them all up and taken their camp, he was now eating their food. They had unfortunately messed with someone strong and now they were paying for it.
"Ohhh, not so far away from the elemental school?" Leon raised his eyebrow.
Elara had teleported them away from the mountains, but it seemed like it wasn't too far away.
The elemental school had five main cities in their territory, indicating the five elements mainly thought in their school. Fire, Water, Wind, Earth and Light. For each element there were cities in a circular formation around the western mountains.
"You…" the young lady felt her words hang in her thoat.
The Elemental School? Was there anyone in the central continent that would refer to one of the giants with such a loose term? Was he courting his own death?
"Huh?" Leon just noticing that his words had struck these guys the wrong way smiled bitterly. It was just a place….why would he respect the name? Had he not been to places just as powerful? Why would he be so courteous.
And yet, he understood where they were coming from. After all, they weren't that powerful.
"Sorry for my words, bad habits." Leon said causally and continued to eat off the rib infront of him.
Meanwhile,
In a small office filled with books atop a roaring chair, a young lady with puffy silver hair looked down at mirror with a coy smile on her face.
If Leon was here, he would recognize her immediately, it was Elara.
"That old freak, even after his death keeps scheming…oh well who am I to disturb things that have already been set in motion" she smirked bitterly.
Them turned to a glass beside her which contained Leon's grimoire previously.
In the last minute of her throwing him out, Leon had somehow grabbed it. She originally planned to keep the grimoire but Leon was much more cautious than she originally thought.
"Oh well, let's see what havoc this one can cause" Elaras eyes panned away looking up at the ceiling of the office, as the library shook all of a sudden and disappeared once again.
