__________

The forty-sixth year of Konoha.

The Land of Wind, Sand Village.

Dan stood with his hands behind his back, his face expressionless. He stared out the window, silently observing the scene before him.

Outside the window, there was nothing but endless yellow sand. The air was dry, and the hot wind blew the yellow sand against the window, creating a constant "cracking" sound.

Dan continued to gaze at the scenery for a long time before finally shaking his head. In that moment, he couldn't tell whether he was happy or sad.

He had traveled to the world of Naruto and taken over the body of Rasa.

This was very different from his previous life, where he earned limited money a day, had to spend more than ten minutes sweeping the floor after work, and only had four days off a month, with a monthly salary of just over 2,000 dollars. How could it possibly compare?

You see, in the Naruto world, there were many beautiful women.

Logically speaking, he should be thrilled.

A/N- From now on Mc is Rasa.

But for some reason, Rasa couldn't feel happiness.

Why?

As he pondered this, Rasa lowered his gaze to his hands, which had thin calluses, especially on the middle finger of his right hand. It had developed from holding a pen for over ten years.

Yes, he had simply traveled to the Naruto world and replaced Rasa.

Although everyone saw him as Rasa, and Rasa's image and name had become his own, the most crucial issue was that he didn't possess Rasa's strength.

With his modern physical condition, any student from the ninja academy could easily defeat him.

And now, he had yet to discover any sort of "golden finger" that could help him.

Despite being lustful at heart, Rasa was also a bit afraid of death. Given the situation, he had no interest in taking risks. If his life were more secure, however, he might feel differently.

Knock! Knock!

Suddenly, a knock on the door pulled Rasa from his thoughts.

He didn't immediately rush to open the door as he might have done back on Earth. Instead, he took a deep breath and spoke in a calm voice.

"Who is it?"

"Master Rasa, it's me."

The gentle voice of a young woman reached him, and Rasa let out a quiet sigh of relief.

It was his sister-in-law—no, the sister-in-law he remembered from his previous life.

Rasa opened the door and was immediately hit by a wave of heat. He squinted and adjusted for a few seconds before lowering his gaze and looking at the woman standing before him.

She was a beautiful young blonde girl, around sixteen or seventeen years old, wearing a Sand Ninja forehead protector. Her fair skin and slim figure stood out as she stood at the door. A hint of anxiety was visible between her delicate brows.

She was still young but her breasts were already growing and her back profile was also big, in short she was a sexy young girl.

Rasa looked at her for a moment, then subconsciously lowered his gaze to her feet.

Suppressing the sudden surge of thoughts, he smiled warmly and asked, "Yasha, what's the matter?"

Yes, in the world Rasa had traveled to, Yashamaru was a woman, not a man. And she was a beautiful woman, at that—one who would definitely score a solid 90.

After Dan had taken on the identity of Rasa, he had acquired all of Rasa's memories. The Naruto world was mostly as he remembered it, though there were some key differences in smaller details.

For instance, the person standing before him, originally a man, was now a woman named Yasha Rei.

In the original work, Rasa and Karura had already established a relationship by this point. But in the memories he had obtained, Rasa showed no interest in such matters. Instead, he was solely focused on mastering his ninjutsu.

The Rasa in this world was an ascetic monk, highly disciplined and detached from worldly concerns.

While his strength was slightly greater than the Rasa of the same period in the original work, he was also about two years younger. However, his social connections were far weaker.

Rasa had found some comfort in this knowledge.

Yasha looked at Rasa with curiosity, noticing that his tone and demeanor seemed much gentler than before. This thought flickered in her mind, but she quickly returned to business and spoke in a formal tone:

"Master Rasa, Elder Chiyo and Elder Ebizo are looking for you. They want you to come to the Kazekage's office immediately. They said it's something very important."

'Elder Chiyo? The Kazekage's office? Something important?'

Rasa immediately searched through his memories but couldn't find any clues about any recent events of significance.

However, he still felt uneasy.

The reason was simple: it was Elder Chiyo who had sent someone to inform him.

Normally, any important event should have been communicated by the Third Kazekage, but instead, Elder Chiyo—a semi-retired figure—had bypassed the Kazekage and called him to the office.

This alone made Rasa uneasy.

Yasha noticed the shift in Rasa's expression, which had become somewhat strange. She hesitated for a moment but spoke with concern:

"Master Rasa?"

"It's fine. If it's an emergency, let's go." Rasa replied, waving his hand as he made his way to the Kazekage's office.

Yasha quickly followed, keeping a respectful three steps behind him. In the ninja world, status and strength determined one's position.

Yasha, still a Chunin, had no standing to walk alongside Rasa, who was already a Jonin and a disciple of the Third Kazekage.

Rasa moved quickly, nodding in return to the villagers and ninjas who greeted him along the way.

More than ten minutes later, Rasa arrived at the Kazekage's office. Without waiting for Rasa to knock, Yasha stepped forward, knocked, and announced his arrival.

Once Rasa entered, Yasha gently closed the door behind him and stood guard outside, like the other ninjas stationed there.

Rasa walked into the office, his steps steady, and took a natural glance at the people gathered there.

There were only about twenty people present, but they were the most powerful of the remaining senior ninjas in the village.

At the desk sat the elderly Chiyo, whose appearance belied her age—she appeared to be in her sixties but showed fewer wrinkles than she would in a dozen years. Standing beside her was Ebizo, her older brother.

Rasa's gaze landed on one woman in particular. She stood out, wearing cool clothes and having a tall, hot figure.

Her green hair was styled in a bun, with orange bangs framing her face. A style that might seem odd on anyone else looked perfectly natural and striking on her.

Rasa couldn't help but notice her two large assets, which stood out even more prominently. He figured they were large enough that he would need both hands to cover them.

After staring for two or three seconds, Rasa turned his attention to the other people in the room.

The woman was, of course, the sand ninja Pakura, who had only appeared briefly during the Impure World Reincarnation in the later stages of the original work.

True to life, the female characters from the anime were much more exaggerated in reality, and Pakura's figure was no exception.

After taking in everyone in the room, Rasa made his way to an empty seat next to Pakura. There were only twenty-one chairs in the room, and the one to her right was the only vacant spot.

Once seated, Chiyo, who had been silent until then, made a slight movement with her left hand.

Instantly, all doors and windows were shut!

The dimly lit office grew even darker.

Chiyo slowly scanned the room with her half-closed eyes, lingering on Rasa for a moment longer than the others.

Then, in her old, hoarse voice, she spoke without emotion.

"The Third Kazekage and his left and right guards have been missing since this morning. The Shadow Guards have conducted a secret search throughout the village but found no trace of them."

As soon as Chiyo spoke, the heavy atmosphere in the office lifted, and most of the Jonin's eyes widened in surprise. They began murmuring amongst themselves.

But Rasa showed no sign of surprise. He merely sighed softly.

It was exactly as he had suspected.

The semi-retired Chiyo siblings had bypassed the Third Kazekage's authority and sent for the senior ninjas in the village to discuss this matter.

Apart from the disappearance of the Third Kazekage, what else could have prompted this?

The Third Kazekage's disappearance had already triggered the Third Ninja World War.

Pakura, who had also been surprised by the news, quickly turned her attention to Rasa, sitting beside her. She noticed that he was completely unfazed, not even looking at Chiyo like the others. Instead, he sat with a calm, composed expression.
