"Shhh!!!"

The blade cleaved through the air, creating a sonic boom that howled like a tempest roaring across the sea. Space itself rippled in protest as the sword's edge, enveloped in perfect Susanoo's chakra armor, unleashed a slashing wave of condensed power—comparable to a tailed beast bomb compressed into sword form.

The sword strike, condensed from both the might of the Susanoo and Ayr's Sage-enhanced Rinnegan abilities, erupted into a terrifying wave of sword qi. It carried the weight of both chakra and Armament Haki, swirling in a fusion only possible through a shinobi's mastery of the Sage Path and the pirate's Haki.

"Damn it!!!"

Kong's pupils contracted to pinpricks. He recognized the danger instantly. Still suspended midair from his Moonwalk (GeppĹŤ), he had no footing, no terrain to manipulate, and no instant defense but his own body.

Kong immediately cloaked his body in a hardened layer of Advanced Armament Haki. His forearms crossed in front of him, Conqueror's Haki flaring outward in torrents, crackling like dark lightning.

The moment the sword energy connected with Kong's defense—

"BOOOOOOM!!!"

A colossal explosion surged forth, ripping through the heavens and earth. Kong's body was hurled like a meteor, careening across the sky and crashing into the earth below. The impact carved out a deep crater that roared with grey smoke and collapsed stone, evidence of Ayr's overwhelming offensive might.

"This is the same force Madara used at the peak of his strength!" thought Ayr, eyes narrowing.

As the smoke cleared, Kong emerged from the pit, blood staining his uniform, his breath ragged, but his will unbroken.

Despite his reinforced Haki, the force of the Susanoo's sword qi had injured him deeply.

"A single move like that isn't enough to take me down, Ayr!" Kong's voice was gruff, filled with indomitable will.

Still, his footing was unstable. Blood trickled down his lips, and his aura—though still formidable—was beginning to falter.

"What a persistent old war dog," Ayr muttered, controlling the full-body Susanoo to float slightly above the shattered battlefield.

This was the longest fight Ayr had endured since arriving in this world.

He was burning through chakra reserves, and while his Sage Body provided monstrous recovery and stamina, even it had its limits. Kong, on the other hand, had been forged through decades of battlefield experience as Fleet Admiral and was pushing past human limits with every breath.

"To last this long under full-body Susanoo pressure… he's earned that title," Ayr admitted, reluctantly impressed.

Without hesitation, Ayr commanded the Susanoo forward once again.

Their weapons clashed again with thunderous force.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in the Valley of the Gods…

The battlefield had become a blood-soaked nightmare.

More than half of the Rocks Pirates' lower-ranking members and minor officers had fallen. Even among the elite, losses were high.

The Marines had it worse. Despite deploying Admirals and top Vice-Admirals, more than 70% of their forces had been wiped out by now.

Mountains of corpses and rivers of blood stained the once-sacred battleground.

"ROCKS!!!"

Roger roared, his Haoshoku Haki erupting violently as he brandished Ace, the Supreme Grade blade that had tasted the blood of countless foes.

With a savage downward swing, his sword split through the air like a bolt of divine judgment.

"Shhh!!!"

The sword light cleaved into Rocks' abdomen, ripping through his Haki defense weakened by attrition.

Blood sprayed forth in a gruesome arc. His dark cape was dyed crimson, and his monstrous aura flickered.

"Tch!" Rocks stumbled backward, nearly dropping to a knee, but caught himself just in time, clutching his side.

His wounds from the earlier clash with Fleet Admiral Brownie had finally caught up to him. Haki reserves were dwindling, and his physical stamina had reached a critical low.

Rayleigh narrowed his eyes.

"You're the first opponent who's lasted this long against our entire crew, Rocks." His tone was both solemn and respectful.

Roger, Rayleigh, and Jabba—three of the strongest pirates in the world—stood before Rocks like avenging gods. Together, their synergy in battle had cut down countless enemies. Each of them could go toe-to-toe with top Admirals. Together, they were a near-unstoppable force.

Despite their advantage in numbers and teamwork, Rocks had not only held his own—he had decimated more than 60% of the Roger Pirates.

Even now, as blood streamed from his wounds, Rocks stood tall.

"If this were a one-on-one… all of you would be corpses," he rasped with a bloody grin.

Jabba wiped his brow, his eyes narrowing.

"We never said we were playing fair. You're a monster, Rocks. If we didn't gang up on you, we'd be the ones buried here."

Had Rocks not expended so much power against Brownie, his endurance and Haki would've held out longer. Even now, with his back against the wall, he was a living hurricane.

"Hmph… your so-called era means nothing to me," Rocks growled. "I make eras. I don't bend to them."

Still, the signs were clear—his Conqueror's Haki aura was flickering like a fading flame.

"You can still talk big… but you know it too, Rocks. You've reached your end," Rayleigh sneered.

Roger's grip on Ace tightened.

"Your dream is over. There's no coming back from this. And we'll end this era… with you."

"HAH! Don't make me laugh!" Rocks howled defiantly. "I haven't fallen yet!"

With blood leaking from his wounds and exhaustion clouding his eyes, he still lunged forward.

A final, desperate charge.

"He's going for one last stand!" Jabba shouted.

Roger, Rayleigh, and Jabba responded instantly, their weapons clashing against Rocks' brutal counterattack.

Their Haki collided in a vortex of black lightning and searing force.

"Fall back!" Roger bellowed to his remaining crew.

Too many had already died.

Now, with Rocks critically wounded, the final blow must be delivered by them—the monster-hunters.

The three of them would finish the era-defining nightmare known as Rocks D. Xebec… with their own hands.
