Kung Fu Panda: Reborn as Po

Chapter 74: The Flirt-Emperor

After clearing their respective Job Change Quests, Po and Jinwoo emerged stronger than ever.

Both had reached Level 50.

Their stats had grown immensely, now sitting at 101 points each across the board.

But more importantly, their true powers had awakened.

Po:

Title: Monarch of Balance and Destruction

Sources of Power:Monarch of Destruction (The Dragon King's Power)

Shadow Monarch (The Power of Death and Darkness)

Ruler's Authority (The Power of Light and Creation)

Balance between Light and Shadow → Allowed him to create Radiant Guardians, combining both forces into a higher existence.Destruction Layer → A terrifying addition that amplified his offensive potential beyond limits.

Jinwoo:

Title: Shadow Monarch

Master of Death → Fully embraced the legacy of Ashborn, capable of commanding the dead and ruling over the void itself. (Well not fully yet, but y'all get the jist of it, right?)

Their growth wasn't just numbers—it was true evolution.

The world had yet to realize it, but these two were no longer mere Hunters.

They were forces of nature.

A Quick Visit to the Bank

The next morning, the two walked into one of South Korea's top banks, a high-class establishment meant for Hunters, CEOs, and high-profile clients.

Jinwoo was here to update his account, while Po was here to finally open one.

The clerk, a professional-looking woman in her late twenties, greeted them politely—until she saw the numbers.

Po's Deposit: 10 Billion WonJinwoo's Deposit: 1.4 Billion Won

Her expression barely held together.

"H-Hunters?" she asked hesitantly.

Po simply grinned, resting an elbow on the counter. "What gave it away?"

The clerk blinked rapidly, then nodded, somehow convincing herself this was normal.

"P-Please wait a moment while I process this."

Jinwoo just sighed. "You didn't have to make it weird."

"What? I'm rich and handsome. It's a curse, really." Po smirked.

The two walked out officially wealthy and now had access to the higher-class luxuries reserved for top Hunters.

Jin-ah's Parent-Teacher Conference was next on their schedule.

Technically, Jinwoo was the only one required to be there, but Po decided to tag along.

Why?

Because he was bored.

Also, why not support his best friend and pseudo-little sister?

When they arrived at the school, something unexpected happened.

The female students stopped. Stared. Whispered.

And then came the hearts in their eyes.

"Who are they?!"

"They're SO good-looking!"

"They can't be Jin-ah's family… right?! How is she related to literal models?!"

The reaction was hilarious. Jinwoo sighed, scratching his head awkwardly. Po?

Po thrived in it.

Throwing a playful wink toward a group of girls, he made a finger-gun motion.

One nearly fainted.

"Po, stop." Jinwoo pinched the bridge of his nose.

"What? Let the kids dream."

As they made it into the conference room, they were met by Jin-ah's homeroom teacher. A beautiful woman in her mid-thirties with an elegant yet warm presence.

She smiled kindly, motioning for them to sit.

"First, I'd like to say—it's an honor to meet you both. Jin-ah speaks highly of you two."

Jinwoo beamed with pride.

"She's a great kid," he said honestly.

"She's top of her class," the teacher continued. "Her grades are excellent, she's polite, hardworking, and well-respected among her peers. If she continues like this, she has a bright future ahead of her."

Hearing this made both Jinwoo and Po proud.

Their little Jin-ah was doing great.

However, after discussing Jin-ah's performance, the teacher brought up another topic.

"There is… one matter I'd like to ask your help with."

The teacher folded her hands on the table, sighing softly.

"One of Jin-ah's classmates, Han Song-yi, has recently awakened as a Hunter."

That got their attention.

"She has since been skipping school, determined to make a career as a Hunter. But she's still young—she hasn't even graduated yet."

She looked at them, hopeful.

"I know it's not my place to interfere, but… I was hoping that since you're both strong Hunters, you might be able to convince her to finish school first."

Po and Jinwoo exchanged looks.

"Graduation is a solid backup plan," Jinwoo said. "She shouldn't just throw it away."

"We'll talk to her," Jinwoo added.

The teacher smiled, clearly relieved.

And then Po leaned in.

Gently, he cupped her face, tilting it slightly upward.

The teacher froze, her breath catching.

She was almost twice his age, but right now?

She felt young again.

Po's voice was low, smooth—like silk laced with fire.

"Don't worry, miss," he murmured. "I'll make sure your student stays on the right path."

Then, just as quickly, he leaned down and placed a soft kiss on her forehead.

The teacher blushed furiously.

Jinwoo groaned.

The students peeking from the hallway squealed.

Po, pulling back with a grin, whispered into her ear, "Consider it a promise."

She just stared, completely at a loss for words.

And with that, Po turned to Jinwoo, who just facepalmed.

"Alright, let's go find the girl."

Jinwoo, rubbing his temples, muttered, "I hate you sometimes."

Po just laughed.

The legend of the 'Flirt Emperor' continued to grow.
