Chapter 5: Chapter 5: Morkel’s Heaven-Defying Ability!
After Iruka left, the Third Hokage waved his hand, summoning a masked Anbu member into his office.
"Yamato, do you think it's possible for Morkel to use Wood Style?" the Hokage asked, his voice calm yet filled with curiosity.
The Anbu member, known as Yamato, knelt respectfully on the floor before answering. "Wood Style is the First Hokage's unique ability, a very rare bloodline limit. Orochimaru captured many children for experiments, but I was the only one who survived. The probability of someone naturally awakening Wood Style is incredibly low."
The Third Hokage chuckled. "What are you thinking? I would never use a child's life for experiments. What I mean is, based on Morkel's special bloodline and the talent he has demonstrated, do you think he has the potential to awaken Wood Style naturally?"
Yamato was silent for a moment before replying, "I don't know. But his progress is extraordinary."

Back at the Ninja Academy, the classroom bustled with energy as Iruka finally returned. The moment he walked in, his eyes immediately found Morkel sitting in the corner.
Iruka approached him, patting his shoulder lightly. "The Clone Technique you performed earlier was good. Keep it up."
Morkel's eyes lit up with excitement. He had finally received recognition!
"Thank you, sensei! I'll continue to work hard!"
Iruka nodded with a knowing smile, though internally, he was reeling. Work harder? If you improve any further, I might as well retire!
The day's lessons flew by, and as class was about to end, Iruka made an announcement.
"Tomorrow, I'll be testing everyone's shuriken skills. Please don't disappoint me."
He glanced at Morkel, a sly smirk playing at his lips. Let's see if you can pull off any surprises here. Shuriken training is pure skill—no shortcuts!

After school, Morkel walked alongside Naruto.
Naruto hesitated before speaking. "Morkel, do you want to—"
He stopped, seeing the determined look in Morkel's eyes. He's going to train again...
Naruto smiled instead. "Don't forget to take care of yourself while practicing."
Morkel nodded. "I will. Sorry, Naruto, I can't play for the next couple of days. My progress is too far behind—I need to catch up."
Seeing Morkel's dedication, Naruto simply grinned. "Alright, I get it. Just don't overdo it!"

Later that night, under the moon's glow, Morkel stood in his yard, shuriken in hand. With each throw, his aim improved, the sharp weapons embedding themselves perfectly into the wooden training post.
Just as he prepared for another round, an unsettling feeling crept over him.
Someone was watching him.
A shadowy figure lurked just beyond the moonlight.
Morkel's instincts screamed danger. Without hesitation, he spun and unleashed a flurry of shuriken!
"Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!"
The metallic glint of his weapons shone as they zipped toward the figure.
Then—
"Swish! Swish! Swish!"
Dark, vine-like tendrils erupted from the figure, knocking each shuriken aside effortlessly.
The figure leaped from the shadows, landing just feet away from Morkel. He instinctively took a step back, his heart pounding.
An assassin?!
Morkel had heard whispers that rogue ninjas from other villages sometimes infiltrated Konoha. Could this be one of them?
He clenched his fists. No matter who you are, I won't go down without a fight!
With a series of rapid hand seals, he formed multiple Shadow Clones.
"Poof! Poof! Poof!"
Hundreds of identical Morkels appeared around the intruder.
The mysterious figure faltered, surprised. Morkel seized the opportunity.
"Attack!" he commanded.
His clones surged forward, tackling the figure to the ground in a chaotic pile.
But Morkel knew better than to assume victory. While his clones restrained the enemy, he focused on gathering chakra into his palm. A swirl of energy formed—a spiraling, condensed sphere.
Is this... Rasengan?!
His mind raced. He had never learned this technique, yet something inside him instinctively understood its formation.
As his clones began disappearing one by one, he rushed forward, ready to strike.
"Take this!" Morkel roared, aiming his Rasengan at the enemy.

Meanwhile, inside the Hokage's office, Yamato was briefing the Third Hokage.
"At night, I climbed the wall of Morkel's house to observe his training. What I witnessed... was beyond belief."
The Third Hokage folded his hands. "Go on."
Yamato took a deep breath. "Not only was he training at an advanced level for his age, but his learning speed was... terrifying. It was as if he had already mastered techniques he had never been taught. His growth defies logic."
The Third Hokage remained silent, his gaze thoughtful.
"And then?" he prompted.
Yamato hesitated before continuing. "Morkel sensed my presence. He reacted instantly, attacking with incredible precision. I was forced to reveal my abilities to defend myself. But what shocked me the most was his counterattack."
The Hokage raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?"
"Morkel formed a Rasengan. Not a weak imitation—an actual, fully-formed Rasengan. Without any prior training."
For a moment, silence filled the room.
Then, the Hokage sighed. "A true genius... but also a dangerous one, if not guided properly."
Yamato nodded. "What should we do?"
The Third Hokage turned to the window, looking out toward the village. "For now, continue observing him. But do not interfere unless absolutely necessary."
---
Back in the training yard, Morkel's Rasengan was inches away from hitting its mark when Yamato vanished in a blur of speed, reappearing behind him.
Before Morkel could react, a hand landed gently on his shoulder.
"Calm down," Yamato said, his voice steady. "I'm not your enemy."
Morkel's breath came in heavy pants as he let the Rasengan fade. "Then who... who are you?"
Yamato smiled slightly beneath his mask. "Just someone keeping an eye on you."
Morkel narrowed his eyes. "Why?"
"Because you're special. And the Hokage wants to make sure you grow into your potential, without losing yourself along the way."
Morkel frowned. "I don't understand."
Yamato turned, leaping onto the wall. "You will, in time. Keep training."
And with that, he disappeared into the night, leaving Morkel standing beneath the moonlight, more determined than ever to unlock his true power.
