Chapter 42: Mom, Please Help Me
After the day’s class ended, Sasuke Uchiha looked back at Shinho Aburame.
Shinho was surrounded by Ino Yamanaka, Hinata Hyuga, and others, appearing like the center of attention.
Having witnessed Shinho's true strength, Sasuke now understood the gap between them.
Unless he could awaken his Sharingan.
But that wasn't possible in the short term.
He was now thinking about how to ask Shinho for guidance.
But he couldn't bring himself to ask.
Suddenly, Sasuke thought of his gentle mother, Mikoto Uchiha.
Last time, it was also with her help that Shinho agreed to spar with him.
But sparring was different from seeking instruction.
Pondering this, Sasuke left the classroom.
He ran home swiftly.
"Mom! Please help me!"
As soon as Sasuke entered the door, he shouted.
"Slow down," Mikoto said helplessly. "You'll trip."
"Um..."
Sasuke stopped in front of her but didn't know what to say for a moment.
"Is it about Shinho?" Mikoto reached out and patted his head.
Sasuke immediately nodded vigorously.
As expected, Mom understood him.
"Tell me more specifically," Mikoto asked gently. "Did some conflict happen?"
She couldn't be blamed for thinking that; after all, both her sons were rather reserved.
"No," Sasuke hesitated for a few seconds and then said, "I want to ask him to teach me taijutsu."
Mikoto couldn't help but laugh.
So it was the same issue.
They really cared about their pride.
"Tomorrow is Saturday," Mikoto tilted her head and asked, "How about we visit Lady Tsunade together?"
Besides solving Sasuke's problem, she also wanted to strengthen ties with Tsunade.
Currently, the Uchiha clan didn't have a harmonious relationship with the upper echelons of the Hidden Leaf Village.
Although Tsunade was no longer involved in village affairs, she still had influence.
Mikoto hoped to use her own methods to help alleviate the pressure on Fugaku Uchiha and Itachi Uchiha.
"Thank you, Mom!"
Sasuke immediately smiled.
"You and Itachi are both very filial; this is the least mom could do for you," Mikoto said emotionally.
The happiest thing in her life was having two wonderful sons.
At the Ninja Academy.
Sasuke's departure hadn't attracted much attention.
Only Sakura Haruno chased after him’, but she couldn't catch up.
"Everyone!"
Naruto Uzumaki suddenly exclaimed excitedly.
"Naruto, what's going on?" Kiba Inuzuka asked with a puzzled expression.
"I want to introduce you all to my taijutsu teacher."
Naruto proudly tugged at his green jumpsuit and said, "He gave me this outfit!"
"Taijutsu teacher?" Shikamaru Nara was a bit surprised.
Without permission from Lord Hokage, who would dare to be Naruto's taijutsu teacher?
"Uncle Guy!"
Naruto grinned. "Jealous? If you ask me nicely, I can have him give each of you a set."
"No way, I don’t want that," Ino Yamanaka said, crossing her arms.
She refused.
She couldn't imagine how terrible it would be if she wore that outfit.
The others quickly shook their heads as well.
Naruto couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed, but he soon regained his enthusiasm and looked at Shinho.
It was Shinho who had introduced him to Uncle Guy, allowing him to understand the passion of youth.
He would definitely understand!
"Let's go," Shinho said calmly as he stood up. "We shouldn't keep Uncle Guy waiting too long."
"Indeed," Shikamaru immediately guessed his intention and quickly agreed.
With this interruption, Naruto forgot about what had just happened.
At the school gate.
Might Guy was doing one-handed handstands, moving up and down in push-ups.
Except for Shinho, the others all widened their eyes.
"Is this for real?" they thought.
They highly doubted whether Naruto was really learning anything.
"Uncle Guy!"
Naruto waved his hand and shouted loudly.
Might Guy leapt up in the air and landed steadily.
He glanced at the energetic kids and couldn't help but think of his own days at the Ninja Academy.
Ah, the spirit of youth.
Might Guy's eyes welled up with tears. He gave a thumbs-up and said, "Naruto! Let’s run around Konoha a hundred times for today's warmup!"
Naruto sprinted away while shouting, "See you all next week!"
Everyone watched the two figures disappear into the distance, speechless.
"Suddenly, I feel like Naruto is really amazing," Kiba Inuzuka tugged at the corner of his mouth and said. "I, the great Kiba, feel ashamed."
"Hard to comment," Shikamaru Nara felt his IQ was insufficient for the first time.
Just then, a commotion came from afar.
"Stop!"
"Don't run!"
"Pay back the money!"
An elderly lady with blonde hair ran swiftly past them.
Behind her were three panting young men, their faces pale from running.
"So fast," Ino Yamanaka said dumbfounded.
"This old lady is even faster than Uncle Guy just now."
"It's simply a medical miracle."
Shinho sighed.
It was Tsunade.
Because this scene was all too familiar.
"I'll be going ahead," Shinho glanced at Hinata Hyuga and Ino Yamanaka, then turned and left.
He couldn't afford to waste time.
"Teacher."
Shinho walked into a narrow alley but didn't see Tsunade, so he called out directly.
"Kid, you quite the keen senses," Tsunade's voice came from above his head.
Shinho looked up and saw a pair of long, fair legs.
In the sunlight, they appeared even more fair and rosy.
Especially those rounded toes, like grapes.
"How much do you owe them?" Shinho couldn't help but ask, thinking back to the people who were chasing tsunade.
"I don't know," Tsunade said nonchalantly. "Maybe several hundred million, maybe more."
She hadn't counted because there was too much.
At home, she had a suitcase full of IOUs.
"......"
Shinho was speechless.
"What's wrong?"
Tsunade jumped down, shook herself, and asked with a smile, "Do you want to pay off my debts for me?"
"Don't want to," Shinho said without hesitation.
How could he have several hundred million?
Several hundred million lives for him at this pace.
Tsunade's smile froze.
She was excited for nothing.
Although she didn't expect him to pay off her debts, his absolute refusal made her a bit unhappy.
"I'm in a bad mood now," Tsunade clenched her fist and said.
"Want to eat an ice pop?" Shinho asked casually.
"I'm not a child," Tsunade laughed and asked, "Is it you who wants to eat?"
"I don't want to," Shinho shook his head.
"Stop pretending to be an adult," Tsunade bent down, grabbed his hand, and said, "Your teacher will take you to buy some, and you will eat!"
"Do you have money?" Shinho asked seriously. "I don't want to be chased, like before."
"Brat!"
Tsunade, annoyed, punched the wall.
With a boom, the wall collapsed, raising a cloud of dust.
Tsunade's expression changed slightly; she quickly picked up Shinho and leaped away.
What kind of teacher is this! resorting to violence at the slightest provocation? What did the wall do?! Shinho thought after being put down.
