Is It Funny That The Dragon Slayer Failed And Became The Dragon Princess?

Volume 2 Chapter 48

48. Want to Plant Strawberries

“Where is this place?”

Xia Yi accidentally entered a strange place.

This place is different from other parts of the Blood Palace, it’s a huge garden.

As if it appeared out of nowhere within the Blood Palace.

And near the garden, Xia Yi didn’t see anyone else, not even a Blood Servant.

So when she came here, she didn’t need to deliberately avoid others, she just walked in boldly.

After entering, what came into view was a large expanse of pink roses.

Apart from roses, there were no other plants, very strange, as if to satisfy someone’s hobby.

And in the rose garden, she didn’t see a single person either.

“……Is anyone there?” Xia Yi tentatively asked.

She decided, if anyone responded, she would immediately turn around and run away, leaving the rose garden.

After all, Xia Lulu had warned her that she could have a great adventure in the Blood Palace, but she must not be caught by the vampires.

“Hey, hey, hey!”

For safety, Xia Yi shouted a few more times.

Unfortunately, there was still no response.

“Otherwise, let’s go in and have a look.”

Xia Yi’s strong curiosity drove her to enter the rose garden to find out what was inside.

So she followed the path on the ground that extended inside and walked in.

The silver-haired loli was in the quiet moonlit night, walking alone on the path, surrounded by roses, the cool night breeze came, and the roses rustled, petals flew with the wind towards the sky.

Xia Yi raised her head, feeling that the crescent moon seemed to be within reach.

It seemed much larger, several times the size of when she first entered the rose garden.

“Is it my illusion? Why is the moon… getting bigger?”

Xia Yi had an ominous feeling in her heart.

She looked back and saw that the path into the garden had disappeared, swallowed by the rose bushes.

“What’s going on?”

Xia Yi was stunned.

She turned back around, looking forward, and the path that was originally clear to the end was also covered by the rose bushes.

At this moment, she realized she seemed to be lost.

Now in Xia Yi’s view, there was only one path left.

As if it was deliberately left for her.

“Hmph, playing tricks? I’m not afraid!”

Xia Yi faced the difficulty, stepped on the path, and continued forward, feeling like she had turned many circles.

“Squeak squeak squeak.”

Xia Yi heard the sound of small animals and saw a dark little thing flash through the bushes in her field of vision.

This sound…

It seemed like a mouse!

Could it be that a small animal was leading the way for her?

“Squeak squeak squeak, squeak squeak squeak, squeak squeak squeak!”

The little thing called out in front.

Xia Yi followed all the way, and after passing through a patch of flowers, the view suddenly opened up.

Ahead was a flat grassland, and in the center was a black coffin, illuminated by the moonlight.

Seeing this scene, Xia Yi immediately remembered the events that happened in the ancient city ruins in the depths of the Golde Sea.

Upon closer inspection, she found that the coffin was nothing like what she saw in Golde, which slightly reassured her.

“Why would there be a coffin in such a place?” Xia Yi was a bit puzzled.

Placing a coffin in the garden, that’s too strange.

She stepped forward to check.

She found that the inside of the coffin was different from ordinary coffins, lined with a very soft material, it was practically a bed shaped like a coffin.

It seemed to be made for people to sleep in.

What Xia Yi cared about the most was that there were…

Girl’s clothes inside the coffin?!

She was truly surprised, so she reached out to touch them.

They were real, girl’s clothes, and they seemed to be about the same size as her current figure.

Why would there be girl’s clothes here?

Xia Yi couldn’t figure it out.

Honestly, the sight of girl’s clothes in a coffin was too horrifying.

Could it be that the owner of the clothes had been eaten alive?

Eaten alive, that’s too terrifying!

Xia Yi was startled by the thought.

But then she remembered something, this was the Blood Palace.

It seemed that vampires liked to sleep in coffins, could it be that this belonged to a certain vampire…

“Squeak squeak squeak!”

Xia Yi’s thoughts were interrupted.

She heard a bunch of irritable noises, and when she looked up, she saw a bunch of flying black balls, opening their mouths to reveal sharp fangs, diving towards her.

“Don’t come any closer!”

Xia Yi quickly dodged to the side.

The little monsters chased after her, very aggressive.

If that’s the case…

Then I won’t be polite!

Xia Yi activated the magic within her body, using the bloodline trait of the Royal Silver Dragons, Chant Regulation, she cast fire magic instantly without the need for incantations, her hands turned into flamethrowers, spewing flames forward.

Seeing the flames, the black little monsters were frightened and retreated, not daring to approach Xia Yi anymore.

“What a bunch of rude little monsters!” Xia Yi huffed.

“The rude one should be you, dragon.”

Xia Yi heard a girl’s voice coming from behind her.

The black little monsters flew up and gathered behind Xia Yi.

A petite girl with silver hair, wearing a thin nightgown, as if carrying a new moon, descended gracefully from the sky.

The black little monsters gathered together, forming steps under the girl’s feet, her fair and delicate feet stepped on the magic pets, walking down to the ground step by step.

Xia Yi noticed that the girl’s eyes were crimson, with silver hair and red pupils, her face still childish, yet there was a bewitching beauty.

She was a vampire.

The vampire girl, judging by her appearance, was about the same age as herself, but she was slightly taller and her chest was also bigger, which was really… displeasing!

“Why is there a dragon in my secret garden?” the vampire girl asked.

“Eh? This is your…”

“My name is Miu Miu Borgias, the Blood King Herman Borgias’ kin, and the Vampire Princess of the Crimson Empire.”

Miu Miu stepped forward, one foot in front, the other slightly raised, holding up her skirt, and curtsied to Xia Yi, her demeanor pleasing to the eye.

Almost reflexively, Xia Yi responded with equally perfect social etiquette: “My name is Xia Yi Christie, daughter of the Silver Dragon Queen Xia Lulu Christie, the Silver Dragon Princess of the Dragon Kingdom.”

“Oh… so you’re the Princess of the Dragon Kingdom, Xia Yi Yi… what a cute name.”

Oh no…!

Xia Yi inwardly cried out, she had reflexively curtsied, revealing herself!

As she was considering what to do next.

“Xia Yi Yi.”

Miu Miu looked at Xia Yi, smiling, it was their first meeting, yet she made an outrageous request.

“I want to plant strawberries on you, can I~?”
