Inheriting a Lost Bloodline, My First Task is to have heirs?!

After all the inspections, it is finally time to go to the main palace for the long overdue visit to my parents, my husband and my cute and adorable twins. I walked back leisurely to the main palace from the large plaza then this time made my way to the path towards north. I passed through the smaller plaza where the main portal to the world tree realm was then continued through the palace gardens enjoying the view and the scent of flowers. It took me several more minutes longer than usual to reach the palace's main door.

Even before I could touch the door to push it open, it suddenly swung wide open with a lot of force. The person responsible for almost destroying the door again was none other than Ioannis with my two babies floating right behind him to welcome me home.

Before I could say anything, the two floating children zoomed straight to my chest followed by the bigger man which knocked out the air out of me. It was an instant group embrace! I hugged them back almost instantly and then whispered, "Can you at least let me inside the palace first?"

My husband awkwardly loosened his arms around me but the babies refused to let go so I had to carry the two bundles while walking through the door. I went straight to the living room and sat comfortably on the soft cushions.

Ioannis sat beside me very closely though he did not make any move to get even closer since the children are sitting on my lap and clinging on my clothes possessively. It was funny and cute but I also felt a bit sad too. I looked at Ioannis while still rubbing the children's backs to comfort them and asked, "How have guys been doing? How is everything here? Where is everyone else?"

Ioannis inched a bit more closer to me and leaned his body on to me as well. He then responded with his usual tone as if his face wasn't looking excited to see me, "Mother and father are tending to the orbs in the room of beginnings. The children in there are growing too fast and they need more care. As for the other four, Samir, Luxiel and Touya disappeared one by one after showing a shocked expression while Altair has not been back since he left the day after you did."

I nodded my head to acknowledge his response. I knew why those three suddenly showed shocked expression before leaving. It was just that an unknown entity suddenly entered their territories (me). As for Altair, I can't help but wonder what he has been up to for the last few months.

I quickly stood up from my seat, still carrying my clingy children. I told Ioannis that we will be teleporting together so he has to cling on to me too. Just as he stepped nearer to me, I stole a kiss from his lips then the teleportation to the room of beginnings started with his widened eyes staring at me.

We reappeared right outside the door to the room of beginnings. I knocked politely three times then the four of us went it to see what's going on. What I saw inside was quite surprising even for me.

The last time I was in here was several months ago when I deposited the six life orbs here for my father to take care of. I made sure to absorb some essences from the respective fathers so as to ensure that the children will be nourished enough but I knew that they won't be born till about a year,

Upon reaching the place where my mother and father were busy with something, I peeked in and saw 6 pairs of babies that have fully formed but are still too small to be considered ready to be born. I literally gawked at this since I did not expect that the children would develop this fast. As usual, they all look like their fathers as per my preferences.

But, how long has it been since I placed them here? It should only be about four or five months if I have counted it right so why are they this developed now.

I looked at my father in confusion and as if understanding my thoughts, he immediately smiled and answered, "This whole room is dedicated to supporting these 12 children so they are well-nourished. The problem is, they are growing so well so you have to get nourishment from their fathers again since that should be the best for all of them."

I nodded my head and smiled back. I then murmured, "It is very easy to do that for the fairy babies. I can even bring their fathers here to have a look. Can you help me father?"

My father raised one of his eyebrows and asked, "I thought you don't have any relationship with those guys. You gave them visiting rights?"

I chuckled and answered, "Do you think I would let the children grow in these receptacles if I have a relationship with their fathers? The only fairy that I am in a cordial relationship with is the grandfather of these fairy babies."

My father gave me a knowing look and nonchalantly said, "If you say so... I will ask assistance from Laerad to make it happen. How about the blood demon children? Any possibility of getting nourishment for them?"

I sighed and responded, "You know that the only relationship I have with the father of the children were the two chance encounter we had before, I simply stole his seed and essence, not even giving him a look. I will be visiting Aeterdumnox soon anyways. I'll see what I can do."

My mother spoke a single line after so long but it just made my troubles a bit heavier, "These children need blood from you and their father. I don't know how you will manage to get that if you are not in a speaking relationship with the guy."

Realizing it was urgent, I decided to visit Aeterdumnox today to talk to the blood demon side of the territory. I think the proposal that I have in mind is more beneficial to them than my side so it would be a no brainer for them to accept. I will do anything to keep my children well-nourished even if it means that I will end up confirming to the father that the children are with me. I have no qualms with letting their race go to the world tree realm if needed.

For the past few weeks that I was in the northern military camp, the dark elves have already been moving their people and resources little by little to their new home inside the world tree realm. This was King Eirsolin's idea since he doesn't want to get unwanted attention from the blood demons. On this visit, we will finalize the move since I will help them move bigger things through my storage together with all the remaining citizens in the territory.

I have to do both these things as quick as possible since I plan to go back to Eieneos to spend more time with my husband and children. I hate how much I am cramming so many activities during my academe break but I have no choice on this matter.

I spent about two weeks in Eineeos which is actually less than two days in normal time outside this realm. This made Ioannis and the twins extremely happy since this is the longest time I have spent with them ever since they started living in this realm when Ioannis was about to give birth.

During one of the nights I spent with Ioannis, he suddenly discussed if it was possible for him to work in the human realm but still come home every afternoon to the twins here in Eieneos. I was quite surprised at this out of the blue plea from my husband.

I asked why he wanted to work so suddenly when the children are not even a year old and he simply said that he wants to contribute to the family. He immediately promised to return to Eieneos with no complaints once citizens in the kingdom start pouring in. He understood clearly that as the main consort, his main job is to manage the kingdom with my parents and my other four fiancés.

I understood his request and agreed to it but under one condition. He looked at me in confusion and with a hint of nervousness, he asked cautiously, "What is it that I have to do to make you agree?"

I smiled at him and started kissing his neck to distract him. He couldn't help but moan softly with the intimate contact but realizing what I was doing, he seemed to have been awoken and he immediately complained, "I am not going to budge on the two year birthing interval period no matter what!"
