Inheriting a Lost Bloodline, My First Task is to have heirs?!

After dinner, I chose to sleep inside Dimitri's room. I saw Aurum scowling but he did not say anything at all and simply returned to his room in silence. The other five greeted me a "good night" and retired to their rooms one by one as well.

Inside Dimitri's room, we decided to take a long bath together which was 10% checking how each of us have been and 10% literally just bathing. As for the remaining 80%, of course, it's doing naughty things in the bathtub, under the shower, on the bathroom vanity and everywhere your dirty mind can think of.

As it really turns out, the most quiet ones do end up being the wildest ones in the bedroom. Ioannis was one example. Dimitri is of the same specie.

We continued our intimate time on the chaise lounge sofa inside his room and finally on his wide bed. I did alter the time inside his room but of course, I don't want him to tire out too much. We have all the time in the world next weekend anyways.

Early the next morning, just before the sun rises, I gave Dimitri a kiss on the lips which woke him up. I told him I will be leaving and he understood that I will be fulfilling my promise with Kayden this weekend.

He gave me a smile and a nod then simply returned to sleep. Who would have thought that my husband who was the most quiet and insecure about his position before, can confidently tell me to meet another husband and just sleep again!

I went back into my bedroom, took a refreshing shower and changed my clothes. I then sneaked out by teleporting straight to the Moonlight Inn, making sure the others won't be woken up by my departure.

My destination was right inside Kayden's bedroom. He has moved to another room a long time ago and no longer shared one with my father-in-law.

I sneaked into Kayden's bed and gave him and back hug. I chuckled as it was obvious that he was doing his best to pretend that he was asleep.

I gave him a soft peck on his cheek and then stood up from the bed. My actions made him sit up from his bed abruptly. Immediately, a question showing his disappointment rang out from his lips, "Is that all?!"

I chuckled at him and simply replied, "Later". I continued walking out towards the door of his room but then I got asked again, "Where do you think you're going?"

I turned around and raised an eyebrow as I replied, "Breakfast". He looked at me seemingly not expecting such an answer. Does he think I will think of any other plausible reason on why I did not touch him just yet?

He hurriedly dressed up more appropriately as he has a hobby of sleeping totally naked. He then followed me out the door then grabbed my hand possessively as we made our way to the restaurant at the lowest floor of the inn to eat breakfast. On our way down, we met with my father-in-law and Lark too so we ended up eating together.

After the sumptious meal, Kayden went back to his room to complete his last "check" for the things he would be bringing back to my hometown (he still doesn't know that it was a palace in another realm). Well, I was sure that "check" would not be so quick.

I spent the time that I would be waiting for Kayden through having conversations with ny father-in-law and Lark. I saw some familiar faces in the restaurant too but I only greeted them in passing.

As usual, Kayden really took his time packing his things. Learning from experience, I did not meddle with what he is doing and reminded him in advance to use the storage earring I gave him to keep everything.

I told him that we will just stay over the weekend but knowing him, he will still bring clothes enough for a week. He knows Ioannis is staying there so he would definitely try to clothe himself beautifully.

Now that we are really leaving, I suddenly feel nervous. The one I am bringing back is definitely a drama queen so I am just wishing for myself to have as much good luck as possible.

After about two hours, Kayden finally came down, dressed up quite lavishly. He really looks great and he carries his clothes well. He even wore some makeup making him more pleasing to the eyes. He does look a bit different but I guess he just wants to have a good impression when he arrives in my hometown.

I bid goodbye to Lark with a kiss and a quick hug for my father-in-law then teleported straight to Eieneos from inside the restaurant. As we appeared inside the teleportation portal, I immediately casted a barrier on Kayden but the sudden increase in mana in the surroundings still brought him to his knees. He was gasping for air and his eyes were wide in surprise.

He weakly looked up at me in confusion. He slowly turned and observed the wide garden and then the palace that was just a short distance from where we were. His eyes looked at me again then his eyes slowly closed as he fainted.

I guess the barrier still doesn't help much as he still fainted just like how Ioannis did the first time I brought him here. I carried Kayden in my arms and then teleported him inside the palace quickly.

As I appeared in the living room, everyone was there doing their own thing. Ioannis was having his lessons with my mother. My father was taking care of the twins as they play on the carpet. While the four sleeping beauties can be seen having what seems to be a very serious meeting in the dining area.

My mother immediately excused herself and then approached me. She whispered that they decided to put the honeymoon suite on the same floor as my master's bedroom for security and privacy purposes since no one is allowed to enter my floor without my permission.

I nodded at my mother and father, gave a peck on the cheek on each of the twins then teleported in front of my own suite. I walked along the corridor and saw a very conspicuous fiery red door. My mother said that only I have the ability to open this door or enter it therefore, only me and my companion can stay inside. We will not be disturbed by anyone.

I immediately placed the palm of my hand on the red door and it opened. It had a very wide bed covered in deep purple sheets in the middle and the whole floor was covered with a thick and soft black carpet.

I first placed Kayden comfortably on the bed and maintained the barrier around him. It will slowly let mystique mana in until his body gets used to the sheer amount of it in this realm.

While he's unconscious, I decided to inspect the other parts of the room and as expected of my parents, they knew what I wanted. There was a spacious bathroom with a separate tub and shower area then also a wide bathroom vanity. There was also a small dining area and kitchen inside to ensure that I've got everything I needed, giving me no reason to go out of the room until I am done with what I came here to do.

It took almost eight Eieneos hours before Kayden woke up. I checked on his body condition first to ensure that he is not injured and he had the strength to meet the other mystiques in the house.

Once I confirmed he was all good to go, I explained to him where we were and who I really was. I also told him that we have to go through a few rituals from my kingdom then he has to meet my parents and all the others who are also part of my life. I also told him that we will also be visiting a separate place to meet someone important to me.

He looked dazed at the amount of information that I relayed to him. He seemed to be digesting as much information as he can while also trying to stay calm. I gave him as much time as he needed and simply sat next to him patiently.

After what seems to be half an hour, the first thing he actually asked was, "Did Ioannis go through these things before too?" I simply smiled and nodded my head.

Surprisingly, his next question was, "Was he able to accept everything calmly?" I smiled at him and explained that Ioannis was able to keep his calm at first but eventually he broke down due to feeling insecure and unsure of his position in my life. I chose to be honest and frank about it.

Kayden looked down as if in deep thought for a minute or two. Finally, when he looked up, his eyes shown some sort of conviction and he asked, "Can I meet with your parents and Ioannis first? Is it also okay to meet your child with him too?"

I nodded at him and chuckled, "Are you like trying to pay respects to the in-laws and the main husband first? That is actually a smart move. Impressive."

He replied, his voice a bit shaky, "I have to at least start somewhere. It is not like I can escape what's to come anyways." I gave him a thumbs up and he rolled his eyes at me saying that I am taking things too lightly while he feels like he's dying of nervousness.

I held his face with both my hands and gave him a lingering kiss. I gave him a tight hug and whispered, "You're fine. Everything's going to be alright. I'll accompany you."
