Inheriting a Lost Bloodline, My First Task is to have heirs?!

I decided to come back to Eieneos right after I have completed all the things and settled everyone back in Marahuyo. I suddenly appeared in the middle of the plaza in the middle of a fine afternoon. Much to my surprise, Samir was in the garden maintaining the flower beds and herbs that I planted last time.

As he looked back, he looked stunned to see someone suddenly standing in the plaza watching him intently. I smiled at him and simply walked leisurely towards the direction of the palace. I heard flurried footsteps as he tried to catch after me after cleaning himself up. He honestly looked like a dog that rolled over patches of grass and some mud got into the lowers ends of his coat. He looks like a kid playing, cute.

Halfway towards the palace, he finally caught up to me after making sure he was clean and presentable. He kept his silence as he walked next to me. After a few minutes, out of the blue, I asked, "Out of those three still sleeping up there, who can fix the day and night cycle as well as the temperature changes around here? It would be easy for you to take care of the plants if it isn't always dark and cold, right?"

He stared at me for several seconds and then sighed. He stayed silent for several minutes until we are almost at the main door of the palace. He then asked another question instead of answering mine, "Are you planning to wake up one of them soon?"

I simply nodded my head, my face devoid of any emotion. He stared at me again for a few seconds and looked up as if trying to remember something. We entered the main palace and simply sat on one of the comfy chairs in the living room. He sat on one across me as well and though very reluctant, he finally answered my question, "If you are looking into controlling the day and night cycle, you have to awaken the muscular red-haired guy from House Flynn. The annoying and muscle-brained one."

I put my chin on one of my hands, thinking about it. The first things I thought of is the impending ruckus another man will cause in my home. As I was thinking on what my next move would be, I heard footsteps coming from the staircase. When I looked back, I saw Ioannis carrying Ianthe, Aelorus carrying Iosef and Lia who hurriedly went towards me.

I smiled at the three of them and extended my hands towards my twins. The children upon seeing me, started kicking about and extending my hands towards me. Ioannis and Aelorus rolled my hands almost at the same time and reluctantly placed both children in my arms with their chubby butts sitting on my lap. The two children immediately clung to my clothes, laid their heads on my chest and started babbling and laughing. Whatever they may be talking about themselves, who knows.

I looked up and Ioannis with a smile and them he sighed. He then said, "It does not matter that I carried them to term, feed them whenever they are hungry or accompany them during playtime and sleeping time. It all goes down the drain when they see you."

I chuckled at him and replied, "Don't tell me you are feeling jealous because the twins like me more or that I hugged them first before I hugged you? Come here and give me a kiss."

Ioannis face turned red but still approached me. He gave me a chaste kiss on the lips and sat down beside me. The twins were staring at me and their father but when we kissed, I saw them pushing away Ioannis and sobbing. These children are starting to be possessive, aren't they?

Ioannis looked towards the twins and talked to them in a commanding tone, "You two, I met your mother first before you came about. If you try to selfishly keep her among yourselves, see if I don't get pregnant again so that you can fight with more siblings. You think I do not know that you are smart and understand fully what I say?"

I felt the twins twitch and their bodies stiffened. They looked at their father as if they were aggrieved and then looked at me with their teary eyes. I simply smiled at these three who have very similar personalities. They really are parent and children. I wonder how things will become once we have more children in two years.

I decided to ignore their silent war using their eyes and addressed Lia this time, "Lia, I am planning on waking up that red-haired guy so we can fix the day and night cycle as well as the temperature around here. If I understand it, doing so will unlock another quarter of the currently foggy areas correct?"

Lia looked at Aelorus first and then me as if they did some sort of exchange with their eyes. She immediately answered me, "Yes, that should be the case. He's from House Flynn and he can definitely fix the things you need. When will you wake him up?"

I nonchalantly answered, "I plan to do so before I leave on my way to Zanahavre. I will also need to drop by at the world tree realm to check on the place where those fairies will move to. I might need to help out a bit so as not to overwork Laerad. I don't want him ending up in another coma again."

I felt a stare burning to the side of my face and looked towards Ioannis. I smiled at him and asked, "Is there something you want to ask?"

He replied, "You are waking up another one? As for that guy in the world tree realm, he hasn't visited for almost two weeks. Is he that busy or is he avoiding to meet us?"

I looked at my husband, trying to keep any of my emotions on showing on my face. Is getting married and having children really make a guy's senses keener by like 300%? He really hit the nail on the head!

I kept my voice steady and responded, "Yes, I need to wake up another one. Samir will be assigned to tell the new guy what is expected of him and how things go around here. As for Laerad, since I left Eieneos to do other things, I have given him a lot of tasks. He is researching about a spell that I am planning to do and he is also rebuilding parts of the world tree realm. To be exact, he is currently building living areas for 6 different races one after another but with strict amount of rest in between. Do you think he will have time to do other things and have tea with you all?"

Ioannis looked stunned with my response since I never told them all the tasks that Laerad has to do for me. He then looked guiltily at me for being too accusing. I looked away to end the issue there but if we talk about whose guilty, it would be me. The main reason why Laerad isn't here is because we are hiding his pregnancy from the people here for now.

Afterwards, I ate a meal with everyone. I also spent some time playing with the twins and my husband (if you know what I mean). I also went to the room of beginnings to deposit some of my essences for milk production and much to Aelorus surprise, I also assigned a new receptacle and placed Laerad's essences inside it, eliciting a loud gasp from the guy who loves . He immediately asked, "No, you didn't... You actually... That's why he isn't visiting? Don't tell me..."

I looked at him coldly and responded, "Can you stop starting sentences and ending them half way? I expect only you and Lia to know about this. I know you like tattling stuff around but don't you dare tattle about this? See if I don't take your physical body back."

He paled immediately at my threat and dramatically responded, "You are so like your mother! Why do you always threaten me like this?! You are bullies!"

I stared at him and asked slowly, "You know my mother?" He coughed in surprise and tried to defend himself, "Umm... I met her a very long time ago." I scoffed and responded, "Oh... really... You met... Bully, huh? I see,,,"

Aelorus looked at me as if he was fearing something. I smiled and called for Lia in my head. These two are funny. I know who they were right from the start.

I can see souls and see their memories. I created the physical bodies they are currently inhabiting. I just thought that they do not have memories so I never asked about it but seems like their memories are both intact. They just chose to stay silent.

After just a few seconds, Lia suddenly appeared next to me. She immediately glared at Aelorus and he immediately looked down and moved a few steps away from her. I am now going to be blunt and check for their reactions.

I looked at Lia and gave instructions, "I will be going to the world tree realm for a while to check if Laerad is really resting like he said he is. I will also have to make sure that Zanahavre is ready for the migrants I will be fetching soon. Oh! And, mother, father here is complaining that we are bullies and we always threaten him. He also blackmailed me about the fact that Laerad is pregnant. He said he will tell everyone. I am leaving."

I can see the surprise in Lia and Aelorus' eyes. It is confirmed then, they fully remember. Without saying anything else, I teleported to the plaza where the entrance to the world tree realm was.
