Chapter 151: Rhea
The helicopters landed as the ladies headed towards the villa. Jayden, Temi, and Charlotte were already waiting, their eyes completely fixated on them as they arrived.
Jayden rushed to them immediately, seeing Camilia coming with her clothes soaked in crimson red.
It was clear... that was due to Becky's brutal bleeding.
They also saw Becky being brought out, and she was completely unconscious.
"To the infirmary. Quick!" one of Harper's men said as they rushed in a different direction, while Camilia and Harper approached Jayden.
"Are..." Jayden was about to ask if she was okay, but then paused.
What was the need for asking her that when he already knew she wasn't okay?
With a slight headshake, Camilia threw herself at him for a hug as she sobbed loudly.
"It's okay... It's okay. You are safe now," he said in a very soft tone, stroking her hair as he embraced her warmly.
Camilia didn't stop sobbing, as she even held tight.
"I was starting to believe I would never see you again," she muttered.
"Ugh... Not a chance," Jayden said.
In a moment, she let go, as Jayden gave Harper a proud look.
He was about to speak when she suddenly interrupted.
"Nah, don't thank me," she cut in.
Jayden's eyes glinted.
"You gave me a job, right?" she asked, and Jayden hesitated before nodding. "I'm doing my job, and there's nothing special about it."
Harper's statement came with a casual tone, which did nothing but impress Jayden to the peak.
He laughed and sighed. "You are amazing, Harper," he said.
"Well, I'll take that as credit to do my job better. Thank you, my love," Harper said as she smiled and walked in.
"You could kiss him now, Cammy. At least you didn't die," Charlotte suddenly said as she followed Harper in.
Camilia chuckled in cringe, realizing that they heard what she said back at the attack scene. She was wishing to kiss Jayden one last time before she died, but then, somehow she didn't die, and would definitely be away a lot for a kiss.
"I'll just meet Becky at the infirmary," Temi, who was standing not quite far, spoke as she walked away.
Jayden gave her a nod, and then he led Camilia into the building.
Her clothes were a mess at that point, and she needed to change.
Today, she would have to reflect on the expectations of losing her life.
How she might have gotten murdered, and how she happened to survive.
However, in the end, perhaps this was just all about Harper and Charlotte's help.
She knew she owed them her life.

"Excuses?!"
"How can you tell me the mission wasn't successful?!"
Sofia barked crazily.
"A rescue team came for them, boss. We only managed to shoot one of them in the leg. We are sure she wouldn't survive it," Razer said.
"Is that supposed to make me feel better?" Sofia asked angrily.
"No, boss. Just giving you the report. You have to give us time. We will make sure to get this job done in no time, even if it takes us to attack Dominion Island," Razer said.
"That should be fast. I am not a fan of failures. It might be light for our partnership if you fail this time," Sofia said.
"Noted, boss," Razer sighed on the other hand, and then ended the call.
...
Razer turned to his men.
"The boss is mad. She has taken these plans too seriously that she could spend any penny she has. So we have to be better this time. Shoot to kill. We have to make sure their news is confirmed. We won't slack anymore," Razer said.
They all nodded, but then, the only lady in the room spoke up.
"We all saw the way they attacked us. We lost Negan, Six, and Roughblade. If we try to attack again, we need to get the ammunition required to match their standards, or else, more of us would be killed," she said.
Two men nodded, as they turned to the boss to see what he had to say about what she had said.
"I understand you, Rhea. But the boss is not that rich to get helicopters and massive gun bombers. We have the sharpshooters, so we can do this job as she wants it.
"We just need to keep an eye on their movements. She will always give us information. She has a spy in Dominion Island who will always get in touch, and with that, the job wouldn't be that tough," Razer explained.
It took the group a few moments to digest what he just said, but then another man cut in.
"What if they never go on any more appointments after what happened today? Do you think the President would let them go outside again?" he asked.
Razer hummed for a second, and suddenly, he raised his gun and shot the man in the forehead, gunning him down on the spot.
Everyone had their eyes widened, stunned.
"Don't you ever call him 'President'... He is not my President," Razer said as he glared at the corpse.
Rhea felt her head beating uncontrollably after what Razer just did, as she thought she would be next, but then...
Razer just smiled at her, and placed the gun back into his belt.
"If they don't come out, we go with Plan B," Razer added, as he turned and attempted to leave.
"Now you all are going to go home and get ready for the next mission, because the boss will be calling soon. You don't wanna miss the fun," Razer said as he walked into his car and drove off.
The only four remaining men, including Rhea, stood frozen at the scene, but it only took a few moments before the men left, and it was only Rhea standing, looking at the lifeless body of the guy that had just spoken up.
"How do I survive this one last time?" she asked herself.
"If I back out, Brea would die. I don't want her to die. I'd rather die instead."
"I must do this. No matter what. For the sake of the money..."
"For the sake of Brea's life."
Rhea said with her eyes getting wet, as she turned and entered the car before driving away.
