Infinite Harem System: I Grow Stronger From Every Female Lead

Chapter 89: To The Academy (1)

"Ah!"

Arthur opened his mouth as Sylvia fed him a spoonful of food.

"Can you please not feed me?" he muttered.

Sylvia leaned in to whisper, "Should I tell Eira what you and Nathira were doing last night?"

Arthur took another spoonful. "Never mind. I think I love being fed."

As Sylvia brought another spoon to his lips, Eira leapt onto him with a beaming smile. "Arthur... Eira loves you."

Arthur covered his face with his palm. 'Damn, she's so adorable.'

After the entire battle and aftermath in Falmouth, the group had finally begun their journey to the academy.

The people of Falmouth, as a farewell gift, had given them a luxurious carriage that looked more like an apartment inside.

Eira took the food Sylvia was holding and nestled like a cat against Arthur's chest, while Amelia and Nathira read a strange book they'd picked up along the way.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth continued making massive explosions in the other room.

She then poked her head out. "Hey, bastard husband, I'm out of materials again."

Arthur turned to see her dressed in clothes barely better than scraps.

But to him, they looked:

"Hot."

Elizabeth's face flushed as the conical flask slipped from her fingers. "Don't... don't say that so casually."

She glanced down at her outfit with a quiet smile.

When she looked back up, Arthur was already smiling at her.

Sylvia scowled. "Why is this idiot always smiling?" she said, her cheeks turning red. "I'm a goddess, and I want to live long—you'll give me heart problems at this rate."

Eira giggled, tugging at his cheeks. "I think he looks even better because of his dimples."

"Eira—stop... it."

Eira's eyes sparkled. "Cute."

Arthur tugged her cheeks in return. "Why are you this adorable?"

Eira laughed, cuddling closer to his hand.

"Quiet down," Nathira complained, flipping to the next page in her book.

Arthur tried to peek at its contents, but the sharp stares from Amelia and Nathira made him withdraw instantly.

"Will you tell me what you're reading if I ask?"

They both replied at once:

"No."

Arthur pouted internally, but Sylvia and Eira planted kisses on both his cheeks.

His face immediately warmed. "Hey, don't do that out of nowhere."

Amelia and Nathira set their books down, while Elizabeth peeked her head out again. All of them stared at him.

Then, as if something had clicked within them, they all moved toward him.

Arthur laughed awkwardly. "Okay, how about we all pretend that didn't happen?"

Amelia grinned. "Husband, are you trying to seduce women who are already married to you? How can you act that cute?"

Nathira chimed in. "Just make that expression again."

Arthur instantly tried to slip off the bed, but Eira pulled him back with a serious look.

---

The next three hours were pure torment.

Well, if past Arthur on Earth heard himself say that, he would've cursed whoever dared utter such a thing.

Arthur inhaled deeply from outside the carriage, turning to the trembling driver.

"Hey, why are you so tense?"

The man forced a smile. 'It's because of you, sir! Please just go back to your wives!'

Arthur sighed. "Having too many cute wives isn't easy."

The man held his smile, though his expression twitched. 'Damn this lucky bastard.'

Arthur exhaled again, clearly worn out. "They feed you too much. They spoil you too much." He turned with a sly smile. "It's honestly overwhelming."

The man held back his tears. 'Why couldn't it be me instead?!'

Arthur inhaled deeply, clearly satisfied. 'Being on top of the food chain is truly bliss.'

He looked back at the man. "Want me to set you up with someone?"

The man nodded eagerly. "Yes, sir, I'd be grateful."

Arthur mimed counting coins. "How much are you willing to spend?"

The man stared at him. "Sir, aren't you like... super rich?"

Arthur held his gaze, neither of them looking at the road. "Wealth is health. Don't you know that?"

The man nearly groaned but restrained himself. "Sir, it's the other way around."

Arthur didn't blink. "Who do you serve, young man?"

'I'm older than you, though,' the man thought, but still answered. "You, Young Lord."

Arthur nodded. "So how does the saying go?"

The man sighed inwardly but repeated, "Wealth is health, sir."

Arthur turned forward. "Good. Now focus on the road. I'll introduce you to a group of female assassins."

The man grinned happily. "Thank you, sir! I love assassins. They're fast and... very flexible."

Arthur looked at him, then grinned. "You're a man of culture, I see."

The man looked back, both of them saying the next part in unison. "And when they're covered from head to toe, it's even better."

The man's eyes welled up. "Sir, I will serve you for life."

Arthur slung an arm over his shoulder. "You were going to do that either way."

---

The rest of the journey to the academy was surprisingly entertaining, as Arthur spent the time chatting with the driver.

Maybe it was because he was always surrounded by his wives and family, but he had never truly gotten some bro time.

'I never thought I'd actually miss talking to a guy,' Arthur mused, as five warm bodies rested on top of him.

'I'll definitely need to use the fifth demonic dragon form for this... Once I unlock it.'

If he revived Ellie's, Cassie's, and Isabella's memories, that would bring his wives to seven.

'Even though no one can hear me… just know life truly gets better in another world.'

There was still a bit of distance left, but Arthur could already smell the faint scent of the academy.

It hadn't been that long since he'd left, but it somehow felt like years.

Which of his classmates and friends would still be there?

And worse, would Ha-joon still exist in this timeline?

Since Sylvia never summoned him as her hero, maybe he didn't.

But soon enough, he'd find out.

Halt—

Arthur gently lifted the girls off him as the carriage came to a stop.

They had finally arrived at the central city of the Empire, Valle.

'Looks like that witch Agrat handled the interior decoration herself.'

The academy was in sight—along with the city where everything had once ended.
