Chapter 106: Chapter 106: Stelle: Who is My Wife?

Chapter 106: Stelle: Who is My Wife?

Early morning. Probably.

The sunless Underworld was never blessed by sunlight, so there was no concept of day or night. Waking or sleeping depended entirely on one's biological clock. The gray-haired girl was spread-eagled on the large, soft bed, letting out faint, almost inaudible snores, her sleeping posture exceedingly rugged.

"Mmm... hehe... I'm so sweet~!"

The sleeping Stelle seemed to be dreaming of something, muttering indistinctly, a trail of glistening saliva escaping her cherry-red lips. Perhaps feeling the dampness, Stelle instinctively raised a hand to wipe her mouth, then naturally swung her arm to the side.

BONK~!

"Oww~!" ×2

"Stelle!" / "Caelus!"

Before either could figure out what had happened, two indignant shouts with different contents erupted simultaneously. The two gray-hairs shot up like Spike disturbed from a sweet dream by Tom, glaring daggers at each other, their anger meters full.

The moment their two pairs of fiery golden eyes met, Stelle felt the lingering sensation on her knuckles and saw Caelus clutching his slightly reddened nose, a sympathetic pain shooting through her own. From the current situation, it was easy to determine who the culprit of this 'accident' was.

Realizing she was in the wrong, Stelle's expression changed rapidly, finally settling into her signature goofy, sheepish grin. She stealthily retracted the long leg that had been pressing on Caelus's leg for half the night.

"Uhh, Caelus, my man, it was an accident, an accident~!"

The change was visible to the naked eye. From a furious Spike, she had transformed into a guilty Tom. Stelle twisted her arms awkwardly in front of her chest, blinking her beautiful eyes rapidly and batting her eyelashes at Caelus in a coquettish display.

The loose silk pajamas were the only two pieces of clothing on her body. Wrinkled from her battle with the bedsheets, they revealed large expanses of milk-smooth skin and snowy, tantalizing hemispheres. Her well-proportioned, slender legs were displayed without any cover, enough to drive any leg-lover insane.

"Accident my ass! Get over here!"

Caelus completely ignored the beautiful scene before him, which was enough to make any male's blood boil. The pain of a punch to the nose from the Stellaron spirit's brute strength was imaginable; tears were already welling up in his eyes. It wasn't just the pain, but the physiological reaction to a heavy blow to the nose.

Fury in his heart, Caelus grabbed the Stellaron spirit's head, ignoring the soft, wolf-like fur sensation in his palm, and forcefully pressed Stelle's face into the pillow. Pinning her snow-white wrists with a grappling hold, Caelus pounced, sitting on the Stellaron spirit's soft waist.

"Mmph... mmmph..."

With her entire face pressed into the soft pillow, Stelle couldn't speak, only able to make muffled sounds. Caelus, ignoring the springy softness of the beautiful bottom beneath him, proceeded to thoroughly mess up Stelle's long hair, which was already disheveled from a night of friction, into a hornet's nest.

"Ptooey!"

Stelle spat out a strand of hair that had floated into her mouth and turned to look at the 'self' riding her, her face full of indignation. "Caelus, you brat, you were pressing on my hair last night and woke me up! I haven't even settled that score with you yet!"

"Is that my problem? Who was the one tossing and turning all night in their sleep? I haven't even complained yet, and you dare to bring it up first?"

In the end, Caelus still hadn't eaten the Stellaron spirit that had willingly delivered herself to his mouth. Stelle was different from his other Valkyries. With the Valkyries, they were him, and he could do whatever he wanted, completely unrestrained. Although he was just as unreserved with Stelle, there was a fundamental difference. It was like a couple in a certain stage of their relationship, feeling a special kind of warmth. Caelus thoroughly enjoyed his current relationship with Stelle. Although to outsiders it seemed like they bickered and pranked each other every day, this was his and 'his' unique way of being in love.

"Caelus, you brat, don't push your luck! If you move again, I'll fight back!"

Stelle's refined, mature face puffed up into a bun as she made her threat.

"I'm really going to fight back!"

Caelus turned a deaf ear, continuing to ravage Stelle's long hair, the body part where the shared senses affected him the least.

"You little brat!"

The Stellaron spirit's brute strength was still considerable. With a sudden burst of power, she endured a brief moment of pain, broke free from his hold, and flipped him over, pinning him beneath her.

"See how I suppress you!"

Stelle sat on Caelus's waist, pinning both of his arms to the bed. This posture inevitably made her body lean forward. Caelus could see everything inside her pajamas, which were being pulled down by gravity. He couldn't help but sigh.

—The sky is so blue, the clouds so white.

Ignoring their current state, just as Stelle was about to mercilessly mock the small-fry Caelus, she suddenly felt something. Her body instantly stiffened. Her starry eyes froze in an instant.

That's right, this was the feeling that had made it difficult for her to sleep for the past few nights!

A subtle, comfortable feeling made Stelle instinctively move toward a more comfortable spot, but upon touching the source of the comfort, her body jolted. Her pupils constricted for a moment. She seemed to know what that feeling was!

Stelle's cheeks were instantly red with an unhealthy blush. The crimson blush crawled up her fair neck to the tips of her translucent ears. Her beautiful legs began to rub together involuntarily.

"Hey! What are you doing!?"

Not expecting this Stellaron spirit to make such a (supple) move (ment), Caelus grabbed Stelle's wrist and yanked her upright body back down.

Caught off guard, Stelle's upper body lurched forward with the force.

Just like a famous movie scene, Ah-Zhen has fallen in love with Ah-Qiang~

However, just before her forehead was about to collide with Caelus's head, Stelle managed to stop herself in time. In the end... their faces were less than a centimeter apart. Their identical golden eyes reflected each other's twin-like faces, and they could feel each other's warm breath.

The sudden proximity left even Caelus in a brief daze. Both of them suddenly fell silent. As they looked at each other, the atmosphere in the room gradually became subtle.

Strands of gray hair fell to the side of her face, swaying and gently brushing against Caelus's cheek. Stelle's cherry lips parted slightly as she stared blankly at her own reflection in Caelus's eyes.

Then, driven by an inexplicable impulse, Stelle slowly lowered her head. At the same time, an unknown understanding made Caelus tilt his head up. Both moved forward half a centimeter.

Their lips naturally met, a perfect fit without any gaps or misalignment. After all, in the objective physical world, they were one and the same person. Isn't it only natural for one to fit perfectly with oneself?

Thump! Thump! Thump!

The sound of heartbeats lingered in the silence. Whether it was the increasingly surging rhythm or the accelerating frequency, they overlapped with precise timing. The two hearts fit together as if they were originally one, playing a sonata in their souls.

Knock! Knock! Knock!

This time, it wasn't a heartbeat, but a knock on the door.

"Caelus, time to get up! Don't be a sleepyhead, it's already 9:30!"

March 7th's vibrant, energetic voice came through.

"Stelle, get up!"

The voice was a little fainter; it seemed she had gone to knock on Stelle's door next door.

"..."

"..."

Their lips parted. Stelle and Caelus fell into a strange silence.

"Um, Caelus, brat, I... I..." A rare, genuinely girlish shyness appeared on Stelle's pretty face. There was also a hint of inexplicable panic in her heart. She wasn't a newborn baby anymore; she understood enough about certain things. Even she knew that doing this kind of thing with herself was strange. She was a little afraid of being discovered by her friends, like a college student afraid of being caught by her roommate doing needlework at night.

"What 'you'? Hurry up and get up!"

Compared to Stelle, who was getting her first taste of self-love, Caelus, who had engaged in top-to-bottom self-love several times, was much more composed.

"Oh, oh!"

Stelle quickly got off Caelus and frantically looked for her clothes, only for her face to suddenly turn pale.

"Oh no, my clothes..."

She hadn't brought any clothes with her last night. She had come over wearing only her pajamas and her coat.

"We're up, we're up! Be right there."

Responding to March 7th outside the door, Caelus leisurely got dressed, glanced at Stelle sitting cross-legged on the bed, and said calmly, "I'll get them for you in a bit."

It wasn't the first time March 7th had seen something like this, anyway. And that time on the Express, Stelle wasn't even wearing panties.

Caelus then picked up Stelle's coat, which was on the back of the chair, and put it on. He and Stelle were the same height, so gender-neutral clothing like the standard Trailblazer coat was perfectly interchangeable.

"So slow... huh!?"

After Caelus opened the door, March 7th saw Stelle curled up in a ball under the covers, with only her head showing, and froze in astonishment.

"Stelle!? Caelus, you... you two..."

March 7th's panicked inquiry echoed in the hallway as she instinctively swallowed. Although she had seen Stelle without anything on in Caelus's room on the Express before, Stelle had explained it to her that time, and it seemed to have been a misunderstanding. After that, Stelle and Caelus's daily interactions made it difficult for March to think of them as a couple, but this time... it looked like they had slept together, didn't it!?

"It's nothing. This one just interrupted my good time last night."

Caelus took the key from the coat pocket, opened Stelle's room, grabbed a T-shirt, underwear, skirt, etc., and returned, tossing them onto the bed as March 7th's eye twitched. He then closed the door.

"Interrupted your good time?"

March 7th blinked. Seeing Caelus's calm demeanor, he probably hadn't done that with Stelle, right? But then again, thinking about how those two had turned into candy people and licked each other, March 7th wasn't so sure anymore.

"It's all your fault!"

Stelle, now dressed, came out of Caelus's room and stared at him with sharp eyes. She probably knew the source of that comfortable feeling now.

So, the question was.

Who?

Who was doing that with Caelus?!

Little March?

Stelle's gaze swept over March 7th.

"Stelle, what's with that look?"

Getting the creeps from the gray-haired girl's strange stare, March 7th shivered.

"Wifey?" Stelle's words were shocking enough to wake the dead. With Little March's silly personality, it was very possible she had been tricked by Caelus.

March 7th: "???"

After a brief moment of stunned silence, March 7th's small face turned visibly red, and she hammered Stelle's chest with her small fists. "You wanna die?!"

"Oof..."

Taking the heavy blow from March 7th, Stelle scratched her head. This reaction... didn't seem like March.

Then was it Seele?

Probably not.

Stelle's mood grew heavy. It wasn't jealousy. Caelus's wife was her wife, but now she didn't even know who her own wife was!?

Was that even fair!?
