I'm Already Invulnerable, I Want to Play DPS.

Chapter 10: 10-Skill Scroll.

---

As soon as Su Mo entered the instance, a half-meter-tall goblin minion charged at him.

**[Slash!]**

He raised his Guandao and brought it down. The goblin's body split apart like butter meeting a hot knife, blood splattering across the ground.

The 600-kilogram Guandao crashed into the floor with its momentum, sending a booming **[rumble]** through the cave.

Say what you will, a 600-kilogram weapon carried some serious weight.

Even with his 65 strength stat, Su Mo couldn't wield it perfectly yet.

One free attribute point gained. Without hesitation, Su Mo dumped it straight into strength.

In the narrow goblin cave, Su Mo pressed forward alone, leaving a trail of mangled goblin corpses in his wake.

His strength stat skyrocketed. In just 10 minutes, a golden light flashed over him—level 4 achieved.

[All attributes +3, Free attribute points +1]

He kept farming mobs and pouring points into strength. Now, his strength had soared to an astonishing 90.

The Guandao, once slightly heavy in his hands, he could now swing with ease.

Having cleared the Goblin instance once before, he knew the route like the back of his hand.

Twenty minutes later, he arrived again at the Goblin King's lair—the same place where he'd worn out his clothes last time.

Back then, fearing his weapon might break, he'd beaten the Goblin King to death with his bare fists.

The 5-meter-tall Goblin King rose from its throne. Standing before it, Su Mo didn't even reach its thigh.

The beast raised a half-meter-thick spiked club high, roaring furiously at the intruder who dared disturb its slumber.

It looked intimidating, but it was utterly useless against Su Mo.

In an instant, he closed the distance. Bending his knees, he leapt, slashing his Guandao down at the Goblin King's head.

**[Clang!]**

Sensing the threat, the Goblin King blocked with its massive spiked club, treating Su Mo's two-meter Guandao like a toy.

A mocking grin spread across its grotesque face—only to be replaced by shock as an overwhelming force surged through the club.

**[Boom!]**

The hulking Goblin King flew backward, crashing into the cave wall with a thunderous impact.

Su Mo landed lightly, twirling the near-two-meter Guandao into a flourish before dragging the blade across the ground with one hand, striding slowly toward the Goblin King.

His movements were fluid and commanding. Swap that Guandao for a sword, and you might call it elegant and dashing.

"With 121 strength, how does a level 7 bronze boss like you dare to block my strike head-on?!"

**[Roar!]**

The Goblin King bellowed, its eyes bloodshot as it charged again, its massive frame shaking the ground.

Su Mo quickened his pace, leapt high, and swung his blade. They crossed paths in a blur.

The Goblin King's enormous body staggered forward five more steps by sheer momentum before its meter-wide, greenish head thudded to the ground.

Blood gushed from its severed neck.

A golden light flashed over Su Mo again. He'd finally hit his goal for this run—level 5.

Facing the wall, he slung the Guandao over his back with a cool pose, not sparing a glance behind him.

Real men don't look back at explosions!

But then something occurred to him, and he quickly turned around.

Explosions could wait—treasure chests couldn't.

He dashed to the goblin's corpse, where a bronze chest glowed with a faint golden light.

Sure, the loot might be useless to him, but chest rewards could fetch a decent price.

If only he could take the chest out unopened—he'd sell it as a mystery box.

With a crisp **[crack]**, two items floated up from the bronze chest, shimmering with cheap, rainbow-like effects worth about five cents.

Once the glow faded, Su Mo finally saw their descriptions.

[Designated Skill Scroll: Opens to learn the skill 'Trajectory Shift Left.']

Seeing this, Su Mo perked up.

Watching others unleash flashy skills—who, as a young guy, wouldn't be a little jealous?

Sure, those dazzling moves couldn't scratch him, but strength was temporary—coolness was forever.

Why else had he picked a Guandao over a regular blade? It was flashier, more imposing, more badass.

He'd even practiced fancy Guandao tricks online just because of it.

He pondered what "Trajectory Shift Left" could be—only for his face to fall the next moment.

[Trajectory Shift Left: I don't want others picking up my weapon and using it right away.

Skill Description: Due to your habitual left-hand use, your projectile trajectory leans more to the left.]

Reading this, Su Mo nearly spat blood in frustration.

He gritted his teeth and growled, "Damn it!"

Forcing his gaze away, he checked the second item.

[Goblin King's Bracers: Defense stat +3]

Seeing this, Su Mo felt a twinge of disappointment. With his maxed-out defense, he had no use for it.

Still, it wasn't a total loss. If sold, those 3 defense points could fetch a small sum.

In low-tier gear, +3 defense was decent—way more practical than that idiotic "Trajectory Shift Left."

He couldn't even imagine where or who'd use such a dumb skill.

Stashing both items in his inventory, Su Mo opened his stat panel.

[Name: Su Mo]

[Level: 5]

[Awakened Abilities: Absolute Defense, Heart of Slaughter]

[Strength: 125 (Level-up bonus +4)]

[Defense: Max]

[Speed: 9 + 4]

[Constitution: 25 + 4]

[Critical Chance: 6% + 4]

[Skills: None]

[Free Attribute Points: 3]

Su Mo frowned at his Guandao. After this run, his strength had doubled, and the weapon felt light again!

But hitting level 5 meant he could leave the city now—no more grinding this Goblin instance endlessly.

Before heading out, though, he'd need to talk to Teacher Wang and get a permit.

And maybe test if this "Trajectory Shift Left" could sell—he couldn't help but grit his teeth at the thought.

This lousy Goblin instance hadn't given him a single useful drop. Talk about disrespect!
