"Why not? Why shouldn't I take inspiration from him Pluto?", Harry asked with genuine confusion.

"He's a f*cking serial killer who killed people, Harry!", Pluto growled with impatience.

"Um so what?", Harry asked while tilting his head.

At this point Pluto was confused at whether Harry was teasing him purposefully or was sincerely confused "Harry, he killed innocent people, for no whatsoever reason in a brutal manner!", Pluto explained with a helpless expression.

"Well I too am killing many innocent people for no reason, am I not?", Harry asked.

Pluto stared at Harry blankly, unable to give a counter argument to what Harry had said.

"Am I not killing hundreds of people? Aren't my soldiers massacring a lot of soldiers from other armies? Aren't my subjects murdering hundreds of animals every day for eating?", Harry asked with curiosity.

Harry was just messing with Pluto at this point. He was faking genuineness so that Pluto believed that he was truly confused.

As long as he subtlety acted confused in his mind, Pluto should believe him.

He wanted to see how Pluto would respond.

Pluto stuttered, "Your soldiers are killing other soldiers which is their duty to keep the Lyrians safe.. And as for animals… its pitiful but it's for the greater good and wellbeing of the Lyrians…"

Pluto had an extremely weird expression. It seemed like a mix of every single known expression.

Harry asked while narrowing his eyes, "So my soldiers killing other soldiers is their duty? Then isn't Jack the Ripper killing other people counted as his passion?"

Pluto felt a headache coming up. What the hell?! How can he say that killing people was Jack the Ripper's passion?! That's so messed up! He can't kill people because it's his passion!

Pluto groaned for a bit and said, "Look Harry, soldiers killing people is also wrong. That's why peace is the best option. And also, people aren't allowed to kill others or harm others because they want to!"

Harry smiled and asked, "Then what about me? I'm killing people left and right. Is that good?"

Harry kind of enjoyed making Pluto become flabbergasted. It felt kind of good for him.

Pluto said with slight apprehension, "It's for the greater good."

"What is the greater good exactly? Is it right to ruin a person's life just for the 'greater good'? Is it okay to murder hundreds of animals in brutal methods for the 'greater good'?", Harry questioned.

Pluto felt like crying. What was up with Harry?! Why the hell is he questioning about all this stuff all of a sudden?!

Their conversation was happening through their minds directly, and thus only a few seconds had passed.

The old man stared at the adolescent male blankly. What was happening?

His heart was beating extremely fast when the adolescent man lifted his sword towards his neck.

He knew that death was arriving him, and he closed his eyes hoping that it won't be too painful.

Death felt kind of warm for him now. After living in that black void for years and years after being sealed.... he was used to the darkness.

If what the masked figure had said was false and the gods were good, he would probably not experience that endless void again and live in the heaven.

If what she said was true and the gods were really bad... he would probably reincarnate in some world again. 

The prospect of that didn't seem so bad. A new life... a new family... 

His family died ages ago... he had been completely lonely for years and years. Maybe getting a new family won't be that bad.

He just hoped that he didn't have his memories when he reincarnated. It would be good to have a fresh start without all the dark memories that he had.

All those thoughts passed through his mind as he embraced the prospect of death with peace and calm, instead of fearing and hating it.

He closed his eyes tightly and waited for death.

But... it didn't come. A few seconds passed and the old man opened his eyes only to see that the adolescent male was still looking at him with his sword held in mid air.

The old man blinked his eyes with confusion.

Looking at the adolescent male who was looking at him like he was enchanted, the old man blushed.

[Author sighs and says, "Editor - san, gimme some more ideas... what do I do?! I have got to somehow increase the word count.

Editor puts his chin in his hand and enters deep thinking mode and says, "I have an idea, but isn't increasing the word count like this cheating the readers?"

Author sighs and says, "Of course not. I'll be writing the rewritten version too right? So they'll get double the content if they unlock this one chapter. The first one being the old version one and then the new one with cannibalism and all."

Editor smiles and says, "Well that's more fair I guess. So, maybe you can add a long lengthy authors note that you remove when you write the rewritten version?"

Author smiles guilty, "Yes... that's the only way. I'll definitely remove it afterwards and give them quality stuff... I mean I'm forced to do this now because I have boards, [a very important test in India ] , and have to prepare for it while preparing for the monthly exams they keep... so I'm not really free till June 10th."

Editor whistles, "Damn. That's a long time from now."

"I know, but I have these monthly tests to prepare for, and like boards are considered like a divine test in India. There are students who suicide upon failing them and all.", the author says while sighing.]

Please read the story from the start again. I'm rewriting it. I assure you it'll be good (pats chest). Like I'm including stuff like a secret group of assassins for Harry, and all. I'm also thinking of including a function like scope of personality that will give him powers to examine all his citizens and kill those who are not loyal [Grins evilly and scarily.]

The last time I checked, a piracy website was letting people read my first 59 free chapters, which were of the old version. Yeah also since I rewrote the first fifty nine chapters, you can just read them. If you like that version, then follow it, or just follow this old version. But I have to warn you, in that version, Robinson and Lauren are killed by Harry, three new characters are introduced, and Harry is much, much more scheming.
