I Will Conquer The World!

After killing her by cleanly cutting her head off, Harry let out a long sigh.

Now he had to kill the other person in the cave's core. 'Hu… Such a waste of time. Now I have to kill this other person too!', Harry groaned.

Pluto facepalmed and said, "Just don't kill and go away. Your time will be saved."

Harry shook his head from left to right and remarked, "No! What if he will be a threat to me in the future?"

"Harry…. You don't even know who he is.", Pluto said while groaning.

Harry laughed awkwardly and said, "Yes, that's why I will check him out to see if he is a threat or not."

"That was a lame excuse, Harry.", Pluto said while literally glaring at him.

Harry did not bother about him and went on deeper into the cave. He wondered, how did the system not hear their conversation? He and Pluto talked through his mind, which the system can hear and read right?

So did the system just ignore their conversation, thinking that Pluto was his imaginary friend, or did it ignore their conversation for some other reason?

Harry was getting more and more suspicious that something was wrong with the system. From the past two days or so, he started observing the changes that the system suddenly implemented in its manner of behavior.

He was concerned about it but since it was in his favor; he didn't mind it. Harry would just stay more alert towards the system.

After sorting all these thoughts in his mind while at the same time having the concern that the system and Pluto were listening to his thoughts, Harry stopped thinking about it anymore.

Harry finally reached the core of the cave and looked at the old man who was pacing around the cave in concern.

The old man had just lost the mental link with the masked figure. He was extremely worried. Did she voluntarily cut the link for some godd*mn reason that he couldn't comprehend? Or was she killed?!

The old man was so anxious and concerned that he wanted to slam his head onto the wall, when he felt powerful mana fluctuations occur around him.

He swiftly glanced around him to see a lot of darkness spells surrounding him, ready to swallow him.

He used a light spell, the only one he knew hoping to escape from these powerful darkness spells.

But… he failed.

The darkness spells completely covered his entire body except his head, when he heard the snap sound of two fingers clicking.

The spells stopped covering him, and the old man stared at the adolescent male with wonder. How did he gain such mastery over spells? It's like he's just controlling a blob of mana that listens to all of his orders instead of magic summoned to perform a specific function.

Harry walked towards the man and lifted his sword. His eyes glistened with a deathly light as he looked at the old man in front of him with a soft smile.

"Harry, you know you could've just killed him with the darkness spells and be done with the mess.", Pluto asked with curiosity. Was Harry using the sword because he enjoyed cutting people's heads off, or because he did not know that he could kill with magic spells due to lack of basic common sense? Yeah, it was probably the first reason.

"I'm leaving my mark! I will make cutting heads off my mark like how Jack The Ripper made excessive mutilation of his victims' bodies his mark!", Harry said with a smile.

Pluto felt a shiver go through his spine as he said, "Two things, One, cutting of heads is a common thing here in this world so that won't really be your special sign or anything. Second, WHY THE HELL ARE YOU TAKING INSPIRATION FROM JACK THE RIPPER?!"

The sudden shouting by Pluto slightly surprised Harry and he could only answer him after taking in a deep breath, "One, good point. I have to make something else my sign. Maybe like a 'H' in the head? Two, I mean he never got caught, so..." His words trailed off.

"NO NO NO, the thing I am asking is, why the hell are you taking inspiration from a psychopath who murdered people?!", Pluto asked. He had seen the memories of Harry's previously. He remembered that Jack the Ripper was a rampant serial killer who mainly targeted women and killed them brutally. He had become famous as there were very few cases of recognized serial killers during the 1800s and 1900s. It concerned him that Harry was taking inspiration from a man such as Jack the Ripper.

"Why not? Why shouldn't I take inspiration from him Pluto?", Harry asked with genuine confusion.

JUST REREAD FROM THE START! The story follows a different plotline this time and also has a different pace. SO JUST DO IT! [Shouts and growls madly like a beast]

[Author sighs and says, "Editor - san, gimme some more ideas... what do I do?! I have got to somehow increase the word count.

Editor puts his chin in his hand and enters deep thinking mode and says, "I have an idea, but isn't increasing the word count like this cheating the readers?"

Author sighs and says, "Of course not. I'll be writing the rewritten version too right? So they'll get double the content if they unlock this one chapter. The first one being the old version one and then the new one with cannibalism and all."

Editor smiles and says, "Well that's more fair I guess. So, maybe you can add a long lengthy authors note that you remove when you write the rewritten version?"

Author smiles guilty, "Yes... that's the only way. I'll definitely remove it afterwards and give them quality stuff... I mean I'm forced to do this now because I have boards, [a very important test in India ] , and have to prepare for it while preparing for the monthly exams they keep... so I'm not really free till June 10th."

Editor whistles, "Damn. That's a long time from now."

"I know, but I have these monthly tests to prepare for, and like boards are considered like a divine test in India. There are students who suicide upon failing them and all.", the author says while sighing.]

Please read the story from the start again. I'm rewriting it. I assure you it'll be good (pats chest). Like I'm including stuff like a secret group of assassins for Harry, and all. I'm also thinking of including a function like scope of personality that will give him powers to examine all his citizens and kill those who are not loyal [Grins evilly and scarily.]
