I Want to Die, But I Am Immortal

As soon as Adam entered he saw the leader of The Ghost Group. At that moment he was completely engrossed in the screen. All his attention was on the screen.

Frustration was clearly visible on his face. Then he shouted into his microphone. A microphone was sticking out from the headphone in his ear.

He shouted into it "Where the hell did he go?" Cyan had said this for Adam.

Then as he slammed his hand on his table he realized that someone had entered the room. But he did not look back. He said "Alert all the teams right now. We are moving to another position. Where we think that boy might be."

Adam slowly walked and stood right behind that leader. On that chair. When the leader saw that someone was standing behind him he realized that the man he had given the work to had not done it.

He was about to turn back to scold him. But seeing Adam standing in front of him the ground slipped from under his feet. Cyan was searching for his target all over the city. But he saw Adam standing right behind him.

He could not believe his eyes for a moment. He opened his mouth. He said with great surprise "How are you here?" But before he could complete his sentence Adam brought one of his hands back. He made a fist and punched Cyan in the face.

Because of which Cyan immediately fell from the chair. He rolled on the ground two or three times and hit the wall.

Cyan's head was completely spinning. With just one punch. Adam came in front of Cyan very fast. As soon as Cyan realized that Adam was in front of him again Cyan took out the gun from his pocket. So that he could kill Adam right there.

But before Cyan could take out his gun Adam moved his hand forward. He grabbed Cyan's hand and pulled it outwards. Which was going towards the pocket. And after pulling it he brought his other hand back.

He punched Cyan in the chest. Because of which Cyan's breath stopped for a moment. He was having a very hard time breathing. Because of this attack by Adam.

Then Adam pulled the hand he was holding Cyan with forward. He completely lifted Cyan in his power and threw him forward.

Because of which Cyan who was already not able to breathe spun in the air. He fell on the other side of the room.

On top of those computer screens. The monitors. He hit the other wall. Cyan did not understand anything.

All these things were happening so fast. Everything felt like a complete dream to him. Cyan was thinking in his mind that maybe he had fallen asleep while sitting at the desk. But then why was he in so much pain?

Then Cyan finally started to breathe again. He got up. He was taking deep breaths. Adam came in front of him again.

Cyan immediately took his hand towards his pocket. But he found that the gun that was in his pocket was not in his pocket anymore.

Seeing this Cyan started looking around him. But then Adam moved his hand forward. He made a complete fist and grabbed Cyan's face.

He dragged his whole body and hit him against the wall behind Cyan. Because of which Cyan was in a lot of pain.

Finally Adam's anger was calming down a little. He was very frustrated with this Ghost Group. Not only because they had killed Adam's parents. But also because Cyan had killed Sophia in front of Adam.

Even though Adam had requested Cyan to do so. But still Adam would never forgive Cyan. Adam let out a deep breath.

He sat in front of Cyan. Cyan who was half buried in the wall was breathing heavily. He looked at Adam. And fear was clearly visible in his eyes.

He had done many assassinations till date. But he first got an assassination of a family. From where they did not know much.

But when they The Ghost Group got a commission to kill a family then they came to know that the people whom The Ghost Group had killed were not ordinary people.

The people who had given The Ghost Group the contract to kill them had told them this themselves. Adam looked at Cyan with great anger.

He said "You must have understood now why I am hitting you so much." Cyan was still looking at Adam with fear. He brought a slight smile on his face. So that he would not let his fear show in front of Adam. He said "Because we had killed your parents."

Immediately after Cyan finished his sentence Adam made a fist with his hand. And as soon as Cyan finished his sentence he immediately punched him in the face. Because of which a tooth in Cyan's mouth broke.

It broke and fell out landing on the floor with a small clink. Cyan felt the pain of this punch.

This punch was so hard that his head started to hurt now. A dull throbbing ache began behind his eyes. Then Adam looked at Cyan with great anger.

His eyes were burning with a cold fire. He said "Now tell me quickly why and on whose orders you killed my parents."

After hearing this Cyan looked at Adam again. And this time like Cyan was doing before hiding his fear he could not do that.

The mask of control had shattered. Because he understood that if Adam had come into this room it meant that all the people present in this room and especially in this house were already dead. His entire team was gone.

Thinking this a picture of Monica came to Cyan's mind. Her smiling face. Her teasing voice.

Then Cyan said his own voice raspy and defeated. "Even if I tell you everything you will still kill me. And even if I don't tell you you will still kill me. So it's better that I don't tell you anything. Because for what you have done to my people I can't punish you physically. But at least I can punish you mentally. I can deny you the answers you want."

Hearing this Adam's anger was on the seventh heaven. It was a white-hot rage that consumed him. He immediately grabbed Cyan by the collar. He pulled him out of the wall with a single powerful motion.

He said "Okay it seems I will have to torture you just like I tortured Monica."

As soon as Cyan heard Monica's name from Adam's mouth his eyes widened. A new kind of desperation filled them.

He raised both his hands and tried to grab Adam's throat. But then Adam ducked down. He moved with a speed that was almost inhuman. He grabbed one of Cyan's hands and spun him completely in the air. He slammed him to the ground with a bone-jarring thud.

Adam's this move or action was so fast that Cyan did not even realize what was happening. In one moment Adam was moving forward.

And in the other moment he was lying on the ground his breath knocked out of him. Then Adam grabbed Cyan's collar and lifted him up.

He said in anger "Don't worry just like I haven't killed Monica yet I won't give you such an easy death either."

As soon as Cyan found out that Monica was still alive a ray of hope appeared in his eyes.

He shouted and said "Listen boy Adam that's your name right?" There was pain in his body which was visible in his voice.

He was struggling to speak.

Then Cyan spoke again. "I am ready to tell you everything. In return you can take my life. I don't care about that. But I have only one request from you. That I want you to fulfill it."

Hearing this Adam was very surprised. He had not expected this. He had not thought about this situation.

But still when he listened to Cyan's words carefully he understood that Cyan was ready to tell him everything.

And that was a bigger priority for Adam right now. But Adam also had to take his revenge. He couldn't just let it go.

Then Adam took a deep breath. He let go of Cyan and stood back. He said in a very calm voice "Tell me."

Then Cyan sat on the ground. He was leaning against the wall. Blood was starting to come out from under him now. From the wounds he had sustained. Cyan looked at Adam.

He said "You will take her with you. You will have to leave her alive. She is not at fault in this. She is my sister. She has no other place to go. I have many enemies. It is my compulsion that I keep her with me. To protect her."

As soon as Adam heard these words from Cyan he was very surprised. Because there were tears in Cyan's eyes now. And he looked very emotional. He looked like a desperate brother not a cold-blooded killer.

Then Adam remembered the previous loop.

Where Cyan had killed him and Sophia without torturing them on his one request. He had shown a flicker of mercy.

Thinking this Adam closed his eyes. He let out a deep breath and said "I can't make you any promises. But I will decide when you tell me the whole truth."
