Hiruzen persuaded me to die

Chapter 117: Chapter 115: Hiruzen Emerges – The Storm is Far from Over!

The massive body of the Three Tails slammed into the side of a mountain, instantly collapsing it under its weight. The entire island trembled with the force of the impact—an earthquake born not of nature, but of two titanic forces clashing.

Mist Shinobi stationed along the shoreline struggled to remain standing, the ground beneath them quaking with unnatural intensity.

Just maintaining balance was difficult—resistance was out of the question.

If this island weren't tens of kilometers wide, they might have already been forced into the ocean to avoid being swallowed whole by the devastation.

"Are these monsters really even human…?"Ghost Lantern Yagura muttered, pale-faced. Once hailed as the prodigy of the Mist Village, he now felt no stronger than a babe in the arms of a god.

"They're going to sink the island if this keeps up…"Zabuza Momochi narrowed his eyes, scanning the scene. His usually ferocious expression was now dark and tight with anxiety. He was already thinking of retreat—of abandoning the island entirely.

"I'm jealous of Konoha… at least their forces are safely airborne."Terumi Mei's voice was both bitter and awestruck as she glanced at the massive eagle formed from Super Beast Imitating Drawing. The Konoha shinobi had the luxury of aerial safety; the Mist shinobi were forced to endure the wrath of the battlefield from solid ground.

"We were wrong to distrust Konoha. Fourth Mizukage was clearly under Genjutsu."Ao clenched his fists, his Byakugan eye twitching with frustration.

He'd seen the telltale signs in the Sharingan-controlled Three Tails—it confirmed it all. Yagura's erratic behavior these past years made sense now. That masked man… he had been manipulating them from the shadows all along.

Inside Kamui Space

Obito's right eye spun with a furious tremble. The triple tomoe in his Mangekyō flickered, locked on the still form of the Three Tails.

"It's over. It can't move."His voice was low with regret.

Despite still having control over the tailed beast via Sharingan, its body was too broken to respond. It wasn't resisting—it was defeated.

"Let him enjoy his little triumph,"Sarutobi Hiruzen muttered darkly behind him."Let him burn his chakra down… once his strength fades, I'll step in myself."

His words carried venom.Even if it cost him his life—even if it meant performing the Reaper Death Seal—he would see Hyuga Naraku punished.

"Naraku must pay for everything."

Back on the Island

Hyuga Naraku stood at the edge of the massive crater that had once held ALFY's grand Buddha. The battlefield lay in ruins, the air thick with smoke and chakra residue.

The battered remnants of ALFY's wooden Buddha—once over 300 meters tall—were scattered across the jungle, mangled arms protruding like broken bones from the earth.

Yet ALFY himself stood atop the ruined statue, breathing heavily, arms spread.

"Hah… close one! That almost did me in…"

He looked up—only to find the thousand-armed Senju Buddha still towering in the clouds, with more than half its arms untouched.

"You fool," ALFY grinned with forced bravado."Don't you know Impure World Reincarnation gives me infinite chakra?"

Drawing power from the reanimated Hashirama, ALFY clapped his hands together. With a surge of Wood Style chakra, his destroyed Buddha began regenerating rapidly.

One arm after another sprouted anew.

"Come on, let's go again!"He threw Naraku's earlier words right back at him, full of defiance.

As long as he could keep regenerating, Naraku would eventually burn out. That was ALFY's plan—death by attrition.

But Hyuga Naraku only smirked.

"Did you really think I was using my full power earlier?"

Then, without another word, every one of the Senju Buddha's arms moved.

All at once.

The sound was cataclysmic.

Thousands of arms thundered down in a coordinated barrage. ALFY's confident smirk vanished as he attempted to shield himself again, using the arms of his own statue for defense.

But this time, it didn't matter.

The arms of Naraku's Buddha were different—faster, heavier, unrelenting.

His defense shattered like dry wood.

ALFY didn't even have time to scream before he was swallowed whole by the onslaught.

BOOM. BOOM. BOOM.

The battlefield cracked under the impact.

The ground beneath ALFY's statue collapsed entirely, forming a massive crater.

It was as though the island had been struck by a meteor shower.

Dust and debris mushroomed into the sky.

When the bombardment finally ended, the once-colossal wooden statue had been reduced to nothing but a mangled pile of debris.

Slowly, bits of paper and white pulp gathered from the wreckage—reforming, regenerating.

Soon, Hashirama's body appeared again—Impure World Reincarnation at work.

Beside him, small white fragments slowly fused together into the humanoid shape of ALFY once more.

"He's still alive? What the hell is this thing…?"Naraku narrowed his eyes at the reforming ALFY.

Before he could reattach to Hashirama again, Naraku extended a hand.

Tenseigan Gravitational Pull—

White Zetsu ALFY froze mid-step, dragged through the air like a doll.

"Damn you! Let go of me!"He flailed, kicking and screaming.

Naraku studied the odd creature with mild curiosity. It was unlike any typical White Zetsu.

"Let's see if you can survive being sealed."

He pulled out a sealing scroll and forced the struggling ALFY inside.

Pop—!Gone.

Sealed.Still or dead—he wasn't sure.

But better secured than free.

"What the hell are you…"Naraku muttered under his breath.

System Notification Appeared

[Wood Style mastery complete.][Water Style chakra increased: +2000][Earth Style chakra increased: +2000][Defeated: White Zetsu ALFY — +650 points][Defeated: Impure World Senju Hashirama — +5000 points]

Naraku's Tenseigan pulsed as he absorbed the gains. He nodded with satisfaction.

"So this is the reward for mastering true Wood Style."

When he had trained with Kurenai Yuhi in Genjutsu, the reward had only been a few hundred points.

But this?

Wood Style mastery brought thousands.

And defeating Hashirama—even in a weakened Edo Tensei form—yielded five thousand points alone. Nearly double the Fourth Raikage or Killer Bee.

"Hashirama really was a monster… even like this."

He could only imagine the rewards if he had faced and defeated the real First Hokage at his peak—perhaps 10,000 points or more.

Suddenly, space twisted behind him.

Naraku turned sharply, sensing an all-too-familiar chakra presence.

Sarutobi Hiruzen…

The Third Hokage had finally left Kamui space.

Naraku launched forward—but before he could reach him, a figure clad in deep blue armor appeared, blocking his path.

"Senju Tobirama…"

Second Hokage.

Sarutobi Hiruzen had summoned yet another Kage from the dead.

Naraku sneered.

"Hiruzen… what a fine student you were."

Once again, Konoha's legacy was being twisted by the very man who was supposed to protect it.

And this time, Naraku would bring it all to an end.
