Highschool DxD: The Fanon Maker

[3rd POV]

Watching the two teens walk in, Morgan glanced over them. She could tell that they were quite weak at the moment, disappointingly so, with each of them being only middle class in power, with Xenovia being at the peak of Middle class, but that was it. Without Durandal and the Excalibur fragment, she was quite confident that they would be even weaker.

It was disappointing to see, but not at all surprising. They were basically the usual exorcists with good training, nothing all that impressive besides the swords that they wield, and the potential for growth that they possess. It was a huge waste of what they could become, especially if they learned to utilize something like touki, which would massively strengthen the church, but go figure, they refused to use something that was primarily used by the yokai.

Had they used touki, they would likely be more of a powerhouse, but they refused to, so they were pretty much entirely reliant on the angels of Heaven, were corrupt beyond belief, and were quite weak. With only a handful of members of the Church being over ultimate class in power. People like Vasco Strada and Dulio were...not exactly common.

"So you're Morgan Zagan?" Xenovia spoke first, as she sat across from Morgan, who was sitting next to Rias as they both looked over the two.

"I am, why?" Morgan asked, as she looked the girl in the eye, she could practically feel the arrogance coming from her, the level of arrogance that brought forth a lot of ignorance as well.

"You are not nearly as intimidating or powerful as I've been told" Xenovia said simply, as Irina looked to her friend with wide eyes.

"Xenovia!"

"What? It's true. She looks weaker than me" Xenovia replied bluntly, as Morgan looked at Xenovia with a raised eyebrow, amusement swirling about in her eyes. The fact that a girl who could be crushed by literally any member of her peerage, even the weakest members, Raynare - who had recently hit High Class in power - and Asia - who had also gotten to High class - could defeat with little difficulty.

"For someone who comes to the territory in which you wish to work in, you are acting like quite the arrogant brat, you know that, right? Why should you be allowed here when you are acting in such a manner?" Rias said with a scowl, not appreciating the fact that she was not only being ignored, but her fiance was also being insulted. A fiance that she loved very very much, mind you.

Rias could single handedly wipe both of them out with a singular movement. So the fact that they were ignoring her was a huge insult, especially considering she was one of the two major leaders of the town, and was also an ultimate class being. And that was without talking about the fact that she was the heiress of the Gremory clan. Making her an incredibly powerful and influential person, and considering she was to be married to Morgan, even more so.

"You-you do know who we represent, correct?!" Xenovia said with a dark scowl, as Rias snorted.

"And you do know who I am, right? Who Morgan is? You understand that you are here only because WE have allowed for it. You are acting so arrogant, when you are here to ask of US something. Why should I even bother listening to you anymore?" Rias said with a scowl, flaring her aura slightly as the room shook, a dark crimson red aura flooring from her, only for it to dissipate as Morgan gave her a pat on her knee and a calming look.

"Calm yourself love. She's obviously an arrogant little thing that doesn't truly understand what the position she is in entails, and why what she's doing is a horrible way to get whatever it is that she wants" Morgan said, as while she was annoyed as hell with the girl, she knew that she was only like this due to the way she was raised.

"Fine fine. But she needs to learn some damn respect, otherwise this'll go nowhere" Rias said, as they both looked back to Xenovia, who was scowling, while Irina looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there, that was until she glanced to the side, her eyes widening upon noticing Issei who had been silent the entire time.

"I-Is that you Issei?" Irina said with wide eyes, as Issei grinned to her best friend from years ago.

"Hey Irina. It's been awhile, hasn't it? Nearly 9 years, right?" Issei asked, as Irina nodded, looking over her with wide eyes.

"Wha-what happened to you?" Irina asked, as Xenovia glanced between the two with a frown.

"My king happened. She saved me after my parents died, brought me into her home, and of course, she showed me the glory of her oppai!" Issei yelled, a perverted grin on her face as she remembered the night a few days ago, which included a lot of playing with Morgan's breasts, and Morgan playing with her in return.

Rias blushed brightly at these words, and couldn't help but glance at Morgan's slight cleavage, all sorts of naughty thoughts coming to her mind. But that was for later, for now, they needed to focus on what was happening right now.

"I-I'm sorry about your parents, when I heard I wanted nothing more than to come back, but my dad wouldn't let me" Irina said, looking genuinely bad for not coming back, causing Issei to shake her head.

"Nah it's fine. I got over it a long time ago and moved on. You were a kid when it happened anyways, and your dad was an exorcist, not surprising he wouldn't let you leave back to a small town like Kuoh just to see little ole me" Issei replied with a shrug, as Irina wanted to refute that, but...she couldn't. It was true that her father didn't really care about their deaths, sure he felt bad for Issei, but it mattered little in comparison to his daughter becoming an exorcist like him.

He was also a part of Cleria Belial's death, so Morgan knew that eventually she'd have to get Diehauser involved once the man appeared again.

"Can we get back to what is important now? We are here in order to find and investigate the fallen angel known as Kokabiel, who is believed to house several Excalibur fragments. It is our duty to hunt down the foul fallen, and bring him to justice for his crimes. We will remain in the city until this task is completed, and none of you are to interfere in our work" Xenovia explained, as Rias couldn't help but raise an eyebrow.

"You want to find and hunt an experienced fallen angel general who had fought in the Great War thousands of years ago? You? Two teenagers with no power besides the swords that you have on your backs? You do realize that Kokabiel is an ultimate class being, right? Even with those swords you'd do nothing to the man. If he was a Devil I would understand, but he is not, so those little holy swords will do little to him. And if he has Excalibur fragments like you believe, that makes him even more powerful and dangerous" Rias replied with a deadpan, being very blunt about her assessment of the situation.

Really neither of them had absolutely no chance of even harming the man, even with the swords. It would take far more than that, and they didn't have anything other than the swords.

"We will do our duty, and we will defeat him. God is on our side, that much we are certain of" Xenovia said in response, as the entire group of people all looked at her and all realized...

'...She's an idiot'

"You mean to tell me that just because the man you follow is on your side, you are going to be able to defeat an ultimate class being that can level the entire town? Are you stupid?" Issei couldn't help but say on the side, looking at Xenovia like she was...well, not all there in the head.

"Yes, because God is absolute, and he will aid us" Xenovia replied bluntly, with Asia silently listening, cringing slightly at their words. She still believed in God and followed him, but the way they were using him was...a little much, even to a hardcore believer like her.

And it seemed that her presence in the room didn't stay out of sight for too long, as Xenovia glanced at her, before frowning.

"You-You're that excommunicated witch aren't you? Asia Argento? The disgraced scum that had healed a devil. Perhaps we should wipe you from the planet before finding Kokabiel" Xenovia said with a frown, preparing to pull her blade, only to freeze as Morgan scowled, a fraction of her killing intent flaring towards Xenovia who froze, her instincts screaming in fear as Morgan glared at her.

"I allowed you to speak up until now, because it was the words of an ignorant brat who knows little of the actual world. But threatening one of those under my personal protection is going far past my limits. If you continue to act in such a manner while in this room, asking US for something, you will regret it, and trust me, it will not be a fun experience" Morgan said darkly, growing increasingly irritated with the words of the arrogant brat in front of her.

She was beginning to realize that it was more than just some awful teaching, it was literally hard engrained into her. Probably not by Griselda, but by some arrogant Church member that seemed to believe that they were untouchable, that they couldn't be wiped out like a bunch of bugs because they grew too annoying, and too arrogant.

Xenovia looked down, sweat trickling down her forehead as fear began to reign in her heart. The sensation of Morgan's killing intent weighing down upon her figure. She had never felt something like that before, not by a being of Morgan's power. She had felt it from Griselda during her training, but Griselda was Ultimate class power at BEST, while Morgan was reaching the tier of Super Class when going all out.

And now she was being glared at by that same woman.

"Do you understand me?" Morgan asked, as Xenovia nodded slowly, causing Morgan to sigh, her killing intent disappearing in a single moment.

"Good. Now let's actually talk like proper civilized people, okay? First of all, you cannot defeat Kokabiel on your own, that is a simple and irrefutable fact. You would get turned into blood paste on the ground in a single moment. You need our help, and since I live within this town, I will help you in that regard. You can take all the credit or whatever, but I will be dealing with Kokabiel, so that we can guaranteed have the man dead and dusted for good" Morgan said, as Xenovia looked like she wanted to complain, but upon seeing the look from Irina she just nodded slowly.

"Now, I've got some information on the man. I know for a fact that he has a small group of rogue fallen angels, exorcists, and perhaps other rogue members of various factions. He is likely gearing up in order to attack Rias and the rest of us. As with the death of my adorable fiance, a new Great War would start. One that would likely end far worse than the first. All we need to do is take out the smaller members of this little group of his, and I can personally take care of Kokabiel myself, understood?" Morgan said, as the two of them nodded slowly in agreement, understanding that they really didn't have the right to argue in this situation, nor would they.

"Excellent. Now, we'll be preparing here, in the school. I expect him to attack in the coming days, and during those days, I will allow for you to stay in one of my guest homes in my property. But should you cause even so much as a fuss, I will have you kicked out and you will be heading back home with some bruises to accompany your failure" Morgan continued, the two of them nodding again, not even being able to speak in this situation.

Seeing this, Morgan smiled.

"Great! Now, let's talk more about Kokabiel, shall we?" Morgan said, as at the same time, she had one thought on her mind.

'...Satan that was annoying'
