Greatest Legacy of the Magus Universe

Chapter 804: Unstoppable Momentum

The ground trembled violently from Adam's attack. The Joker, standing in the distance, holding Valerian in his arms and observing the youth's battle, was slightly surprised.

Adam's attack had created a massive trench at least a mile long and half a mile deep!

"What a fascinating mana combat technique," the Joker marveled.

His eyes squinted, and he muttered under his breath, "If I'm not mistaken, then that technique incorporates the element of… space!"

The Joker couldn't help but wonder, Just where did he get his hands on such a profound technique?

It must be an inheritance, but what kind of Magus would leave behind such a valuable inheritance? In such a backward planet, no less!

Yes, that Magus has to be from another world.

No wonder the lad knows so much about the Selene and Luna, the planetary alignment, and even the Greater Universe.

He has definitely learned about them from the inheritance he found. Hmm, however, his knowledge is not comprehensive.

The Joker was the spirit born from the secret plane. Moreover, he also contained all the memories of Mathias the Free.

As such, he was knowledgeable enough to tell that the Astral Tyrant Manual was a highly valuable technique.

Perhaps… this technique is more valuable than any technique Master left behind!

He was shocked by his own thoughts. He harrumphed arrogantly and proclaimed, "Hmph! Still not as valuable as the ultimate reward left behind by Master!"

Reaffirming his statement, he burst into laughter, "Fafafafa!"

Seeing the clown talk to himself and then laughing like a madman, Valeiran's whiskers twitched incessantly.

What a crazy man! Thought the young dragon innocently.

At Adam's battlefield, the youth's expression revealed disbelief when he witnessed the aftermath of his attack.

The attack had created a massive trench, its depths were covered in darkness, and he couldn't see just how far it went.

Adam looked forward and saw that the trench was at least a mile long!

A bead of sweat trickled down the side of his forehead, and he thought to himself, Thank goodness I didn't use this technique in Blackshore.

Or who knows how many of my allies would have become collateral damage!

Still, a smirk found its way to his lips. The World Divider technique was truly a devastating attack.

The original technique required him to thrust his palm in a single direction. However, Adam had instead adapted the technique and vertically swiped his staff, bringing about almost the same result.

He didn't know how this staff technique compared to the original palm technique. After all, he hadn't used this technique before.

But what got him even more excited was that the World Divider was actually a secondary technique born from one of the main techniques of the Hand of Doom.

It was called… the World Sundering Palm!

If a secondary technique was already this powerful, Adam couldn't wait to find out just how devastating the primary technique was.

The earth golem in front of him was utterly destroyed by his staff technique. It was right in the face of his technique, after all, and he had no time to evade.

All that remained of the golem were pieces of rock. Additionally, there was the core!

Adam's eyes narrowed, and he immediately jumped in the air and grabbed the sphere. Without hesitating for a moment longer, he put away the core inside his earrings.

If he left it out in the open for long, then the golem would be able to regenerate by drawing in the earth around him.

For the core to remain unaffected in the face of my attack…

Adam fell into deep thought, I wonder what material it's made of.

Soon, he grinned from ear to ear.

Well, whatever! It's mine now.

He landed on the ground, right beside the trench he had created, and glanced at the remaining three golems with a predatory gaze.

If I can have all of them fight for me…

Once that idea took hold, it refused to leave! Having four earth golems with strength equivalent to Mana Vortex Magi would boost his arsenal significantly!

Especially considering the big battle that would take place between the Twilight Brotherhood and the Cult of Bones, he would need all the help he could get.

He swung his staff and then pointed at the remaining golems. "It is decided," he declared with a grin. "All of you belong to me!"

The response he got was the golems simultaneously attacking him.

Before these towering figures, he looked nothing more than an ant. Yet, despite being outnumbered, his courage never wavered.

He effortlessly evaded a golem's punch, which left a large crater on the ground, sending dust and debris flying everywhere. The youth gracefully landed on the golem's rocky hands and then dashed towards its face.

His eyes flashed with a vicious light as he coated the tip of his staff with mana. His momentum was unstoppable, and his aura was tyrannical.

The golem tried to attack him several times, but Adam effortlessly evaded all attacks. His movements were fast, even without the support of spells.

Finally, he arrived at the base of the golem's neck. Then… he jumped!

The golem delivered a back-hand attack, planning to take down Adam in mid-air. In the blink of an eye, the rocky hand had already appeared before Adam, and then… it hit him.

But a moment later, the golem's hand passed straight through Adam as his body dissipated into wisps of smoke!

An Illusion!

The real Adam had always been concealed at the base of the golem's neck. In that short amount of time, he had already gotten into the proper stance and was now ready to deliver his attack.

He struck the face of the golem with his staff while at the same time making sure to rotate it to create a deep penetrative force.

Finally, the attack connected.

Staff of Doom: One Hit!

In one swift strike, Adam had destroyed the golem's head into smithereens.

However, he was not done yet. He could already see the golem gathering the earth and rocks around it to regenerate its head.

As long as the golem's core was active, it would be indestructible.

Adam stood in the area where the golem's head used to be. Then, he drew a large amount of mana into his free hand before striking with a powerful palm thrust.

Hand of Doom: Spectral Palm Strike!

The golem's towering body was instantly reduced to rubble. Moreover, the force from Adam's palm strike even caused the ground underneath to crack open!

Adam landed on the ground, and his gaze was immediately drawn to the golem core beside him.

With a flick of his hand, he cast Magus Hand and drew the core to his hand before storing it away inside his earrings.

He turned towards the remaining two golems and flashed a grin. He then coated his staff with mana and dashed towards them!
