Global Awakening: Apocalypse Ender's Chronicle

Chapter 673: Blueprint

"Now… This is something…" Shane muttered to himself as he saw notifications.

His gaze focused on the new prize among them. It was the blueprint of a stronghold. This blueprint had never appeared before.

[ New Mega Structure Blueprint Acquired: Omega Stronghold ]

[ You may now access: Omega Stronghold – Mega Structure System Interface. ]

With a flick of his hand, Shane selected the blueprint from his inventory.

The moment he took it out, what he obtained was a blue crystal instead.

It wasn't a scroll or parchment containing diagrams or drawings of the megastructure…

'Alright… How to use this?' Shane thought to himself.

Then, suddenly, an enormous translucent interface unfolded before him.

It also contained a projection of a schematic diagram of the structure. Shane could see various mechanical lines and structural symbols that he could barely understand.

Then, at the center was a towering fortress that looked like a hybrid of a sci-fi citadel and a post-apocalypse shelter.

[ Omega Stronghold – Mega Structure Blueprint Unlocked! ]

[ Description: A legendary-tier, large-scale stronghold recovered from the archives of a Pre-Awakening civilization and enhanced by Apocalyptic AI constructs. Built to function as a central power hub, strategic command fortress, and ultimate defensive stronghold for any Clan or Shelter. ]

[ Six Stronghold Features Unlocked:

[ 1. Godsteel Ramparts: The outer walls of the Omega Stronghold are constructed using Godsteel-Alloy and Mana-Bonded Reinforcement Runes. These walls regenerate slowly over time and are immune to corruption-based erosion.

Base Durability: 1,500,000 HP per Wall Segment

Bonus: +100% resistance against Explosive, Bio-Corrosive, and Mystical attacks.

Effect: Unlocks "Rally Shield Dome" – a once-per-day ability that projects a temporary invincible barrier over all allied units inside the Stronghold for 20 seconds. ]

Shane's eyes widened.

"A shield dome for the entire base? That's like… a god-tier panic button…" Shane muttered, already imagining how it could counter Zombie Lords or even any war during crucial situations...

[ 2. Omega Command Node: A central command room with battlefield synchronization tech. Allows the Clan Leader to issue synchronized tactical orders to units across all linked shelters within a 10 km radius.

Feature: Real-time battle feed, enemy tagging, and auto-fortification directives.

Bonus: Grants +25% command effectiveness to all orders.

Effect: Unlocks "Tactical Override" – once per hour, forces all allied and controlled defenders to use defensive skills at no cost. ]

"Omega Command, huh… " Shane let out a low whistle as he saw this feature…

"This is quite good… But I wonder how the command effectiveness works..."

Well, he could only imagine that his words would become the most important thing to everyone with this ability.

Indeed, it felt more like a brainwashing ability for him, but in the end, he didn't mind it at all since it would only help the shelter during such situations.

Anyway, it didn't end there as he looked at the third and fourth features.

[ 3. Auto-Forge and Repair Bay: A facility that automatically maintains weapons, armor, and constructs within the base. Can dismantle broken equipment to recover upgrade materials.

Daily Output: Repairs up to 50 damaged items and auto-enhances 5 selected pieces by 1 tier ( max Epic ).

Bonus: Reduces Upgrade Crystal usage cost by 40%.

Effect: Unlocks "Blacksmith Memory Core" – lets the Stronghold Leader record a custom weapon blueprint to auto-craft when resources are sufficient. ]

[ 4. Omega Mind Tower: A psychic resonance tower that enhances mental focus, morale, and intelligence-based skills.

Passive Effect: Boosts Spirit and Intelligence of all units within range by 20 points.

Feature: Can be tuned to different modes—[ Combat Focus ], [ Research Boost ], or [ Calm of Mind ].

Effect: Unlocks "Mass Meditation Protocol" – once per day, instantly restores 500 Spirit Points to all units and removes fear-based debuffs. ]

"These things are simply too good…" Shane was shocked as he saw the Auto-Forge and Repair Bay…

"No more waiting on blacksmiths or crafters to upgrade gear. This thing… It's practically a divine factory." Shane grinned, already thinking of standardizing weapons for elite survivors.

Furthermore, the fact that it could help them decrease the usage of Item Upgrade Crystals made Shane happy. Although it could only accommodate 50 damaged items per day, it would still be a huge help for him and the other shelters.

On the other hand, the Omega Mind Tower made him pause for a moment. Its potential was immense.

"So this boosts Spirit… and can recover SP for the entire base once per day? That's perfect for mages, healers… or just everyone!"

The three modes were quite useful for the researcher or alchemists of the shelter. However, the Mass Meditation Protocol was even more special since it could save them a lot of Spirit Recovery Pills or Potions as long as they all had a fixed time to trigger it.

After all, 500 Spirit Points were still a lot, especially for lower-level Survivors.

Nonetheless, Shane soon focused on the last two features of the megastructure that he might be able to build someday.

[ 5. Genesis Archives: A chamber containing fragments of Pre-Awakening knowledge. Grants access to rare skills and lost technologies.

It contains:

Skill Synthesis Engine: Combines two or more known skills to produce unique Fusion Skills. Limit: 30 uses per day.

Bonus: Grants an additional 20% Success Chance when using Item Upgrade Crystals, Skill Synthesis Engine, and Evolution Stone. ]

Shane's jaw dropped the moment the words "Skill Synthesis Engine" appeared.

With this structure, there would no longer be a need for Skill Fusion Talisman! Although it had limited use, Shane didn't mind it at all since a Survivor probably just needed to use it twice or thrice. After all, they weren't like him, who could easily loot a Skill because of his Talent.

"I'm quite excited for this one." Shane muttered that it would be a huge help for all the Survivors in all shelters.

Perhaps, if they were no longer using this engine that much, they could even promote it to other Survivors and have them pay a certain fee to use it.

There would be a lot of potential for this feature!

"This is great…" Shane let out a laugh as he was amused and impressed by this unexpected feature…
