FROST FOREST

Chapter 7: 6 ~ First Training Mission

"Girls, gather around," Mr. Qi said, his voice low and mysterious.

The four girls exchanged nervous glances before gathering around Mr. Qi. He was standing in the center of the training room, his eyes scanning the group.

"As you know, your training has been going well," Mr. Qi said, his voice firm. "But I think it's time for you to take it to the next level."

Luna, Lexi, Ari, and Chloe exchanged excited glances. They had been waiting for this moment for months.

"What do you mean, Master?" Luna asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Mr. Qi smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "I mean that it's time for you to learn how to work together as a team, but ....before that, Am going to take you guys to your new training center where although you we'll be training together, I have some friends who'll help me teach you a skill. I mean to say you'll choose a skill and you'll be trained specifically for that but for now I'll keep that aside" he said.

The girls looked at each other with excitement and nervousness. As they were looking at each other, Mr Qi's voice cut through their thoughts.

"You've been training individually for months now, but it's time for you to learn how to rely on each other."

The four girls nodded eagerly, their hearts racing with excitement.

"Here's what's going to happen," Mr. Qi said, his voice firm. "I'm going to pair you up in teams of two, and you're going to have to work together to complete a series of challenges."

Luna, Lexi, Ari, and Chloe exchanged nervous glances. They had never worked together as a team before and even though they were the best of friends, in training they were graded individually and so they weren't sure what to expect.

"Don't worry, girls," Mr. Qi said, his voice reassuring. "You'll be fine. Just remember to communicate with each other and trust each other."

"Alright, let's get started," Mr. Qi said, his voice firm. "Luna and Lexi, you're team one. Ari and Chloe, you're team two."

The four girls nodded, their eyes locked on each other.

"Your first challenge is to navigate through the obstacle course," Mr. Qi said, his voice firm. The obstacle course was an abandoned training camp with series of traps. The traps weren't dangerous as it had red and blue paints. Once you're hit once, you go out and leave your teamate to complete the mission.

The mission is simple, don't get hit and bring back the hidden box. It showed clearly with on the map but they knew that it wasn't going to be easy as they're were so many obstacles. At the age of twelve Mr Qi looked at their confidence, and something passed through his eyes. Pride.

"You'll have to work together to get through it."

Luna and Lexi exchanged a nervous glance before nodding. They knew that they had to work together if they were going to succeed.

Ari and Chloe, on the other hand, were already strategizing. They were talking in hushed tones, their eyes locked on the obstacle course.

"Alright, let's get started," Mr. Qi said, his voice firm.

The four girls nodded, their hearts pounding with excitement. They knew that this was just the beginning of their journey, and they were ready to face whatever challenges came their way.

As they navigated through the obstacle course, Luna and Lexi quickly realized that they had to rely on each other if they were going to succeed. They were communicating with each other, trusting each other to get through the course.

Ari and Chloe, on the other hand, were having a harder time. They were arguing with each other, their frustration growing with each passing minute as they had opposing ideas.

But despite their differences, the two teams were determined to succeed. They were working together, relying on each other to get through the course.

As they neared the end of the obstacle course, Luna and Lexi were in the lead. They were working seamlessly together, their movements fluid and synchronized.

Ari and Chloe, on the other hand, were struggling. They were still arguing with each other, their frustration growing with each passing minute.

But just as it seemed like Luna and Lexi were going to win, Ari and Chloe suddenly came together when Ari made an agreement plan with her. If they were to lose under Ari's methods, they were going to use Chloe's method next. Then there came the change.

They started communicating with each other, trusting each other to get through the course and in a stunning upset, Ari and Chloe crossed the finish line first. Luna and Lexi were close behind, but Ari and Chloe had managed to pull off a miraculous comeback.

As they caught their breath, the four girls grinned at each other. They had learned a valuable lesson about teamwork and communication, and they knew that they would be able to overcome any obstacle as long as they worked together.

Mr. Qi smiled, his eyes twinkling with pride. "Well done, girls," he said. "You've learned a valuable lesson about teamwork and communication."

The four girls nodded, their hearts still pounding with excitement.

"But this is just the beginning," Mr. Qi said, his voice firm. "You'll be facing many more challenges in the days to come."

The four girls exchanged a nervous glance. They knew that they would be facing many more challenges, but they were ready. They were a team, and they knew that they could overcome anything as long as they worked together.

As they walked away from the obstacle course, Luna turned to look at Lexi who seemed to understand what her look meant.

" You did well but..." Mr Qi's voice sounded in front of them.

" But?" Ari asked a little bit confused.

" The two of you had no team work and that's not how it works. If you really want to win, you got to have a good understanding with your teammate and that's going to give you an unformidable strenght or else you may loose each other" Mr Qi added while looking at Chloe and Ari.
