Chapter 1: Chapter 1 — The Man Who Fell into the Story
The sun was just starting to rise over the trees of Fiore. Its light was golden and soft, spilling through the leaves and hitting the grass and rivers and stuff. The forest was really quiet, like it hadn't woken up yet. Birds chirped a little here and there, and the air smelled like pine and wet soil. Everything was peaceful. Calm. Nothing was supposed to happen yet.
But then the sky cracked open.
A glowing line appeared out of nowhere—like someone sliced reality with a knife—right above a small clearing deep in the forest near Hargeon. The air rippled like water, shimmering weirdly, and then he appeared. Not falling or crashing. He just… stepped out, like the ground had been waiting for him. Like gravity didn't apply.
The figure stood tall, brushing off the front of his long midnight-blue coat, which had strange white markings sewn on the sleeves. His silver hair moved a little in the wind, kind of messy but cool-looking. He wore black sunglasses even though the sun had barely risen. His eyes, hidden behind the shades, were a strange color—lavender, almost glowing.
The sky behind him sealed up again, quiet and smooth. Like it had never opened.
"Well," he said, even though no one was there, "this feels... different."
His name—at least the one he chose for this world—was Shinra Satoru. It wasn't his real name. That was from another life, but names didn't matter much anymore. What mattered was what he knew. And who he was now.
A smile crept onto his face as he felt something in the air. Magic. Real magic. Thick and strong, coming from the ground and the trees and everything around him. He could feel the leylines, the spells hidden in nature, the ancient power that this world was built on. It made his whole body tingle.
"Fairy Tail," he whispered. His eyes narrowed slightly behind his shades. "A day before the story starts. I'm right on time."
He remembered it all. The canon. Natsu meeting Lucy. The guild fights. The Tower of Heaven. Tenrou Island. The Grand Magic Games. Tartarus. Zeref. Acnologia.
This time, he wasn't watching from a screen.
This time, he was inside the story.

A Few Hours Later...
Shinra sat on a big rock next to a river. His legs were crossed, and his coat was open now, showing a loose black shirt and white pants. On the back of his gloves, a silver infinity symbol glowed faintly. His blindfold was gone for now. He didn't need to hide—yet.
He had been testing this world's rules for the past few hours. Trying to understand how his cursed energy interacted with the magic here. It wasn't the same as back in his world. Not exactly. But close enough. With some adjusting, he had already made it work.
His Six Eyes were fine. Infinity? Still perfect. He had tried a low-level Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue on a falling tree and instead of stopping, the tree just collapsed into itself and disappeared. It was kind of creepy, honestly. Magic and cursed energy mixed weirdly here, and he wasn't sure what the limits were.
But he did know one thing—he might actually be even stronger than he thought.
Still, strength wasn't everything. Not in this world. This was a world about people. About friendships, guilds, love, family, pain, laughter. That stuff.
And somewhere out there… they were real now.
Erza Scarlet. Mirajane Strauss.
He had seen them in anime, read their stories, cried during their arcs.
Now? He was going to meet them. Not as a fan. But as himself.
He leaned back on his hands and looked up at the sky.
"Let's do this right," he said with a smirk.

That Evening — Just Outside Magnolia...
The dirt road leading to Magnolia was quiet. Lanterns were hanging from trees, swinging gently in the breeze and casting a soft orange glow. Shinra walked slowly. He didn't want to rush. This was the moment he had dreamed about for so long.
A few people passed him on the road. Some stared at him. Some just gave polite nods. He nodded back, not really caring how much he stood out. That was fine.
He crested a hill—and there it was.
Magnolia.
The city. The place where it all begins.
He stood there for a while, just taking it in. The rooftops. The smoke curling from chimneys. The faint sound of music and laughter from faraway taverns. The smell of bread baking and stew cooking. Somewhere in that town was the Fairy Tail guildhall.
The most chaotic, amazing, love-filled place in the whole story.
He smiled quietly to himself.
"Finally here," he said.
He didn't move yet. Just stood there, staring.
Tomorrow was when the story really began.
But tonight… he just wanted to breathe it all in.
