DXD: Queen of Angels

As they part ways, Serafall waves energetically."Let's meet again, Divine Cosplay Queen! And next time, I'm dressing you as a magical girl!".

Celestia watches her go, a soft smile on her lips."Such a peculiar devil. But delightful."

Change of pov Celestia 

'That was fun but I really need to finish my project then I need to revamp heaven" I sign at all the work I would have to do.

Feeling lazy I just teleport myself and my motorcycle to heaven not caring about the people watching me.

As soon I was in heaven Michael was right in front face filled with worry "Where have you been Mother you were gone the whole day."

Waving him off "I was at an anime convention and lost track of time" I replied 

Michael calming down said, "You should be careful japan is controlled by the Shinto Pantheon furthermore we have not signed any peace treaties with them, and some god will try to attack you."

"Like before I left if there is a problem I will call you or the others if I need help now I need to complete my project before I revamp heaven. How are we looking at manpower," i asked curiously

While I still make angels on my own I still spend a lot of time in my lab trying to make more holy relics.

"by the end of the year, we will have a strength comparable to that before Lucifer fall, so neither the fallen nor the devils can defeat us in open battle and our position as the strongest of the three factions is secured," Michael stated firmly 

"Hmm that's good I'm almost done with the blueprints for the Gen 2 angels and an upgrade Seraphim so you and the other can be more powerful, I just need to fix some flaws" i respond

Michael replied a little worried "Mother what about the other pantheons some are not happy that you showed yourself to humanity."

'Crap I forgot that's a rule here… oh well I guess the age of gods is back' it thought to myself

"We will try to get a possible alliance with the Yokai faction and Shinto Pantheon then try to keep our status as a neutral faction," I said firmly

'Damn I want a hamburger right now'

"Yes, Mother i tell Gabriel to try and get a meeting with those factions," Michael said with that he teleported away 

I walked to my lab/bedroom and started to work on the reactor I was trying to redo the process that the ultimate Longinus did to bond to my soul. by the way that gear is half broken the magical circuits and the runes matrix is half fried.

I guess it is from fighting Trihexa and pushing the gear energy so far that it overloaded. From the scans I did on it I can fix the damage fast the only problem is the runes matrix i might have to make a new one.

Leaving that for later I focus on the vast schematic of the Divine Reactor that floats before her, drawn in glowing runes and symbols for the reactor I should be done in a few hours tops.

The construction takes place in the Forge of Aeons, a sacred workshop where I gather rare and divine materials to build the reactor.

Some Celestium a divine metal I previously forged, is known for its strength and magical conductivity which is hopeful enough to hold the energy the reactor is going to make.

I had some angel bring me Lightstone Crystals Shards of concentrated holy energy harvested from the edges of Heaven's realm.

I etch ancient angelic runes onto every surface of the reactor, encoding it with divine laws. These runes regulate energy flow, ensuring the power remains stable and cannot be misused.

Once the reactor is complete, i know it requires a stabilizing force to function. Without hesitation, i decide to embed a fragment of my own soul into its core.

With a delicate motion, I place my hand over my chest and draw out a fragment of my soul. It appears as a shimmering orb of light, pulsing with warmth and life.

I walk to the reactor and press the soul fragment into its core. The reactor immediately reacts, the runes glowing brighter as the Lightstone Crystals synchronize with her essence. A gentle hum fills the chamber, signaling the reactor's activation.

The reactor now serves as an extension of myself. I feel its energy coursing through me, a profound connection forming between creator and creation.

To test the Divine Reactor I pick a random barren land on Earth to rejuvenate it.I channel some divine energy at the center of the wasteland and channel the energy outward.

Golden light spreads across the ground, turning dry, cracked earth into fertile fields.

Streams of water flow from nowhere, forming rivers and lakes. Plants and flowers bloom, and the once desolate land becomes a paradise.

I feel a slight drain on my energy but note that the reactor refills my energy reserves nearly instantly.

After celebrating a project done I work on the Gen 2 angel. These angels will be stronger, more adaptable, and capable of withstanding the challenges of the modern supernatural world.

Gen 2 angels will be physically and spiritually fortified, with a defense mechanism against corruption, Especially demonic corruption.

Next was redoing their skeleton structure, I crafted a template using Celestium, a divine metal I forged herself. This will makes their bodies nearly indestructible, lightweight, and perfect for conducting holy energy.

i integrates adaptive light fibers into their structure, allowing their forms to repair themselves over time.

Unlike the purely white feathered wings of the Gen 1 angels, these wings are designed to shift between ethereal light for speed and solid form for defense. Each angel's wings reflect their army roles, fiery red for warriors, serene blue for healers, and golden for leaders but only there wings tips are colored.
