Chapter 80: Chapter 80: Vegeta — Bulma, Help Me Draw a Prize!

At this moment, Sengoku spotted a pirate ship in the distance.

The Red Hair Pirates' ship had already vanished, but what now came into view was the Whitebeard Pirates' ship. Although it had pulled back, it was still in range. A sudden idea sparked in Sengoku's mind: What if he asked Mr. Vegeta to destroy the Whitebeard Pirates?

If three of the Four Emperors were eliminated at once, it would cause massive turmoil across the seas. The Navy could seize this opportunity to crush all pirate forces!

However, after a brief moment of contemplation, Sengoku abandoned the idea.

Why? Because the enemy could also summon thugs for help.

And they could very well summon them before the Navy even had the chance.

There was no guarantee that Vegeta would accept this task, especially if he sympathized with the pirates or considered the previous employer's face. Even if he didn't care and chose to attack, the Whitebeard Pirates might call in their own thugs in response.

It would escalate into a battle between fighters from the thugs group.

Whether they actually fought or not, if they did clash… with the overwhelming strength those thugs wielded, the world could be annihilated in the aftermath.

Sengoku had no doubt that the fighters from the thugs group possessed enough power to destroy their entire world.

And so, to avoid such a catastrophe, he gave up on the thought entirely. In fact, he vowed not to entertain such an idea again in the future.

Meanwhile, aboard the Whitebeard Pirates' ship, Marco and the others were alarmed by the intense gaze Sengoku cast their way.

"Dad... Sengoku's staring at us! Do you think... he might ask that thug to deal with us?" Marco asked nervously.

"Yeah, Dad. If the Navy really pulls that move, we don't stand a chance!" another crew member added.

They had witnessed firsthand how the thugs employed by Whitebeard had slain a navy admiral. Their group and the Navy had built up an irreconcilable grudge.

If the Navy summoned another thug... and he accepted the task...

They'd be doomed.

However, Whitebeard remained calm. "That's unlikely," he said, his deep voice filled with conviction.

Everything Sengoku had considered, Whitebeard had thought of as well.

If Sengoku dared to summon a thug against him, Whitebeard could just as easily summon another in return. It would become a battle of thugs—one that could spiral out of control and devastate the entire world.

Sengoku, being a pragmatic strategist, wouldn't risk it.

Upon hearing their father's explanation, Marco and the others finally breathed a sigh of relief.

"Yes, just like the Navy, we can summon help too!" someone muttered.

"Did you glance over there because you wanted me to help deal with those pirates?" Vegeta asked, his sharp eyes having already spotted the Whitebeard ship more clearly than Sengoku had.

"No, Mr. Vegeta," Sengoku replied immediately. "I've got no further requests. As for the five-star rating you mentioned, I'll definitely give it to you."

"Alright. If you ever need help again, feel free to call me," Vegeta replied with a smirk. "As long as you give me a five-star review, I'll take care of anything."

With that, he activated his return option and left the pirate world behind.

---

Back in the Dragon Ball universe, a familiar ding echoed in Vegeta's ears:

"Ding! Congratulations to Vegeta for completing the task. Reward: 800,000 points!"

"Ding! Five-star review received! You've earned one lucky draw!"

Sun Wukong was the first to comment. "Wow, Vegeta! You really got that five-star review, huh?"

Vegeta snorted. "Why, Kakarot, does it surprise you that I got full marks?"

"No, I just thought... with your personality, you might've offended the client," Goku said sheepishly.

"You think too little of me. I'm very polite in front of employers," Vegeta smirked. "There's no way I'd mess it up."

"A gentle Vegeta?" Goku chuckled. "I'd love to see that one day."

Krillin added with a laugh, "Goku, you should've come to Bulma's birthday party. Not only was Vegeta polite, he was practically obedient in front of Lord Beerus!"

Vegeta: "@Krillin, are you asking for a beating? With the points I earned now, I could squash you like a bug!"

Goku quickly interjected, "Vegeta, don't say that! Krillin's got a point. I haven't seen you as a docile man, but I've seen you as a loyal husband."

Goku smiled as he recalled a particular moment. "You yelling, 'How dare you hit my Bulma!' to Beerus... Man, that was epic."

"Enough, Kakarot!" Vegeta roared. "Now that I've got all these points, my strength will soon surpass yours. Just you wait—I'll defeat you next!"

Krillin sighed. "Honestly, the gap between my rewards and Vegeta's is insane. I even completed a hidden mission, and still didn't earn as much."

Piccolo nodded. "Looks like future missions will be even more rewarding. Some of us might even get millions of points and can just buy Saiyan bloodlines directly instead of relying on luck."

Beerus chimed in. "Speaking of which, Vegeta—aren't you going to spin the wheel now? Let's see what you draw!"

He added cheekily, "Or better yet, let me do it for you. I've got a decent track record!"

Xiangpa teased, "Yeah, well, your draws have been okay, but not as good as No. 17. He pulled a full-on combat power upgrade card."

No. 17: "@Vegeta, I can draw for you too! I won't even charge a fee. Sound good?"

Goku: "Let me try! I haven't had a single chance to draw yet!"

Tien: "Same here. I want to experience the thrill just once."

Xiangpa sighed. "You guys are lucky. At least Universe 7 has gotten to complete missions. No one from Universe 6 has managed that yet—not even me!"

Caulifla pouted, "Why is grabbing a mission harder than getting stronger?!"

Kale quietly offered, "Sister, if I get a mission first, I'll give it to you."

Caulifla immediately refused, "No way, Kale. Your mission is yours. I have to earn mine through my own effort!"

Hearing Kale's name, Jack suddenly remembered something.

In Universe 7, Broly had to undergo transformation and training to control his berserker powers. And in Universe 6, there was Kale—who possessed a similar uncontrollable, violent bloodline.

Jack: "@Xiangpa, @Vados—take Kale into your care. Help her train and learn to control her power. We can't risk her going berserk during a mission."

Xiangpa: "Run wild? Lord Jack, what do you mean?"

Whis answered on Jack's behalf. "In Universe 7, we have a Saiyan named Broly. His strength is incredible—but if left unchecked, he loses control, goes berserk, and attacks indiscriminately."

Whis continued, "Jack asked me to help Broly learn to contain that power. He's making good progress. With more time, he'll have full control."

Vados nodded in agreement. "Understood. I'll take care of Kale and help her do the same."

Caulifla looked stunned. "That's exactly like Kale! She's been so violent lately, even I was scared at one point!"

"@Kale, this is important," Caulifla added seriously. "If you lose control mid-mission, it could hurt the employer, fail the task, or worse—destroy the world!"

Kale whispered, "I... I understand, Sister."

Vados reassured her, "Don't worry, Kale. With my help, you'll soon gain full control of your powers—and your strength will grow massively."

"Thank you... thank you, Miss Vados!" Kale replied, bowing in gratitude.

Goku suddenly exclaimed, "Wait, Kale's a Saiyan too?!"

Krillin: "Whoa, really?!"

Jack: "Of course. Universe 6 and Universe 7 are parallel worlds. If one has Saiyans, it's only natural the other would too."

Jack: "Not just Kale—Caulifla and Cabba are Saiyans too. That's why I added them to the group. Their potential is enormous."

Piccolo chuckled, "So that's why you invited me, Krillin, Tien, and Master Roshi too, right? You saw our potential?"

Jack nearly responded with the truth—that it was mostly sentimentality. But seeing how far Krillin had come after obtaining Saiyan blood, he let it pass.

Jack: "Alright, Vegeta. You can draw the prize now—or pick someone to do it for you."

Goku: "Vegeta! Let me draw for you! We've been rivals—no, brothers—for so long!"

Vegeta: "Kakarot… one word: SCRAM."

Krillin: "So, Vegeta, you're not going to draw it yourself?"

Vegeta: "No. I've made up my mind—I'm asking someone else."

Goku: "Then who?"

Beerus: "Ahem! I humbly offer my services."

King Zeno: "Me! I wanna draw too! It looks super fun!"

Vegeta ignored them all.

"@Jack, if someone's not in the thugs group, can they still draw a prize?"

Jack: "Yes. As long as you transfer your draw chance to them, anyone can spin it for you."

Jack: "Are you thinking of someone not in the group?"

Vegeta: "Yes, Lord Jack."

Though Vegeta was tempted to draw the prize himself, he knew his luck wasn't the best.

But he believed someone else's luck was unbeatable.

---

"Bulma," he said. "Do you have a moment? I need your help."

Bulma raised a brow. "What's going on?"

Vegeta explained the lottery, the rules, and the possible rewards.

"This sounds interesting! Dad, let me do it for you!" Trunks chimed in, full of excitement.

"What are you messing around for, kid?" Vegeta scoffed, gently pushing Trunks aside as he handed the draw chance to Bulma.

"But why don't you do it yourself?" Bulma asked.

"I think your luck is better than mine," Vegeta replied sincerely. "I want you to draw for me."

Trunks watched his parents smiling sweetly at each other.

Ugh. More couple drama.

"Alright," Bulma grinned. "I'll help you draw. But if the prize is bad, you can't blame me!"

"Don't worry," Vegeta said, placing a hand on her shoulder. "I'd never blame you."

Trunks: "Can someone hand me a bucket? I think I'm gonna throw up…"
