"Just make sure you don't get frozen," Luke said, nodding at her. "I will take care of Todoroki."

Reluctantly, Momo nodded back at him. As she began walking out of the room, she suddenly paused and looked over her shoulder.

"The crystal you made me create the first time," she said, smiling, "I want it back."

"… Nyx ate it…" Luke looked down, feeling awkward.

Nyx smacked the back of Luke's head. "Then let her create one more… Tch! Clueless moron!!"

Giggling, Momo walked out, creating a pair of heat-generating shoes and gloves for herself.

Behind her, Luke let out a chuckle as Nyx kept slapping him with her wings.

Then, suddenly, Miss Justice said something that sent a chill running down Luke's spine.

Meanwhile, Todoroki and Shoji entered the building.

The tips of Mezo Shoji's appendages morphed into ears.

"One is on the third floor," he told Todoroki. "The other one is on the stairs between 2nd and 1st floors."

Todoroki walked past Shoji quietly.

"For your sake," he said, putting his right hand on the wall next to him, "I would suggest you step outside."

Then, with a hissing chill, cold began pouring out of his palm, covering everything under a thick layer of ice.

From the ground to the top floor, it took the ice barely moments to freeze the entire building.

Not only the upper side, but even the basement, where the monitoring room was, got frozen instantaneously, making everyone shudder in cold.

Slowly, Todoroki began walking up and found Momo on the stairs, desperately trying to melt the ice pinning her down.

But, with one step, Todoroki reinforced the ice, making it reach up to her knees.

"I'd thought I would find Luke here," he said, sounding disappointed. "Sending you for a frontal assault was stupid… Don't worry. I will unfreeze you after I secure the payload."

Giving a cold shoulder to her, Todoroki climbed up and disappeared to the next floor.

Behind him, still pinned under thick layers of ice, Momo smirked.
