Chapter 20: Meeting Alaya and Gaia!
"So, it's just the two of you who sought me out and dragged me here?" Rizel asked, his face devoid of expression as he looked at the two little lolis standing before him.
They were none other than Alaya and Gaia.
"Zel-chan, that's right… I'm sorry, please forgive me for dragging you here without any prior notice," Alaya said nervously, her voice trembling.
She was clearly worried about leaving a bad impression on Rizel.
Seeing Alaya's anxious and uneasy demeanor, looking like a guilty child caught red-handed, Rizel thought to herself, 'So, this is the so-called controlling force of this world? How adorable.'
Rizel patted Alaya's head gently. "It's fine, just remember to give me a heads-up next time."
Feeling the warmth of Rizel's hand, Alaya's breathing quickened, and her face turned bright red. Her thoughts raced.
'He touched me!! He actually touched me!! Ah, I'm so happy.'
With her face flushed, Alaya let out a silly "hehe" sound, resembling a love-struck girl.
Beside her, Gaia looked on with a disdainful expression. For someone also considered a controlling force, Alaya's behavior was utterly embarrassing.
Seeing Alaya like this, Rizel sighed helplessly. 'So, deep down, you're still just a love-struck fool, huh?'
"How did you even find me?" Rizel asked curiously. Though he had a few guesses, he still wanted to confirm.
"I'll answer that!! When you transmigrated into this world!" Alaya exclaimed excitedly.
'As expected.' Controlling forces would naturally be aware of such things.
"And we've been watching you all this time, Zel-chan," Alaya added.
Then, with a silly grin, she said, "Including how many abs Zel-chan has and the color of your underwear—we know it all."
"Stop spouting nonsense, Alaya!!" Gaia shouted, her face turning beet red as she punched Alaya.
The corner of Rizel's mouth twitched slightly. 'Impressive, Alaya was supposed to be Emiya's fan in the original story, but now she's become my fan??'
"Ahem, so what brings you two here to find me?" Rizel hurriedly interrupted, worried that Alaya would continue her fangirling spree.
Hearing Rizel's words, the two girls stopped their antics and became serious, discussing the matter of the 'Beast.'
A few minutes later, Rizel stroked his chin in thought. 'I didn't expect that just using a trace of draconic pressure would draw the attention of a Beast.'
Speaking of Beasts, Rizel's mind wandered to the storyline of the neighboring Fate/Grand Order. Like Beast Goetia as a boss.
'Can't you just stay in your singularity and be a boss properly? Why come here just to get yourself killed?'
Rizel wasn't afraid of him at all. After all, he himself was an immortal existence. As long as Goetia couldn't kill him outright, then Goetia would just end up being pulverized by him.
However, Rizel did wonder about something: 'Once Goetia dies, what will happen to the neighboring studio's plot? Without their boss, wouldn't they lose their chance at "Incinerating Humanity" too?'
Looking at the two little lolis staring at him with worried expressions, Rizel shook his head. 'Alright, even Gaia is worried about me now.'
He reached out and patted both of their heads. "Don't worry. If he comes, I'll just crush him."
"Zel-chan, should I send a few Servants to assist you?" Alaya asked, still looking anxious.
"Zel-kun, don't push yourself too hard," Gaia added with a similar concern.
"It's fine. You two know better than anyone what my abilities are. If Goetia can't kill me, he'll just end up as nourishment for me," Rizel said confidently.
"Speaking of which, is there any reward for helping you deal with this Beast?" Rizel said, looking at the two delicious-looking lolis with a smile that was both playful and meaningful.
Upon hearing this, both Alaya and Gaia's faces turned bright red, resembling ripe apples.
"I'll offer myself and Gaia to you," Alaya blurted out, thinking this was the perfect opportunity. As for why she dragged Gaia into it? Well, she knew Gaia also had feelings for Rizel.
Although Gaia usually teased and scolded her, Alaya was well aware of her tsundere nature. While Gaia pretended not to care, she would often secretly accompany Alaya to spy on Rizel.
"Alaya! What are you saying?! You can do what you want, but why are you dragging me into this too...?" Gaia exclaimed, covering her face in embarrassment and anger.
"Tsk, don't pretend, Gaia. I know you like Zel-chan. Isn't it true that every day you join me in secretly... uh... I mean, observing Zel-chan?" Alaya stammered, her gaze avoiding Gaia's as guilt crept onto her face.
"I... I..." Gaia was left speechless. Flustered, she glanced at Rizel, her face as red as could be.
Is there really such a good thing? Two little lolis delivered straight to my doorstep. If I don't accept, I'd probably be chopped to death. Since they've come to me, how could I possibly refuse?
Rizel immediately took action and embraced the two little lolis. "In that case, I accept. Little Alaya and Little Gaia."
Alaya and Gaia were stunned by Rizel's direct move. Even though they understood his personality, they were still caught off guard by his bold action, their faces flushing bright red.
"By the way, what's going on with the Holy Grail this time?" Rizel asked, puzzled about why both Illya and Sakura appeared with Command Seals.
"Why do Sakura and Illya both have Command Seals?"
"Actually, Zel-chan, it's because of you," Alaya said, enjoying the comfort of being in Rizel's embrace.
"Because of me??" Rizel's face turned into a big, confused question mark.
Then he recalled something. "Could it be because I altered the Holy Grail's ritual structure before…?"
"That's right. You messed up a few of the ritual protocols, and as a result, the Holy Grail no longer distributes Command Seals to only seven people. It's become completely random," Gaia explained.
Hearing this, Rizel thought, Well, this will definitely make for an interesting Fourth War.
At that moment, the previously silent mission system suddenly activated.
[ Ding! Detected Beast Goetia's killing intent. Mission issued. ]
[ As the Last Hope of Humanity, how could you tolerate the existence of the Incineration of Humanity? Defeat him, teach him his place as a beast. ]
[ Reward: World Forge, Omega Effect. ]
Upon hearing this, Rizel was initially stunned but quickly became overjoyed. He didn't know exactly what the World Forge was, but anything with the word "world" in it was bound to be extremely powerful.
But the real highlight wasn't that—it was the Omega Effect. If Rizel guessed correctly, this was the power of Darkseid, Uncle Dark, himself.
Just imagining it gave him chills. Darkseid, one of the most powerful New Gods in the DC Universe, had conquered countless worlds and was a Multiversal-level existence. His most iconic ability was the Omega Effect.
And with the Omega Effect came the Omega Beams.
The Omega Beams were something extraordinary—they could be controlled freely, track targets, and more. And that was just their basic functionality.
The Omega Beams could not only eliminate opponents outright but also resurrect them. They could even allow one to travel through time and space. In simple terms, it was like a cheat-level ability.
Thinking about this, Rizel couldn't help but feel anticipation. Goetia, thank you.
Far away in another dimension, Goetia suddenly shivered.
He had no idea of the fate that awaited him.
... ... ...
After saying goodbye to the reluctant Alaya and Gaia, Rizel returned to the Einzbern residence.
Explaining the reason for his earlier disappearance, everyone breathed a sigh of relief.
Next, Rizel began preparing for the summoning of a Servant.
Looking at the "Avalon" and "Gáe Bolg Alternative" in his hands, Rizel fell into thought.
He wanted to test whether, since he had both artifacts, he could place them into the summoning circle together.
Would it result in a double summon?
Without further delay, under the astonished gazes of Illya, Irisviel, and Sakura, Rizel placed the two Noble Phantasms into the summoning circle.
He began the chant:
"I proclaim."
"Your servitude shall follow my command, and my fate shall be intertwined with your sword."
"Answer the call of the Holy Grail; let this wish be fulfilled as these words are spoken."
"Here I vow—"
"I am the one who brings forth the mightiest Savior of the Infinite Worlds. I am the one who walks the path of destruction across Infinite Worlds!"
...
"You, whose body is wrapped in the three great words of power over seven days, guardian of the balance that tilts toward suppression—"
Suddenly, the summoning circle glowed brightly, like a shining constellation.
