Not only had he unlocked the special skills associated with Advanced Observation Haki, but he had also elevated his Observation Haki to Super level and completely mastered its most critical ability, Future Sight!

As he spoke, Buggy snapped his fingers. Immediately, a space gate materialized beside Buggy, catching the attention of everyone in the Crimson Empire.

"This is a cadre of our Buggy Pirates, and many of you might be unfamiliar with him. But from today onwards, you should get to know him well. In the next moment, to the astonishment of the Crimson Empire's citizens, they watched as the repugnant SMILE Factory was abruptly enveloped by a forest that erupted from the ground. Vines swiftly expanded and extended outward.

On the live broadcast, it appeared as if countless massive pythons were rapidly emerging, creating a truly breathtaking sight. Within just a few minutes, the entire SMILE Factory and the surrounding barren plains were covered by a lush, virgin forest rising tens of meters high.

The sight left the people of the Crimson Empire in awe.

At this moment, Buggy was floating above the scene with his eyes closed, seemingly attuned to something. Indeed, Buggy was immersed in the feedback from the massive tree now rooted in the SMILE Factory within the World tree below.

That's right! The materials from the SMILE Factory, used to create artificial Devil Fruits, provided excellent nourishment for the World Tree and returned immense vitality to Buggy.

Part of Buggy's plan aligns with Kaido's strategy: to use Oni Island as his pirate group's base. Since it is another world, he cannot simply replicate the methods from his previous life to manage the country.

The world and its eras are different, so national conditions and management methods must evolve accordingly. Attempting to apply the governing philosophy from a peaceful era in an era where strength is paramount would essentially lead to failure.

With this positive feedback and enhanced vitality, Buggy decided to visit the six villages of the Crimson Empire daily. By planting trees in one village per day, he would soon cover the entire territory with forests that could provide him with continuous feedback.

This approach would not only rapidly cleanse the land, forests, and wildlife of pollution from the SMILE Factory but also increase Buggy's control over all parts of the Crimson Empire. Most importantly, it would expedite the awakening of the Mori Mori no Mi!

This situation reflects the feedback from the Tree World after Buggy planted a round of trees, which explains why Buggy is so committed to planting trees throughout the Crimson Empire!

The feedback from today's planting suggests that interacting with and experiencing different tree species plays a significant role in awakening the Mori Mori no Mi. This has given Buggy a new idea. He realizes that connecting with the Adam, Yurukiman mangroves and Sunlight Tree Eve beneath Fish-Man Island might be crucial.

Wanokuni, which is essentially composed of six massive islands, is much larger than other islands. Each town in Wanokuni is significantly bigger than those in Dressrosa!

With such an extensive landmass, Buggy has immense opportunities. However, managing each island with the technology of this era presents a significant challenge, especially with Buggy's limited manpower.

This challenge is one reason for his frequent interactions with the Dragon and the Revolutionary Army. After conquering Wanokuni, Buggy even entertained a bold idea—annexing the Revolutionary Army!

Of course, this idea remains more of a future possibility than a present reality.

To gain the Dragon's trust, Buggy must first demonstrate the effectiveness of his governance over the Crimson Empire. Buggy has long been prepared for this.

Planting trees is merely the first step. The next part involves his previous deal with the Tontatta Tribe. Dwarves being the most proficient plant cultivators in the world, are essential for Buggy's plans to clear toxins from the Crimson Empire. Their cooperation will not only assist in removing toxins but will also enhance crop growth, increase food production, and boost the yield of melons and fruits.

Buggy had already devised these plans. Once Robin and the others returned, Buggy convened a meeting and briefed Princess Mansherry about the agreement with the Tontatta Tribe, requesting her assistance. Mansherry agreed without hesitation and immediately had Blueno open the gate to Green-bit.

Under everyone's astonished gaze, groups of dwarves emerged from the space gate. Mansherry and Blueno followed them to assess conditions across various regions of Wanokuni.

Buggy then turned to Shirahoshi with a smile and said, "Shirahoshi, it's time to fulfill our agreement regarding Fish-Man Island. Are you ready?"
